step S3, injection molding the injection molding cavity to form the support piece 4;
step S4, installing an insulating support 7 on one side surface of the cover plate 1 facing the battery core of the battery, wherein the cover plate 1, the installation assembly, the pole 6 and the insulating support 7 form a top cover assembly;
step S5, connecting the top cover assembly with the pole piece assembly of the battery cell, installing the pole piece assembly in a shell of the battery cell, and then welding and sealing the top cover assembly with an opening of the shell;
step S6, battery liquid injection;
and step S7, mounting the insulating top plate 2 on one side surface of the cover plate 1, which is far away from the battery core.
In this embodiment, in step S1, the cover plate 1 and the protruding portion on the cover plate 1 are integrally formed by press molding, the positive electrode post is made of aluminum, the negative electrode post is made of copper-aluminum alloy, and the positive and negative electrode posts are formed by punching a plate. The mounting 5 is made for metal material, and the mounting 5 adopts forging and pressing to form to improve the material density and the support intensity of mounting 5, improve the installation stability of installation component and utmost point post 6. When the fixing piece 5 is welded, the seal ring 3 becomes loose. Therefore, the pole 6 and the sealing ring 3 are extruded after the fixing piece 5 is welded, and the pole 6 and the sealing ring 3 are stably installed.
In step S3, the support member 4 is injection molded into the injection molding cavity. In step S5, the top cover assembly is connected to the pole piece assembly of the electric wire, i.e., the pole 6 is connected to the tab of the pole piece assembly, and then the pole piece assembly is mounted in the housing of the electric core, and then the top cover assembly is welded to the open end of the housing, so that the top cover assembly seals the cavity of the housing.
In step S6, the electrolyte is injected through the injection hole 13 in the lid plate 1, and the cavity is filled with the electrolyte. After the filling, the pour hole 13 is closed.
In step S7, a back adhesive is disposed on a side of the insulating top plate 2 facing the cover plate 1, and the insulating top plate 2 is bonded to a side of the cover plate 1 facing away from the battery cell.
According to the process, the cover plate 1, the sealing ring 3, the pole 6 and the fixing piece 5 are assembled firstly, and then the support piece 4 is formed through injection molding, so that the pole 6 is fixed, and a top cover assembly is formed. And then the top cover assembly and the battery core are installed, the insulating top plate 2 is installed after liquid injection, the cover plate 1 is prevented from being encapsulated and injected after the cover plate 1 is installed, and the assembly efficiency is improved.

11. The battery top cover of claim 10, wherein the second groove is a plurality of grooves, and the plurality of second grooves are spaced apart along a circumferential direction of the fixing member or the supporting member.
12. The battery top cap of claim 8, wherein the support member is injection molded between the post and a wall of the receiving cavity.
13. The battery top cap of claim 2, wherein the number of the two poles is two, the two poles are respectively a positive pole and a negative pole, and the support member connected to the positive pole contains conductive particles, so that the positive pole and the cover plate are electrically connected through the support member.
14. The battery top cap of claim 1, wherein the insulating top plate is bonded to the cover plate.
15. 18. A process for preparing a cell for use in preparing the cell of claim 17, comprising the steps of:
step S1, respectively manufacturing and molding the cover plate, the insulating top plate, the pole, the sealing ring and the fixing piece of the mounting assembly;
s2, assembling the cover plate, the sealing ring and the pole to clamp the sealing ring between the pole and the cover plate, welding the fixing piece and the cover plate, and forming an injection molding cavity with an opening at one end among the cover plate, the sealing ring, the pole and the fixing piece;
step S3, injection molding the injection molding cavity to form a support piece;
step S4, installing an insulating support on one side surface of the cover plate facing the battery core of the battery, wherein the cover plate, the installation assembly, the pole and the insulating support form a top cover assembly;
step S5, connecting the top cover assembly with a pole piece assembly of the battery cell, installing the pole piece assembly in a shell of the battery cell, and welding and sealing the top cover assembly with an opening of the shell;
step S6, battery liquid injection;
and step S7, mounting the insulating top plate on one side surface of the cover plate, which is far away from the battery core.
19. The process for preparing a battery according to claim 18, wherein the fixing member is formed by forging and pressing in step S1.
20. The battery preparation process of claim 18, wherein in step S2, after the fixing member is welded, pressure is applied to the terminal in a direction away from the battery core, so that the sealing ring is compressed between the terminal and the cover plate.
21. The process for preparing a battery according to claim 18, wherein in step S7, a back adhesive is disposed on a side of the top insulating plate facing the cover plate, and the top insulating plate and the cover plate are bonded by the back adhesive.
