Detailed Description
The present invention is described in detail below with reference to the drawings and examples, and it is noted that similar components are denoted by the same reference numerals in the following description.
Referring to fig. 1-4, a first embodiment of a food heating machine, such as a toaster, is adapted to heat food and includes a base 1, a heating device 2, and a tray 3.
The base 1 comprises a bottom wall 11, an enclosing wall 12 extending upwards from the periphery of the bottom wall 11 and defining an upwardly open compartment 10 together with the bottom wall 11, and a heating control member 13 arranged on the outer surface of the enclosing wall 12, wherein the heating control member 13 can be operated to activate the heating device 2 to heat food.
The heating device 2 comprises a carrying unit 21 and two heating units 4. The bearing unit 21 is installed on the top of the base 1, the bearing unit 21 is, for example, a baking tray capable of placing food, and includes a plurality of criss-cross grid rods 211, the grid rods 211 cooperatively define a plurality of through holes 212 running through in the up-down direction, and the through holes 212 can allow the grease of the food to pass downward and drip onto the tray 3. In practice, the number of the through holes 212 may be at least one. The carrying unit 21 includes two side edges 213 disposed on the left and right sides as a whole.
The two heating units 4 are spaced below the carrying unit 21 and face each other right and left. Each heating unit 4 includes a heater 41 for heating the food, and a first reflection plate 42 and a second reflection plate 43 for reflecting heat of the heater 41 toward the carrying unit 21.
The heater 41 is a heating tube extending in the axial direction forward and backward and capable of generating heat by being energized, such as a quartz heating tube, an infrared heating tube, or another heating tube. The first reflection plate 42 is spaced below the heater 41, and the position of the first reflection plate 42 corresponds to the position of the carrying unit 21 vertically, which means that the position right above the first reflection plate 42 is covered by the carrying unit 21. The first reflection plate 42 is an arc-shaped reflection plate, and gradually protrudes upward from the left and right sides toward the middle, thus presenting a protruding shape protruding toward the carrying unit 21. The second reflective plate 43 is substantially located below the side 213 of the carrying unit 21, and the second reflective plate 43 is an arc-shaped reflective plate and has a protrusion shape protruding obliquely toward the carrying unit 21. In general, the two second reflective plates 43 of the two heating units 4 are respectively adjacent to the two sides 213 of the carrying unit 21.
Next, the distance relationship between the components of the heating device 2 will be described. The distance between the first reflection plate 42 and the center of the heater 41 is d1, the distance between the carrier unit 21 and the center of the heater 41 is d2, and d2/2 is not less than d 1. Defining a vertical line L passing through the center of the heater 41 and perpendicular to the axial direction of the heater 41, the distance between the side 213 of the carrying unit 21 and the vertical line L is d3, the distance between the second reflection plate 43 and the vertical line L is d4 (the distance d4 is the minimum distance between the second reflection plate 43 and the vertical line L), preferably, d4 is not less than d3, that is, the second reflection plate 43 is preferably located at the outer side below the side 213.
Further, each heating unit 4 further includes a protection tube 45 surrounding the heater 41, the first reflection plate 42 and being transparent glass, and a heat insulation plate 46 located at the periphery of the protection tube 45. In this embodiment, the heat shield plate 46 is gradually downwardly curved from the left and right sides toward the center, and is disposed below the protection pipe 45. The heat insulation plate 46 is made of, for example, but not limited to, a metal material, and is used for shielding heat radiated from the heater 41 downward, and preventing the grease in the tray 3 directly below the heater 41 from being heated by 2 degrees and generating smoke.
The tray 3 is removably mounted above the bottom wall 11 of the susceptor 1 and below the heating device 2. The tray 3 is adapted to receive grease falling through the perforations 212.
When the food baking device is used, food is placed on the bearing unit 21, the heater 41 is electrified to generate heat, a part of heat of the heater 41 directly irradiates to the bearing unit 21, a part of heat is upwards reflected by the first reflecting plate 42 and then irradiates to the bearing unit 21, a part of heat is reflected by the second reflecting plate 43, and the bearing unit 21 can heat and bake the food after being heated. The first reflective plate 42 is designed to be protruded toward the carrying unit 21, so that the angle range of the heat of the heater 41 reflected toward the left and right sides of the carrying unit 21 is widened, and the side 213 of the carrying unit 21 can receive more heat, thereby increasing the effective heat receiving area of the carrying unit 21 and uniformly receiving the heat as a whole. From another perspective, the height position of the first reflection plate 42 can be increased, so that the left and right heating ranges of the carrying unit 21 can be increased by the reflection of the first reflection plate 42, and the height position of the first reflection plate 42 is increased, so that the height of the whole food heating machine in the up-down direction can be reduced, thereby reducing the height and volume of the machine body and reducing the cost. In addition, with the limitation that d1 is not less than d2/2, the distance relationship among the supporting unit 21, the heater 41 and the first reflective plate 42 is limited, so that the above components are located at the optimal positions, and experiments show that under the condition that the height of the food heating machine body is not too large, the side 213 of the supporting unit 21 can be heated more, so that the supporting unit 21 can be heated enough at the side 213 or the central part, and the heating uniformity of the supporting unit 21 at each position is improved.
Furthermore, the second reflection plate 43 of each heating unit 4 is used to reflect the heat radiated from the heater 41 to the left and right sides toward the carrying unit 21, so as to enhance the heating at the side 213 of the carrying unit 21, and make the whole carrying unit 21 heated more uniformly. And when the distance d4 is not less than d3, the second reflective plate 43 is properly disposed, so as to further improve the overall heating uniformity of the carrying unit 21.
Referring to fig. 5, the following is illustrated using the schematic diagram of fig. 5. When d2 d3 d4 mm d1 d/2. The position of the supporting unit 21 directly above the heater 41 is point C, and the side of the supporting unit 21 is point B. The heat received by the points C and B is HCAnd HBThe heat received at point C is mainly heat radiated directly upward from the heater 41. And HBApproximately equal to H1+ H2+ H3, wherein H1 is the heat radiated directly from the heater 41 to the point B; h2 is heat radiated from the heater 41 to the second reflection plate 43 and then reflected by the second reflection plate 43 toward the point B; h3 is heat radiated from the heater 41 to the first reflection plate 42 and then reflected by the first reflection plate 42 toward the point B. An incident angle of heat radiation to the first reflection plate 42
Figure BDA0002291489730000051
The angle of incidence θ of heat radiation to the second reflection plate 43 is equal to the reflection angle θ, and conforms to the law of reflection: the angle of incidence is the angle of reflection. Since the radiant heat intensity is inversely proportional to the square of the distance, it is possible to reduce the radiant heat intensity
Figure BDA0002291489730000052
Figure BDA0002291489730000053
As can be seen, the heat reception at the points B and C is very close, which means that the whole carrying unit 21 is heated uniformly and the food material is heated uniformly.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, it is worth mentioning that, since the position of the through hole 212 is staggered from the heater 41 of each heating unit 4, when the grease of the food drops downwards through the through hole 212, the grease will not drop to the heater 41, so that the grease can be prevented from attaching to the heater 41, thereby reducing the oil smoke generated by the grease contacting high temperature, and achieving the purpose of healthy cooking.
In summary, the present invention utilizes the innovative structure and the proper position configuration (d 1 is not less than d2/2) of the first reflective plate 42 to increase the heating area of the heating surface of the supporting unit 21, so as to achieve the uniform heating effect and the best heating efficiency, thereby being capable of frying and heating food at uniform temperature. Since the heat receiving area of the supporting unit 21 is increased, the height of the first reflecting plate 42 can be properly configured, and the overall height and volume of the main body can be greatly reduced, thereby reducing the cost.
Referring to fig. 6, a second embodiment of the food heating machine of the present invention has substantially the same structure as the first embodiment, except that the number of the heating units 4 of the heating device 2 of the second embodiment is one, the heater 41 and the first reflective plate 42 of the heating unit 4 are located right below the carrying unit 21, and the second reflective plate 43 (fig. 2) is omitted from the heating unit 4 of the second embodiment. The second embodiment can achieve the same effect of uniform heating as the first embodiment by using a single heating unit 4 and matching the restriction that d1 is not less than d 2/2.
Referring to fig. 7, a third embodiment of the food heating machine of the present invention is substantially the same as the first embodiment, except that the first reflective plate 42 includes two reflective segments 423 that are arranged side by side, each reflective segment 423 is a flat plate shape and extends in a longitudinal direction, the reflective segment 423 on the left side is disposed in an inclined manner from left to right, and the reflective segment 423 on the right side is disposed in an inclined manner from left to right, that is, the reflective segment 423 is disposed in an inclined manner from plane, so that a central portion of the first reflective plate 42 formed by connecting the two reflective segments 423 protrudes upward. Referring to fig. 8, in a variation of the third embodiment, each of the reflecting segments 423 is arc-shaped, and the two arc-shaped reflecting segments 423 are connected side by side, so that the first reflecting plate 42 is also protruded toward the carrying unit 21 (fig. 3).
As is clear from the above description of the embodiments, in the practice of the present invention, the number of the heating units 4 of the heating apparatus 2 may be one or more, and thus at least one may be required. The first reflective plate 42 may be formed by a single plate, or may include a plurality of reflective segments 423 connected to each other, at least one of the reflective segments 423 is in an arc shape or a planar inclined shape, that is, the reflective segments 423 may be all in an arc shape, or all in a planar inclined shape, or both in an arc shape and a planar inclined shape. The structure of the reflecting section 423 may be changed, as long as the first reflecting plate 42 is formed to protrude toward the carrying unit 21.
However, the above description is only an example of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention should not be limited thereby, and all the simple equivalent changes and modifications made according to the claims and the contents of the patent specification should be included in the scope of the present invention.
