In view of this, the main objective of the present application is to provide a tea making barrel with a stirring function and convenient for pouring out tea water, and a tea making machine matched with the tea making barrel.
In order to achieve the above and other objects, the present application provides a tea stirring and brewing barrel, which includes a barrel body, a stirrer, and a water outlet valve. Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 2, an appearance of the tea making machine 100 and an exploded view of the stirring tea making barrel 1 of the embodiment shown in fig. 1 are respectively shown.
The stirring tea making barrel 1 comprises a barrel body 11, a stirrer 12 and a water outlet valve 13. The tub 11 has a sidewall 111, a bottom plate 112, and an opening 113. The bottom plate 112 is connected to the bottom of the side wall 111. The opening 113 is located at the top of the sidewall 111. An accommodating space 114 is defined between the side wall 111 and the bottom plate 112, so as to accommodate tea for use.
The agitator 12 is disposed on the side wall 111 and penetrates the side wall 111, and the agitator 12 has an agitating blade 121, an agitating shaft 122, and a driven member 123. The stirring blade 121 is disposed on the stirring shaft 122 and located in the accommodating space 114, the stirring shaft 122 penetrates through the sidewall 111, the driven member 123 is disposed on the stirring shaft 122 and located outside the barrel 11, and the stirring blade 121, the stirring shaft 122 and the driven member 123 are connected in a manner of synchronous rotation.
That is, in this embodiment, the stirring blades 121 rotate and stir in a lateral direction, so that turbulence can be randomly generated in the accommodating space, that is, a non-rotational flow can be generated in the accommodating space, which is beneficial to increasing the stirring effect and homogenizing the concentration of the tea water.
The outlet valve 13 is disposed on the bottom plate 112. The bottom plate 112 is provided with a drain opening 112 a. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the outlet valve 13 includes a gasket 131, a rubber ring 132 and an outlet pipe 133, the outlet pipe 133 includes a solid sealing portion 1331 and a hollow outlet portion 1332, an axial flow channel is formed in the center of the outlet portion 1332, the bottom of the axial flow channel is open, and a water outlet 1332a is formed in a side wall of the outlet portion 1332 and is communicated with the axial flow channel. The outlet valve 13 is displaceable between a closed position P1 and an outlet position P2, and at the closed position P1, the bottom of the accommodating space is closed (i.e. the drain opening 112a is closed). At the water outlet position P2, the water outlet 112a is not closed, so that the accommodating space can communicate with the axial flow channel through the water outlet 1132a, and thus the tea water in the barrel 11 can flow out from the bottom of the axial flow channel along the water outlet 1132a (refer to fig. 3 and 5).
In this embodiment, a handle is further disposed on the sidewall 111 of the barrel 11 to facilitate the user to carry the barrel 11, however, the present application is not limited to this structure.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 4 and fig. 5, a use state diagram (a) of the tea making machine 100, a partially enlarged schematic view of the embodiment shown in fig. 3, and a use state diagram (b) of the tea making machine 100 are respectively shown.
The tea making machine 100 comprises a machine body 2 and a stirring tea making barrel 1. The machine body 2 has a water outlet 21 (see fig. 8) and a driving member 22 (see fig. 2 or fig. 4). The machine body 2 further comprises a water tank, a heater, a hot water pipeline, a plurality of control valves, and in some embodiments, the water outlet 21 is communicated with the hot water pipeline, which is not shown in the drawings.
The structure of the stirring tea-making barrel 1 can refer to the above description, and the stirring tea-making barrel 1 is detachably provided to the machine body 2, as shown in fig. 2. When the stirring tea making barrel 1 is arranged on the machine body 2, the opening 113 is over against the water outlet 21, and the driving member 22 and the driven member 123 are in a rotating connection relationship. In some embodiments, the driving member 22 and the driven member 123 have first and second engaging surfaces that are engageable with each other. However, the connection or engagement is not limited to this, and the purpose of the connection or engagement is to make the driving member 22 smoothly drive the driven member 123 and further drive the stirring blade 121 to rotate. In some embodiments, the interface between the agitator 12 and the sidewall 111 has waterproof gaskets and bearings, which are set by the manufacturer's requirements, but the application is not limited thereto.
In addition, in some embodiments, the barrel 11 has a plurality of feet formed on the bottom of the base 112 to prevent the outlet valve 13 from directly contacting the work bench.
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, like the above-mentioned outlet valve 13 being displaceable between the closed position P1 and the water outlet position P2 to control whether the tea water in the barrel 11 flows out or not, in this embodiment, the machine body 2 further has a driving module 24 to control the movement of the outlet valve 13. The drive module 24 includes a lever 241 and an actuator 242, such as a cylinder. The lever 241 is rotatable around a fulcrum 243, when the stirring tea making barrel 1 is arranged on the machine body 2, a non-fulcrum position of the lever 241 abuts against the water outlet valve 13, and the actuator 242 is connected with another non-fulcrum position of the lever 241 and is used for driving the lever 241 to swing. Thus, whether the tea water in the barrel body 11 flows out or not and the amount of the flowing water can be controlled, as shown in FIG. 5, when the water outlet valve 13 is located at the water outlet position P2, the tea water is discharged from the barrel body 11 into the tea holding barrel 3.
Please refer to fig. 6 and fig. 7, which are an external view of the machine body 2 of the tea making machine 100 according to an embodiment of the present application, and a partial view of the combination of the machine body 2 and the barrel 11 according to the embodiment shown in fig. 5. In this embodiment, the barrel 11 further includes a folded edge 115 extending horizontally from the top of the sidewall 111, and the machine body 2 further includes a seat 23. When the stirring tea making barrel 1 is disposed on the machine body 2, the folding edge 115 can be supported on the support seat 23, so that the bottom plate 112 of the barrel body 11 is suspended.
Please refer to fig. 8 and fig. 9, which are an external schematic view and a partial schematic view of the machine body 2 of the tea making machine 100 according to an embodiment of the present application. In order to allow the user to quickly assemble and align the stirring tea making barrel 1 with the machine body 2, the barrel 11 further includes an angle limiting member 116 extending from the turning flange 115 in a non-horizontal direction, and the support base 23 further includes a rotation limiting portion 231 corresponding to the angle limiting member 116, in this embodiment, as a rail type. When the tea stirring and brewing barrel 1 is disposed on the machine body 2, the angle limiting member 116 abuts against the rotation limiting portion 231 to prevent the barrel 11 from rotating relative to the machine body 2, so as to achieve the purpose of fast alignment (for example, the driven member 123 is abutted against the driving member 22) and fool-proofing.
