The transformer substation overhaul isolation management and control method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the management and control on-site operation authority carries out hanging anti-lock on the operation-prohibited equipment, and the step of prohibiting operation of the operation-prohibited equipment comprises the following steps:
arranging a defense ticket under the overhaul key;
and hanging and placing the lock on the secondary equipment or the local handle which is forbidden to operate.

downloading a pre-test ticket to an overhaul key;
read back the pre-test record.
7. The substation overhaul isolation management and control method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the step of releasing the local operation authority and unlocking the arming lock of the arming device comprises:
downloading the revocation tickets to the maintenance key;
performing disarming operation on the equipment for hanging and placing the lock;
returning the maintenance key;
and the background monitoring system reads back the disarming information.
8. The substation overhaul isolation management and control method according to claim 7, wherein the background monitoring system compares arming information and disarming information, and alarms if the arming information and the disarming information are inconsistent.
9. The substation overhaul isolation management and control method according to claim 8, further comprising reinstalling a disarming ticket to the overhaul key, wherein the disarming ticket only includes information on locks missing non-disarming.
10. The transformer substation maintenance and isolation control method according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein arming information and disarming information are stored in a temporary database, and the information is automatically deleted after the maintenance and isolation task is finished.
