The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present disclosure, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present disclosure. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments disclosed herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure.
The terms first, second and the like in the description and in the claims of the present disclosure are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It will be appreciated that the data so used may be interchanged under appropriate circumstances such that embodiments of the disclosure may be practiced other than those illustrated or described herein, and that the objects identified as "first," "second," etc. are generally a class of objects and do not limit the number of objects, e.g., a first object may be one or more. In addition, "and/or" in the specification and claims means at least one of connected objects, a character "/" generally means that a preceding and succeeding related objects are in an "or" relationship.
The early warning method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings through specific embodiments and application scenarios thereof.
The embodiment of the disclosure can be applied to scenes such as summarizing and counting related detection data in large-scale emergency events, early warning for abnormal operation of mechanisms and the like, and the embodiment of the disclosure is exemplified by taking nucleic acid detection data in epidemic situations as an example in the follow-up process.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of an early warning method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, which is applied to a server, and as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps:
step 101, receiving first sampling object information sent by a first terminal, and storing the first sampling object information to a first database, wherein the first terminal is a terminal facing a sampling mechanism.
The embodiment of the disclosure can be applied to scenes of summarizing and counting relevant data of epidemic situation detection, monitoring epidemic situations in real time, early warning and the like.
The first terminal may be a terminal facing a sampling mechanism, such as a pharyngeal swab sampling mechanism, that is, the first terminal may be a platform terminal provided for a specific sampling mechanism to be used for inputting and managing information of a sampling object. The sampling object may be a subject sampled by a pharyngeal swab, and the information about the sampling object may be related information about the sampling object, such as name, sex, age, area, and other identification information, test tube number, and the like.
The server can be a background server for maintaining and managing the data related to epidemic situation detection, can interact with terminals facing different service organizations, performs statistics and summary and early warning report on the data of each terminal, and can also provide corresponding operation authorities such as data entry, data query and the like for different terminals.
Specifically, after sampling a sampling object, a sampling mechanism may place the sampling sample in a sampling test tube, where a code used for representing information of the sampling object, such as a barcode or a two-dimensional code, is attached to the sampling test tube, and the first terminal may obtain detailed information of the sampling object, that is, collect first sampling object information, where the first sampling object information may be information of any sampling object, and may further upload the first sampling object information to the server; the server may receive the first sampling object information sent by the first terminal, and may store the first sampling object information in a specific database, such as a first database, that is, the first database is dedicated to storing the received information of different sampling objects.
And 102, receiving a detection result corresponding to the first sampling object information sent by a second terminal, storing the detection result corresponding to the first sampling object information in a second database, and summarizing the detection results corresponding to the sampling object information stored in the second database to obtain summarized detection result data, wherein the second terminal is a terminal facing a detection mechanism.
The second terminal may be a terminal facing a detection mechanism, such as a nucleic acid detection mechanism, that is, the second terminal may be a platform terminal provided for a specific detection mechanism to obtain a detection result of a sampling object and manage the detection result of the sampling object.
Specifically, the sampling mechanism sends a sampling test tube of a sampling object to the detection mechanism for detection, after the detection is completed, the detection mechanism may record a detection result of the sampling object on the second terminal, including manual entry, or receive a detection result sent by a detection laboratory through a terminal, and of course, the second terminal may also obtain specific information of the sampling object, such as receiving information of the sampling object sent by the server, so that when a detection result of a certain sampling object is obtained, the detection result may be associated with corresponding information of the sampling object, and a detection result corresponding to any information of the sampling object may be uploaded to the server, such as sending a detection result corresponding to first information of the sampling object to the server; the server may receive the detection result corresponding to the first sampling object information sent by the second terminal, and may store the detection result corresponding to the first sampling object information in a specific database, such as a second database, that is, the second database is dedicated to store the received detection results corresponding to different sampling object information, where the second database may be a different database from the first database, or may be the same database, that is, the sampling object information and the detection result may be stored in a specific database.
103, executing an early warning operation under the condition that a preset condition is met, wherein the preset condition comprises that the first terminal has abnormal query operation, the second terminal has abnormal query operation or the detection result summarized data indicates that the first terminal is at risk.
Namely, the server can perform early warning on abnormal query operation of the sampling mechanism or the detection mechanism so as to prevent information leakage of the sampling object or reduce the risk of information leakage of the sampling object, and can perform early warning on risk data in the summary data of the detection result so as to start an emergency plan in time.
Specifically, the server may provide data query services to the first terminal and the second terminal, for example, the first terminal may request to query the server for sample object information, the second terminal may request to query the server for sample object information, detection results corresponding to the sample object information, and the like, the server may perform statistical early warning on the query operations of the first terminal and the second terminal to determine whether there is an abnormal query operation in the first terminal or the second terminal, for example, whether there are too many query times in a current time period, whether there are too many query objects or query information, and the like, and specifically may determine whether the query operation of the corresponding terminal is abnormal by performing statistical analysis on an operation log of a terminal user generated in the server, and in case that it is determined that there is an abnormality, the early warning operation can be executed, for example, warning information can be sent to a third terminal facing the supervision institution, or the inquiry access request of the current terminal is rejected, etc.
In addition, in order to facilitate the relevant personnel to know or monitor the current epidemic situation, the server may further summarize the detection results corresponding to the sampling object information stored in the second database, for example, count the total number of people with positive nucleic acid detection results and the distribution of people, the number of people with weak positive nucleic acid detection results, the number of people with positive nucleic acid detection results in a certain area, the number of people with positive nucleic acid detection results in a certain time period (for example, the current day, the last week, and the like), and the number of people with positive nucleic acid reinspection results in a certain area, so that different summary results can be obtained by summarizing and counting the detection results in different ways, and early warning can be performed based on the summary statistics results, or the detection results can be reported to supervision departments such as disease control department and health commission.
That is, the server may also determine whether to perform the warning operation based on the detection result summary data obtained by summarizing the detection results, specifically, may perform the warning operation if the detection result summary data indicates a risk, wherein, the summary data of the detection results indicates a risk, which may mean that at least one summary data indicates a risk in the summary data of the detection results, for example, the total number of positive test results exceeds a certain value, the number of newly added positive test results exceeds a certain value today, the number of positive test results exceeds a certain value in a certain area, etc., under the conditions, the server can send alarm information to the third terminal in time and report the detection result and summarized data, so that a supervision department can know and take relevant measures to deal with in time.
Optionally, after the step 102, the method further includes:
sending detection result summarized data to a third terminal;
alternatively, the step 103 includes:
under the condition that the number of the high-risk detection results exceeds a second preset number, sending third alarm information to a third terminal, wherein the third alarm information is used for indicating that the number of the high-risk detection results is higher;
and the third terminal is a terminal facing a supervision mechanism.
In order to facilitate the supervision department to timely know the current epidemic situation, the server can report the corresponding detection result summary data to the supervision mechanism after summarizing the detection results corresponding to the sampling object information stored in the second database, and also can send the detection result summary data to the third terminal facing the supervision mechanism, so that the supervision mechanism can timely acquire the current epidemic situation detection related data, and can timely make some early warning or preventive measures to control the epidemic situation development trend under the condition that the epidemic situation is serious or has a high infection risk through the acquired related data.
The detection result summary data may include the number of high-risk detection results (for example, the number of people with nucleic acid detection positive), the number of medium-risk detection results (for example, the number of people with nucleic acid detection weak positive), the number of low-risk detection results (for example, the number of people with nucleic acid detection negative), the number of high-risk detection results in each region, the number of daily high-risk detection result increments, and the like, and the specific detection result summary data may be set according to actual needs. Wherein a weak positive is indicative of a detection slightly above the normal threshold, which is generally indicative of a possible infection requiring a follow-up visit.
Or, a statistical early warning may be performed on the high-risk detection results, and when it is determined that the number of the high-risk detection results exceeds a certain number, for example, exceeds a second preset number, third warning information may be sent to the third terminal to indicate that the number of the high-risk detection results is higher, or of course, the specific number of the high-risk detection results may also be carried in the third warning information to be sent. Therefore, the monitoring mechanism can conveniently and timely know the high-risk detection result condition and can timely take corresponding early warning measures.
The second preset number may be set according to an actual situation, for example, the alarm may be performed when the number of the high-risk detection results reaches 100. The third terminal may be a terminal for a supervision agency facing a disease control department, health and fitness committee, or the like, that is, the third terminal may be a platform terminal provided for a specific supervision agency to use, for supervising and controlling operation behaviors of the sampling agency and the detection agency, and for detecting relevant data and the like.
Optionally, the method further includes:
receiving sample abolishing information sent by the second terminal;
summarizing the sample rejection information;
and sending second alarm information to a third terminal under the condition that the sample abolishing quantity is determined to exceed a first preset quantity, wherein the second alarm information is used for indicating that the detecting mechanism abolishes the abnormal sample quantity, and the third terminal is a terminal facing a monitoring mechanism.
Considering that in practice, the sample may be damaged due to improper storage or improper use of the sampling test tube, or the detection result may be invalid or may not be detected normally due to a detection process error, and for such cases, the second terminal may record the situation so as to count the sample abolishing situation, and perform re-audit evaluation on the detection qualification of the detection institution.
Therefore, in an embodiment, when the detection mechanism finds that a sampling test tube of a certain sampling object is discarded, the second terminal may record the information of the sampling object correspondingly, for example, a sample marking the information of the sampling object is discarded, and the second terminal may send the information of the sampling object marked as the discarded sample, that is, the discarded sample information, to the server; the server may receive the sample abolishing information sent by the second terminal, and further may collect the sample abolishing information, such as counting sample abolishing quantity, sample abolishing quantity ratio, and the like, in the case where it is determined that the number of discarded samples is large, such as exceeding a first preset number, it indicates that there is an abnormality in the number of discarded samples of the detection mechanism, and therefore, the condition can be reported to a supervision agency, that is, second alarm information can be sent to a third terminal to instruct the detection agency to abolish the sample quantity abnormality, therefore, the third terminal can receive the second alarm information sent by the server, and a monitoring mechanism can intervene in investigation on the detection mechanism after checking the alarm information through the third terminal, the detection qualification of the detection mechanism is reevaluated and evaluated, and the problems of medical resource waste or inaccurate detection result are avoided. The first preset number may be set according to an actual situation, for example, the alarm may be performed when the number of the sample rejections reaches 1000.
Therefore, the early warning is carried out by counting the sample abolishing quantity, so that the monitoring mechanism can be helped to conveniently supervise the detection mechanism in real time through the digital platform.
Optionally, the step 103 includes:
under the condition of receiving a query request of a target database sent by a target terminal, judging whether the query request frequency of the target terminal exceeds a preset frequency threshold value, wherein the target terminal is the first terminal, the target database is the first database, or the target terminal is the second terminal, and the target database is the second database;
and executing early warning operation under the condition that the number of times of the query request is determined to exceed a preset number threshold.
In an implementation mode, certain monitoring and early warning can be performed on platform operation behaviors of the sampling mechanism and the detection mechanism to prevent information leakage of the sampling object or reduce the risk of information leakage of the sampling object.
Specifically, the sampling mechanism may query the information of the sampling object through the first terminal, that is, may perform a query operation on the first terminal to request to query specific information of the sampling object, the first terminal may send a corresponding query request to the server based on a user operation, the server may receive the query request, and enter a database storing the information of the sampling object, that is, a first database, to query the required information of the sampling object, and after the query is completed, may return a corresponding query result to the first terminal, and the first terminal may display the specific information of the sampling object returned by the server on an interface.
In order to perform statistical early warning on the query request operation of the sampling mechanism and avoid the sampling mechanism from leaking the information of the sampling object, the server may perform statistics on the query request times sent by the first terminal, specifically, may perform statistics on the query request times or the total historical query request times of the first terminal within a certain recent time period (such as a recent hour, a recent day, and the like), so that, in the case of receiving the query request sent by the first terminal to the first database, it may be determined whether the current query request times of the first terminal exceed the limit, that is, whether the current query request times of the first terminal exceed the preset time threshold, if so, it indicates that the query operation of the current sampling mechanism is frequent and there is a suspicious behavior of intentionally obtaining the information of the sampling object, therefore, in this case, an early warning operation may be performed, for example, to prompt that the current operation is frequent, to verify the identity of the first terminal, to prohibit access of the first terminal in a limited time, to report to a monitoring mechanism, and the like. And under the condition that the current query request frequency of the first terminal does not exceed the limit, namely the preset frequency threshold value, the first terminal can normally respond to the query request of the first terminal without any early warning operation.
Similarly, for the query operation of the detection mechanism, for example, the statistical early warning of querying the detection result corresponding to the information of the sampling object may also be implemented in the manner described above for the first terminal. That is, the detection mechanism may query the detection result corresponding to the information of the sampling object through the second terminal, that is, query operation may be performed on the second terminal to request to query the detection result of the specific sampling object, the second terminal may send a corresponding query request to the server based on user operation, the server may receive the query request and enter a database, that is, a second database, storing the detection result corresponding to the information of the sampling object, to query the detection result of the required sampling object, after the query is completed, the corresponding query result may be returned to the second terminal, and the second terminal may display the detection result of the specific sampling object returned by the server on the interface.
In order to perform statistical early warning on the query request operation of the detection mechanism and avoid the detection mechanism from leaking the detection result of the sampling object, the server may perform statistics on the query request times sent by the second terminal, specifically, may perform statistics on the query request times or the total historical query request times of the second terminal within a certain recent time period (such as a recent hour, a current day, and the like), so that, when receiving the query request sent by the second terminal to the second database, it may be determined whether the current query request times of the second terminal exceed the preset time threshold value, based on the counted query request times of the second terminal and a preset time threshold value, if so, it indicates that the query operation of the current detection mechanism is frequent and there is a suspicious behavior of intentionally obtaining the detection result of the sampling object, therefore, in this case, an early warning operation may be performed, for example, to prompt that the current operation is frequent, to verify the identity of the second terminal, to prohibit access of the second terminal in a limited time, to report to a monitoring mechanism, and the like. And under the condition that the current query request frequency of the second terminal does not exceed the limit, namely the preset frequency threshold, no early warning operation can be carried out, and the query request of the second terminal can be normally responded.
It should be noted that the preset time threshold corresponding to the second terminal may be different from or the same as the preset time threshold corresponding to the first terminal, and may be specifically set according to actual requirements.
When the server counts the number of times of query requests of any one of the first terminal and the second terminal, a corresponding user log may be generated for each query operation of the terminal user, that is, a specific query event may be recorded in each user log, then the total number of times of query requests of the terminal may be counted by auditing the user logs, and when the query request of the terminal is received each time, the counted number of times of query requests may be obtained, and it is determined whether the query request is the N +1 th query, where N is a preset maximum allowable number of times of query requests, that is, a preset number threshold, if so, an early warning operation may be performed, otherwise, the query request of the terminal may be normally responded, and the counted number of times of query requests of the terminal may be updated.
Wherein the early warning operation may include any one of:
sending verification code information to the target terminal;
rejecting the query request of the target terminal;
and sending first alarm information to a third terminal, wherein the first alarm information is used for indicating that an abnormal query operation exists in a mechanism corresponding to the target terminal, and the third terminal is a terminal facing a supervision mechanism.
Namely, the execution of the early warning operation may be to send verification code information to the terminal sending the query request to verify the operation of the terminal user, so as to avoid the excessively frequent query; or, the query request of the current terminal may be rejected, for example, a prompt message that the current operation times are too many and the access is prohibited is returned to the terminal, and certainly, in order to ensure the normal query requirement of the terminal, the query request of the terminal may be only temporarily rejected, and the query request of the terminal is automatically allowed to be recovered after a certain time; or, the first warning information may be sent to the third terminal to indicate that an abnormal query operation exists in a mechanism corresponding to the terminal that currently sends the query request, that is, the behavior of the mechanism that currently frequently requests to query the relevant information of the sampling object may be reported to the monitoring mechanism, so that the monitoring mechanism may timely know the abnormal query condition of the sampling mechanism or the detection mechanism, and may take certain measures to timely intervene in the information leakage behavior of the troubleshooting mechanism.
Therefore, certain monitoring and early warning are carried out on the operation behaviors of the user of the sampling mechanism or the detection mechanism on the respective terminal platform, and the purpose of preventing the information leakage of the sampling object or reducing the risk of the information leakage of the sampling object can be achieved.
In the early warning method in this embodiment, a server receives first sampling object information sent by a first terminal, and stores the first sampling object information in a first database, where the first terminal is a terminal facing a sampling mechanism; the server receives a detection result corresponding to the first sampling object information sent by a second terminal, stores the detection result corresponding to the first sampling object information into a second database, and summarizes the detection result corresponding to the sampling object information stored in the second database to obtain detection result summarized data, wherein the second terminal is a terminal facing a detection mechanism; and executing early warning operation under the condition that a preset condition is met, wherein the preset condition comprises that the first terminal has abnormal query operation, the second terminal has abnormal query operation or the detection result summarized data indicates that the risk exists.
