For example, if the medicinal material a needs to be decocted preferentially, the medicinal material a is put into the decocting pot first, and the medicinal material a is decocted first according to the decocting requirement of the medicinal material a in the prescription information. Automatic production can be achieved, so that the aim of saving human resources can be achieved, and meanwhile, the efficiency is greatly improved.
Still further, in accordance with another aspect of the present disclosure, there is also provided an automatic decocting apparatus 200. Referring to fig. 4, an automatic decoction device 200 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a processor 210 and a memory 220 for storing instructions executable by the processor 210. Wherein the processor 210 is configured to execute the executable instructions to implement any of the automatic decoction methods described above.
Here, it should be noted that the number of the processors 210 may be one or more. Meanwhile, in the automatic medicine decocting apparatus 200 of the disclosed embodiment, an input device 230 and an output device 240 may also be included. The processor 210, the memory 220, the input device 230, and the output device 240 may be connected via a bus, or may be connected via other methods, which is not limited in detail herein.
The memory 220, which is a computer-readable storage medium, may be used to store software programs, computer-executable programs, and various modules, such as: the automatic decoction method of the embodiment of the disclosure corresponds to a program or a module. Processor 210 executes various functional applications and data processing of automatic decoction device 200 by executing software programs or modules stored in memory 220.
The input device 230 may be used to receive an input number or signal. Wherein the signal may be a key signal generated in connection with user settings and function control of the device/terminal/server. The output device 240 may include a display device such as a display screen.
According to another aspect of the present disclosure, there is also provided a non-transitory computer readable storage medium having stored thereon computer program instructions, which when executed by the processor 210, implement any of the automatic decoction methods described above.

Claims (10)

1. An intelligent medicine dispensing and decocting system is characterized by comprising a data acquisition module, a medicine decocting preparation module, an automatic medicine decocting module and an automatic packaging module;
the data acquisition module is configured to scan and file prescription information, and scan a two-dimensional code of a decoction barrel to acquire information of the decoction barrel;
the decoction preparation module is configured to establish a mapping relation between the prescription and the decoction barrel and control the dispensing device to dispense medicines according to the prescription to obtain traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces;
the automatic decoction module is configured to control a decoction machine to decoct the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces to obtain finished medicine;
the automatic packaging module is configured to control a packaging device to package and send the finished medicine to a distribution area.
2. The intelligent dispensing and decocting system of claim 1, further comprising a review module and a judgment module;
the review module is configured to review the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, and if the review result is qualified, the judgment module is called;
the judgment module is configured to judge whether to decoct or not, if so, the automatic decoction module is called, and the automatic decoction module controls a decoction machine to decoct the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces to obtain finished medicine.
3. The intelligent dispensing and decocting system of claim 1, wherein the automatic decocting module comprises a soaking unit, a preferential decocting unit, a delayed decocting unit and a secondary decocting unit;
the soaking unit is configured to calculate a water adding amount according to the prescription information, send a water adding instruction to the decocting machine according to the water adding amount, and perform an operation of soaking the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces by the decocting machine;
the preferential decoction unit is configured to judge whether the medicines which need to be decocted preferentially exist, and if the medicines which need to be decocted preferentially exist, the medicine decocting machine is controlled to add the medicines which need to be decocted preferentially into the medicine decocting barrel for decoction;
the delayed medicine feeding unit is configured to judge whether a medicine needing delayed medicine feeding exists or not, if the medicine needing delayed medicine feeding exists, the medicine decocting machine is controlled to feed the medicine into the medicine decocting barrel according to set time, and after the medicine is decocted, the medicine decocting machine is controlled to pour the liquid medicine in the medicine decocting barrel into a temporary storage barrel;
the secondary decocting unit is configured to judge whether secondary decocting is needed, and if the secondary decocting is needed, the decocting machine is controlled to continuously add water into the decocting barrel to carry out secondary decocting to obtain the finished medicine.
4. The intelligent dispensing and decocting system of claim 1, further comprising a cleaning module;
the cleaning module is configured to control the drug decocting machine to transport the drug decocting barrel to a waiting area, and the drug decocting barrel enters the waiting area after the processes of deslagging, cleaning and drying to wait for the next instruction.
5. An automatic medicine decocting method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
reading prescription information;
matching the prescription information with a decoction barrel;
sending a medicine preparation instruction according to the prescription information, and controlling a dispensing device to dispense medicines according to the prescription information to obtain traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces;
sending a decoction instruction to an automatic decoction machine, and controlling the decoction machine to decoct the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces to obtain finished medicine;
and sending a packing instruction after receiving the decoction completion feedback, and controlling a packing device to pack the finished product medicines and send the finished product medicines to a distribution area.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein issuing a decocting instruction to an automated decocting machine comprises the step of issuing a herbal soak instruction;
soaking the traditional Chinese medicines comprises the following steps:
calculating the water adding amount according to the prescription information;
and sending a water adding instruction according to the water adding amount.
7. The method of claim 5, wherein issuing a decocting instruction to an automatic decocting machine comprises determining whether to delay administration of a drug based on the prescription information:
judging whether to delay the administration of the medicine according to the prescription information comprises the following steps:
judging whether a medicine needing delayed administration exists according to the prescription information;
if the medicine needing to be delayed is available, sending a medicine adding instruction according to set time, and controlling the medicine decocting machine to add the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces for decocting to obtain a finished medicine;
and after the decocting time is up, sending a storage instruction, and controlling the decocting machine to pour into the temporary storage barrel.
8. The method of claim 5, wherein the step of issuing the decoction command to the automatic decoction machine comprises the step of determining whether to perform secondary decoction according to the prescription information;
judging whether to carry out secondary decoction according to the prescription information comprises the following steps:
judging whether secondary decoction is needed or not according to the prescription information;
if the secondary decoction is needed, sending a secondary decoction instruction, and controlling the decocting machine to carry out secondary decoction until the finished medicine is obtained;
and after the decocting time is up, sending a storage instruction, and controlling the decocting machine to pour into the temporary storage barrel.
9. An automatic drug-decocting apparatus, comprising:
a processor;
a memory for storing processor-executable instructions;
wherein the processor is configured to implement the method of any one of claims 5 to 8 when executing the executable instructions.
10. A non-transitory computer readable storage medium having stored thereon computer program instructions, wherein the computer program instructions, when executed by a processor, implement the method of any one of claims 5 to 8.
