Abstract

monitoring gas concentration data according to the concentration of target gas in a laboratory, and outputting abnormal early warning information of the gas concentration data when the gas concentration data is monitored not to meet the target gas concentration condition;

In a preferred embodiment, the environment data acquisition module is specifically configured to acquire the environment data through a plurality of environment sensors or a wireless sensor network; the plurality of environment sensors comprise a temperature sensor, a humidity sensor, a noise intensity sensor and a gas concentration sensor, or the wireless sensing network comprises a temperature sensor, a humidity sensor, a noise intensity sensor and a gas concentration sensor.
In a preferred embodiment, the environment data acquisition module is further connected with an external camera device; the intelligent integrated management method for the laboratory further comprises the following steps:

1. An intelligent integrated management system for a laboratory is characterized by comprising an experimental data acquisition module, an environmental data acquisition module and a data summarization processing module;
the experimental data acquisition module is used for acquiring experimental data of a laboratory and transmitting the experimental data to the data summarizing and processing module;
the environmental data acquisition module is used for acquiring environmental data of the laboratory and transmitting the environmental data to the data summarizing and processing module;
and the data summarizing and processing module is used for respectively carrying out abnormity monitoring on the experimental data and the environmental data and selecting whether to output abnormity early warning information according to an abnormity monitoring result of the experimental data or the environmental data.
2. The intelligent integrated laboratory management system according to claim 1, wherein said data summarization processing module comprises an experimental data processing unit;
the experimental data processing unit is used for:
classifying and archiving the experimental data according to all experimental projects of the laboratory; wherein the experimental data comprises test data, equipment data and project data;
monitoring the test data according to a predefined test data qualification standard, and outputting test data abnormity early warning information when the test data is unqualified;
monitoring the equipment running state of the laboratory according to the equipment data, and outputting equipment data abnormity early warning information when the equipment running state is monitored to be abnormal;
and monitoring the task progress corresponding to the experimental project according to the project data, and outputting abnormal early warning information of the project data when the task progress is monitored to be not equal to the expected task progress.
3. The intelligent integrated laboratory management system according to claim 2, wherein said experimental data processing unit is further configured to:

monitoring noise intensity data according to a target noise intensity condition of the laboratory, and outputting abnormal early warning information of the noise intensity data when the noise intensity data is monitored not to meet the target noise intensity condition;
monitoring gas concentration data according to the concentration of the target gas in the laboratory, and outputting gas concentration data abnormity early warning information when the gas concentration data is monitored not to meet the target gas concentration condition;
wherein the environmental data includes the temperature data, the humidity data, the noise intensity data, the gas concentration data.
5. The intelligent integrated laboratory management system according to claim 1, wherein the environmental data acquisition module is further connected with an external camera device;
the camera shooting device is used for collecting image data of the laboratory and transmitting the image data to the environment data collecting module.

An intelligent integrated management method for a laboratory is characterized by being applicable to an intelligent integrated management system for the laboratory, wherein the intelligent integrated management system for the laboratory comprises an experimental data acquisition module, an environmental data acquisition module and a data summarization processing module; the intelligent integrated management method for the laboratory comprises the following steps:
acquiring laboratory experiment data through the experiment data acquisition module, and transmitting the experiment data to the data summarizing and processing module;
acquiring environmental data of the laboratory through the environmental data acquisition module, and transmitting the environmental data to the data summarizing and processing module;
and respectively carrying out anomaly monitoring on the experimental data and the environmental data through the data summarizing and processing module, and selecting whether to output anomaly early warning information according to the anomaly monitoring result of the experimental data or the environmental data.
