Claims (10)

1. A voter verification and vote distribution method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1: according to the identity information and the election information of the voters, an electronic voter book is constructed in advance, and the electronic voter book stores the identity information and the election information of different voters;
s2: identifying the voter certificate through an image acquisition area of the ticket dispatching verification auxiliary equipment, and extracting a certificate photo and a certificate number from the voter certificate after successful identification;
s3: comparing faces of the voters according to the extracted certificate photos, acquiring identity information and election information of the voters from the electronic voter book according to the extracted certificate numbers after the face comparison is successful, and displaying the identity information and the election information of the voters on a display screen of the ticket dispatching verification auxiliary equipment;
s4: identifying votes of the voter through an image acquisition area of the vote verification auxiliary equipment, and extracting the types and the number of the votes after the votes are successfully identified; and
s5: and matching election information in the electronic voter book according to the certificate number, the types and the number of the votes extracted by the voter, and outputting a vote dispatching instruction on a display screen of the vote dispatching verification auxiliary equipment when the election information is successfully matched.

The voter verification and vote distribution method of claim 1, wherein the identity information of the voter comprises: the ID number, name, sex, age of the voter; the election information of the voter comprises: the affiliated ballot area and website, the ballot type, the ballot quantity and the ballot receiving state.
3. The voter verification and vote distribution method of claim 1 wherein said vote verification aid extracts a certificate photograph and a certificate number from the voter's certificate by optical character recognition.
4. The voter verification and vote distribution method of claim 1, wherein said step S4 comprises:
when the vote verification auxiliary equipment identifies the vote of the voter, extracting a vote identification code from the vote of the voter by an optical character identification method, and determining the type of the vote according to the vote identification code;
and adding 1 to the variable value for recording the votes from the voter, wherein the initial value of the variable is zero.
5. The voter verification and vote distribution method of claim 1, wherein said step S5 comprises:
acquiring the types and the number of votes of the voter from the electronic voter book according to the certificate number extracted by the voter;
and comparing the types and the number of the votes extracted by the auxiliary vote dispatching verification equipment with the types and the number of the votes stored in the electronic voter book, if the types and the number of the votes are consistent and the vote drawing state of the voter in the electronic voter book is not drawn, matching the election information successfully, and outputting a vote dispatching instruction through a display screen of the auxiliary vote dispatching verification equipment.
6. The voter verification and vote distribution method of claim 1, further comprising the steps of:

9. A system for voter verification and vote distribution is characterized in that the system comprises:

and the vote dispatching module is also used for matching election information in the electronic voter book according to the certificate number, the vote type and the number extracted by the voter, and outputting a vote dispatching instruction on a display screen of the vote dispatching verification auxiliary equipment when the election information is successfully matched.
10. A storage medium having stored thereon program instructions executable by a processor to perform the voter verification and vote distribution method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
