The cooking appliance according to claim 2, wherein the operating member (50) comprises a push button (51) movably arranged on the lining lid (21) and a first elastic structure (52) arranged between the push button (51) and the lining lid (21), the push button (51) is in abutting engagement with the auxiliary lid opening structure (11) in the condition that the lid (20) is snapped on the pot, the lid (20) can be subjected to an upward elastic restoring force provided by the first elastic structure (52) during opening of the lid (20), or,
the operating piece (50) comprises a knob (53) which is pivotally arranged on the lining cover (21) and a first magnetic block (55) which is arranged on the knob (53), the auxiliary cover opening structure (11) is a second magnetic block, the first magnetic block (55) and the second magnetic block are opposite and mutually repulsive under the condition that the pot cover (20) is buckled on the pot body, and the pot cover (20) can be subjected to magnetic repulsion generated between the first magnetic block (55) and the second magnetic block in the opening process of the pot cover (20).

The cooking appliance according to claim 3, wherein the operating member (50) comprises the push button (51), and in the case where the lid (20) is opened from the pan body, the operating member (50) is pressed to engage with the first catch (30) by a stroke greater than a stroke required for the operating member (50) to engage with the lid opening assisting structure (11).
