Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in order to spray water when the plate 171 rotates, a cavity is formed in the plate 171, a plurality of drain holes 179 are formed in a surface of the plate 171 away from the pipe body 17, the pipe body 17 and the cavity are arranged in a mutually communicated manner, a water storage tank 19 is fixedly arranged on an outer wall of the tank body 1, and a water inlet pipe 191 is arranged on a top wall of the water storage tank 19 in a communication manner with the water storage tank 19; in order to seal the water inlet pipe 191, a rubber plug is inserted on the water inlet pipe 191; a water outlet pipe 192 is arranged on the side wall of the water storage tank 19 and positioned at the bottom of the water storage tank 19 and communicated with the water storage tank 19, a second organ pipe 193 is arranged on the water outlet pipe 192 and communicated with the water outlet pipe 192, the end part, far away from the water outlet pipe 192, of the second organ pipe 193 is communicated to the pipe body 17, a water outlet pump 194 and a water outlet switch 195 are sequentially arranged on the water outlet pipe 192 in the direction far away from the water storage tank 19, and the water outlet switch 195 is set to be a; the water outlet pump 194 can pump the cleaning water in the water storage tank 19 into the pipe body 17 through the second organ pipe 193, so that the cleaning water is discharged through the water discharge holes 179 in the plate body 171, the bristles 175 cooperate with the cleaning water to clean the dental prosthesis, and the cleaning effect on the dental prosthesis is improved.
With reference to fig. 1 and 2, in order to drive the plate 171 to dry the cleaned tooth prosthesis, an air supply pipe 196 is arranged on the water outlet pipe 192 and communicated with the water outlet pipe 192, a blower 197 arranged on the top wall of the box body 1 is arranged at the end part of the air supply pipe 196 far away from the water outlet pipe 192, the air supply pipe 196 is arranged between the water outlet switch 195 and the second organ pipe 193, and an air supply switch 198 for opening or closing the air supply pipe 196 is arranged on the air supply pipe 196; the air supply switch 198 is provided as a pneumatic butterfly valve; in the present embodiment, the blower 197 is provided as a blower 197 with a heating function; when the dental restoration needs to be dried, the water outlet pipe 192 is closed through the water outlet switch 195, and the air supply pipe 196 is opened through the air outlet switch, so that the drying air is blown out through the water outlet hole 179, the drying of the dental restoration is realized, and the drying effect of the dental restoration is further improved.
The implementation principle of the tooth restoration device in the embodiment of the application is as follows: when the dental prosthesis needs to be subjected to acid etching, an operator manually places the dental prosthesis between the abutting blocks 124 on the two sides, so that the abutting blocks 124 resist the elastic force of the springs 123 to fix the dental prosthesis, the driving gear 155 is driven by the driving motor 154 to be positioned on the driving rack 153 to move, the plate 171 is enabled to be aligned with the dental prosthesis, the bristles 175 are driven by the second lifting electric cylinder 18 to abut against the dental prosthesis, water spraying cleaning and drying are performed on teeth, after the cleaning is completed, the nozzle 161 is driven by the moving plate 15 to be aligned with the dental prosthesis, so that the nozzle 161 conveys an acid etching agent to the dental adsorbent, meanwhile, the support plate 121 is driven to rotate by the adjusting electric cylinder 132, so that the position of the dental prosthesis is adjusted, accurate acid etching is realized, after the acid etching is completed, water spraying cleaning and drying are performed on the dental prosthesis by the plate 171 again, and automatic acid etching and cleaning of the dental prosthesis are realized, the manpower is saved.
