Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of machine tools, in particular to a power supply control system of a machine tool set.
Background
Machine tools are machines for manufacturing machines, also called machine tools or machine tools, and are conventionally called machine tools for short. Generally, the machining method is divided into a metal cutting machine, a forging machine, a woodworking machine and the like. The methods for machining machine parts in modern machine manufacturing are numerous: in addition to cutting, casting, forging, welding, pressing, extruding, etc., however, in general, a part requiring high precision and fine surface roughness is finished by cutting on a machine tool. The machine tool plays an important role in the construction of national economy modernization.
Machine tools are widely used in factories and manufacturing plants, and therefore, the precision requirement on the machine tools is generally high. The power supply input of the machine tool is an important factor influencing the precision of the machine tool, and although a voltage stabilizing system is added in many machine tools at present, the voltage stabilizing system only can play a role in reducing the influence of power supply fluctuation and cannot completely eliminate the influence of power supply fluctuation. Especially, under the condition of large power supply fluctuation, the influence on the precision of the machine tool is still large. In order to overcome the phenomenon, a voltage monitoring function is added to some machine tools at present, and power is supplied to an electric functional component of the machine tool only under the condition that a power supply meets the requirement, otherwise, the power supply is cut off. However, the voltage monitor used in the voltage monitoring function is also powered by the same power supply as the machine tool, and when the power supply itself is unstable, the voltage monitor may operate abnormally, which may cause the voltage monitoring function to malfunction, and the machine tool may still have insufficient accuracy.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem that a power supply control system of a machine tool group is provided aiming at the defects that in the prior art, when a large number of machine tools work at the same position and a power supply is unstable, a voltage monitor can work abnormally, so that the voltage monitoring function is abnormal, and the machine tools still can have insufficient precision.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a power control system for a machine tool set is configured, including:
k machine tool power supply lines independently supplying power, wherein K is more than or equal to 3, and each machine tool power supply line is responsible for supplying power to one machine tool;
k voltage stabilizers which are respectively installed in K machine tool power supply lines;
k voltage monitors are respectively arranged between the output side of the voltage stabilizer and the corresponding machine tool;
k controlled switches are respectively arranged between the voltage monitor and the corresponding machine tool and used for conducting on-off control of a power supply of a machine tool power supply line;
wherein, the voltage monitor on every lathe power supply line and the operating power supply of controlled switch all are got from other lathe power supply lines, all the operating power supply forms alternately getting the electricity together.
Further, in the power supply control system of the machine tool group according to the present invention, if the voltage monitor and the controlled switch of an arbitrary machine tool i are supplied with power from the power-supply machine tool power supply line of the machine tool j, the voltage monitor and the controlled switch of the machine tool j must be supplied with power from the power-supply machine tool power supply line of the machine tool k, but cannot be supplied with power from the power-supply machine tool power supply line of the machine tool i, i ≠ j ≠ k.
Further, in the power supply control system of the machine tool group according to the present invention, when the working power supply is supplied from another machine tool power supply line, the working power supply is connected between the corresponding machine tool and a controlled switch connected to the other machine tool power supply line.
Further, in the power control system of the machine tool set of the present invention, each of the controlled switches is a normally open controlled switch, and when the controlled switch does not normally supply power, the power supply is turned off.
Further, in the power control system of the machine tool set, each controlled switch is a wireless controlled switch, and the power control system is provided with a standby power supply, and is used for supplying power to the standby power supply when the controlled switch does not normally supply power, but does not adopt the standby power supply to supply power under the normal power supply condition, and can be switched on and switched off under the wireless control of other control devices.
Further, in the power control system of the machine tool set of the present invention, each controlled switch has a physical operation switch thereon for turning on and off the following functions of the controlled power supply: and when the controlled switch does not normally supply power, supplying power to the standby power supply.
The power supply control system of the machine tool set has the following beneficial effects: the power supply control system of the machine tool group can adopt other machine tool power supply lines for both the voltage monitor and the controlled switch of the current machine tool power supply line when the power supply of the current machine tool power supply line fluctuates, so that the normal work can be continued, the current machine tool power supply line can be continuously and normally monitored, and when the current machine tool power supply line exceeds the preset power supply voltage range, the power supply is normally cut off through the controlled switch, and the power supply for the current machine tool power supply line is stopped.
