The method of the embodiment of the invention also comprises the following steps: and obtaining a specification attribute detection strategy according to the specification attribute intersection state of the specification items and the setting state of the specification intersection control valve, detecting the specification attributes in the PCB process list through the specification attribute detection strategy, and generating alarm information according to the detection result.
