In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3-5, where the create health prescription interface 200 presents a health prescription text box 201, the create health prescription interface 200 also presents an existing as template item 213, where the existing as template item 213 is configured to indicate the addition of a new medical regimen template.
In some embodiments, when presenting some or all of the contents of the entry text template 205, the medical regimen template 208, or the historical prescriptions in the health prescription text box 201, the healthcare worker may also modify the contents presented in the health prescription text box 201 to better fit the medical regimen to the target patient based on the actual health condition of the target patient. Based on this, S8 above also includes S802.
S802, the PC responds to the modification of the content presented in the health prescription text box 201 by the user and the saving operation of the modified content, and the modified content is saved as a new medical scheme template 208. Here, the saving operation of the modified content may be understood as: after the user has completed the modification, the click is saved as template entry 213.
In other examples, where the user filled the medical protocol in the blank health prescription text box 201, S8 described above further includes S803.
S803, the PC stores the filled-in contents as the new medical plan template 208 in response to the filling-in operation of the user in the blank health prescription text box 201 and the saving operation of the filled-in contents. Here, the saving operation of the filled-in content may be understood as: after the user completes filling in the blank health prescription text box 201, the user clicks on the save as template item 213.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned vocabulary entry sub-tab 202, health prescription template sub-tab 206, and history prescription sub-tab 209 may also be presented on other interfaces in different forms, for example, in the form of icons presented in the navigation bar 1.
It should be further noted that the entry sub-tab 202, the health prescription template sub-tab 206, and the history prescription sub-tab 209 may or may not be displayed simultaneously (as shown in fig. 3-5). The disclosed embodiments are not so limited.
In some embodiments, the medical information of the target patient, such as the disease type, name, age, sex, etc. of the target patient, is also presented in the create health prescription interface 200, which facilitates the physician to view the basic information of the target patient and the disease type of the target patient when creating the health prescription and create a health prescription more suitable for the target patient according to the information of the age, sex, etc. of the target patient. For example, the symptoms of chronic diseases such as hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and hyperglycemia, and the treatment modalities are closely related to the ages, sexes, and the like of patients, because patients of different ages and sexes have great differences in dietary patterns, life habits, and the like, and factors such as dietary patterns and life habits are important for the treatment of the diseases.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 2, the at least one medical operations index entry 102 includes a create follow-up index entry. Here, the create follow-up index entry is configured as an index entry that instructs a user to create a follow-up task for the patient. After S2A, the method for processing medical information further includes S31 and S36.
S31, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the PC displays the follow-up creation interface 300 in response to the user' S operation on the follow-up creation index item corresponding to the target patient. Here, the operation of creating the follow-up index item corresponding to the target patient by the user may be understood as: the user clicks on the create health prescription index corresponding to the target patient in the patient list 101 of the patient management interface 100.
S36, the PC responds to the third operation of the user and determines a follow-up task matched with the disease; each follow-up task includes follow-up content matching the disease of the target patient and a follow-up time corresponding to the follow-up content.
Here, the third operation by the user may be understood as: the user selects a preset follow-up task template 311 (i.e., S361 described below) in the follow-up task template area 303 in the create follow-up interface 300 described below, or custom-creates a follow-up task (i.e., S362 or S363 described below) in the custom area 310 in the create follow-up interface 300.
In some examples, after S31, the method of processing medical information further includes S33.
And S33, displaying at least one follow-up task template.
In some examples, as shown in fig. 7, a follow-up task template area 303 is included in the create follow-up interface 300, a plurality of follow-up task templates 311 are presented in the follow-up task template area 303, each follow-up task template 311 including a follow-up time and a follow-up content matching a disease category. Here, the plurality of follow-up task templates 311 are a plurality of follow-up tasks 311 matched with a plurality of disease categories.
For example, the follow-up content in each follow-up task template 311 is a preset follow-up record table matched with one disease category, and the follow-up record table enables medical staff to know the health state of the patient through the content in the follow-up record table when the medical staff visits the patient. The follow-up contents in each follow-up task template 311 shown in fig. 7 are only the name of the follow-up record table. Of course, the follow-up content may be other content as long as the content can achieve the purpose that the health status of the patient can be known when the medical staff visits the patient, and the embodiment of the disclosure does not limit this.
By way of example, the follow-up time displayed in each follow-up task template 311 may be understood as: the PC determines the date on which the follow-up contents are executed according to the preset time interval in the preset follow-up task template 311 and the date on the day on which the follow-up task is created. For example, if the preset time interval in one preset follow-up task template 311 is 7 days, the date of the creation of the follow-up task is 2019, 11 and 19 days, and the follow-up time displayed by the follow-up task template in the creation follow-up interface 300 is 2019, 11 and 26 days.
In addition, S36 includes S361.
S361, the PC determines a follow-up task template 311 as a follow-up task matching the disease category in response to a user' S operation on the follow-up task template 311.
For example, as shown in fig. 7, the PC may be understood to be, in response to a user operation on one follow-up task template 311: the option box 309 on one side of the follow-up task template 311 is selected and the add button 308 presented in the lower right corner of the create follow-up interface 300 is clicked. Thus, the PC determines the follow-up task template 311 as the follow-up task created for the target patient in response to the operation.
Of course, the user may also select the option boxes 309 on one side of the follow-up task templates 311 at the same time and click the add button 308. As such, the PC determines the plurality of follow-up tasks templates 311 to be the plurality of follow-up tasks created for the target patient in response to the operation.
In some examples, the preset follow-up record table may be quickly created through a visualization operation of an editor, such as: form layout is performed through grids, nesting use can be achieved, Flex is supported, and complex form layout scenes can be basically covered. And a user-defined area and user-defined style extension are provided, and the follow-up visit record table of the user can be easily and conveniently defined.
The specific implementation manner is as follows: and entering a designer page, and laying out the packaged field control in the component field area to an editing area by clicking or dragging the field control. The control position can be arbitrarily dragged and changed in the editing area, the deletion control is added in an integrated manner by combining the service characteristics of the control, and the control can be freely multiplexed by copying. And autonomously setting field attributes and form attributes in the configuration area. The "field identification" is configured to bind data. Form layout is carried out through the basic 1/24 columns, nesting use can be achieved, and Flex is supported. If the form style is not sufficient, the style can be modified through a "custom Class" configuration.
Due to the importance and diversity of the follow-up record table, the traditional follow-up record table has no standard development interface and is loose in structure; a large amount of codes are compiled, and complicated business logic wastes time and labor; the form function is rigid, and more service scenes cannot be adapted; the difficulty of maintenance and upgrading is high; the form operation is single, and interaction with the process and the like cannot be realized; the service change is rapid, and the form can not be updated in place; the codes are written manually and cannot be used flexibly. According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the creation of the follow-up record table page can be rapidly completed through the visual operation of the editor. Form layout is performed through grids, nesting use can be achieved, Flex is supported, and complex form layout scenes can be basically covered. And a user-defined area and user-defined style extension are provided, and the follow-up visit record table can be easily and conveniently defined.
For another example, adding a table element can be realized by dragging and clicking, adding a custom label width, whether to hide a label, a custom class and an operation attribute to a field attribute, wherein the operation attribute comprises data binding, hiding, time selection by using an arrow, password display and score display. The fields comprise uploaded files, sub-forms, label pages and the like; the toolbar includes undo, redo, etc.; generating a form comprises uploading a logo function; the preview includes a print function.
In other examples, after S31, the method of processing medical information further includes S34.
And S34, displaying at least one preset time option and a follow-up content selector corresponding to each preset time option.
In some examples, as shown in fig. 7, a custom area 310 is included in the create follow-up interface 300, and a plurality of preset time options 306 and a follow-up content selector 304 corresponding to each preset time option are presented in the custom area 310.
Illustratively, the preset time option 306 is a time interval from the day the follow-up task was created, e.g., one day later, one month later, two months later, etc. In addition, follow-up time corresponding to the time interval is displayed after the time interval, so that the medical staff can conveniently determine the specific follow-up date. This follow-up time has the same meaning as the follow-up time in each of the follow-up task templates shown in the above-described S33, and can be understood as: the PC determines the date on which the follow-up contents are executed according to the preset time interval in the preset follow-up task template 311 and the date on the day on which the follow-up task is created.
Illustratively, the follow-up content selector 304 is configured to instruct the user to select follow-up content that matches the disease of the target patient. The follow-up contents have the same meaning as the follow-up contents in each follow-up task template displayed in the above-mentioned S33, and each follow-up content can be understood as a preset follow-up record table matching with one disease category.
On this basis, S36 includes S362.
S362, in response to the selection of one preset time option 306 by the user and the selection of the follow-up content selector 304 corresponding to the preset time option 306, the PC determines the follow-up content in the follow-up content selector 304 and the follow-up time in the preset time option 306 as the follow-up task matching the disease category.
For example, as shown in fig. 7, in response to a user selection of one preset time option 306 and a selection of the follow-up content selector 304 corresponding to the preset time option 306, the PC may be understood as: the option frame 309 on one side of the preset time option 306 is selected, the expansion item 3011 in the follow-up content selector 304 corresponding to the preset time option 306 is clicked, a follow-up content matched with the disease of the target patient is selected from a follow-up content list displayed on the lower side of the follow-up content selector 304, and then the add button 308 is clicked. Thus, in response to this operation, the PC determines the selected follow-up time corresponding to the preset time option 306 and the selected follow-up content as the follow-up task created for the target patient.
Of course, the user may also select the option boxes 309 on one side of the multiple preset time options 306 at the same time, select the corresponding follow-up content in the follow-up content selector 304 corresponding to each preset time option 306, and click the add button 308. Thus, in response to this operation, the PC determines the selected follow-up time and corresponding follow-up content corresponding to each preset time option 306 as the plurality of follow-up tasks created for the target patient.
In still other examples, after S31, the method of processing medical information further includes S35.
S35, displaying a time selector and a follow-up content selector corresponding to the time selector.
As shown in fig. 7, within the custom area 310 in the create follow-up interface 300, a time selector 305 and a follow-up content selector 304 corresponding to the time selector are presented. Here, the follow-up content selector 304 is the same as the follow-up content selector 304 in S34 described above, and the description thereof is omitted.
Illustratively, the time selector 305 is configured to instruct the user to select an arbitrary date.
On this basis, S36 includes S363.
S363, the PC determines the selected follow-up content in the follow-up content selector 304 and the follow-up time in the time selector 305 as the follow-up task matching the disease category in response to the user' S selection of the time selector 305 and the follow-up content selector 304 corresponding to the time selector 305. For example, the PC may display a date table in response to the user clicking on the time selector 305, and the user may select an arbitrary date in the date table as the follow-up time.
In still other examples, a plurality of follow-up task templates 311, a plurality of preset time options and a follow-up content selector corresponding to each preset time option, and a time selector and a follow-up content selector corresponding to the time selector are simultaneously presented in the creation follow-up interface 300, and the user can determine an appropriate follow-up time according to the health status of the patient through the preset time options 306 in the follow-up task templates 311 and S34 in S33 described above. In the case where there is no suitable follow-up time in both the follow-up task template 311 and the preset time option 306, the user may also determine a suitable follow-up time through the time selector 305 in the above-mentioned S35. Of course, the user may also determine the follow-up time in other forms, which is not limited by the embodiment of the disclosure.
In other embodiments, in S31, as shown in fig. 6, the PC displays the follow-up interface 300 in response to the user' S operation on the corresponding follow-up index item for the target patient, and presents the disease type selector 301 in the follow-up interface 300. On this basis, after S31, before S36, the method of processing medical information further includes S32.
S32, as shown in fig. 6, the PC displays the disease category list 302 in response to the operation of the disease category selector 301 by the user, and specifies the disease category corresponding to the disease of the target patient. Here, the operation of the disease category selector 301 by the user may be understood as: click on the expansion 3011 in the disease category selector 301. Determining the disease species corresponding to the disease of the target patient may be understood as: clicking on one of the disease categories in the disease category list 302 corresponding to the disease of the target patient, for example, the disease of the target patient is hypertension, and the degree is level 1, the user clicks on the hypertension in the disease category list 302, displays a secondary list 3021 corresponding to the hypertension, and clicks on the level 1 of the hypertension in the secondary list 3021. The disease category list 302 and the secondary list 3021 are a plurality of predetermined disease categories.
In some examples, the PC displays only the follow-up task template 311 matching the disease category among the plurality of follow-up task templates 311 in the above S33 in response to the determined disease category corresponding to the disease of the target patient.
Illustratively, the disease category of the target patient is hypertension, and the PC displays only 1 or more follow-up task templates 311 matching the hypertension level 1 in the follow-up task template area 303 in response to determining that the category corresponding to the disease of the target patient is hypertension level 1.
In other examples, the PC includes only the follow-up content matching the disease category in the follow-up content selectors of S34 and S35 described above in response to determining the disease category corresponding to the disease of the target patient.
For example, the disease category of the target patient is hypertension, and the PC causes only the follow-up contents matching the disease category to be displayed in the follow-up contents list displayed on the lower side of the follow-up contents selector 304 in response to determining that the disease category corresponding to the disease of the target patient is hypertension level 1.
In some embodiments, after S36, the method of processing medical information further includes S37 and S38.

S53, as shown in fig. 10, the PC displays the create health prescription interface 200 in response to the user' S manipulation of the new health prescription index item 503, unlike the create health prescription interface 200 displayed in S26 (i.e., the create health prescription interface 200 shown in fig. 3-5), where the create health prescription interface 200 further includes the patient search box 103.
S54, the PC determines a target patient in response to the inquiry operation for the information entered in the patient search box 103, and displays the visit information of the target patient. For example, the user inputs a name X3 and a medical record number CD10000103 in the patient search box 103, the PC determines that the target patient is X3 in response to a query operation for the name X3 and the medical record number CD10000103 input in the patient search box 103, and displays the visit information of the target patient X3 in the create health prescription interface 200 shown in fig. 10.
S55, the PC presents a medical regimen matching the disease of the target patient in the health prescription text box 201 in response to the second operation by the user.
Here, S55 is the same as S26 described above, and the second operation by the user can be understood as: the user writes the medical treatment plan in the blank health prescription text box 201, or the user presents the medical treatment plan matching the disease of the target patient in the blank health prescription text box 201 by using the above-mentioned manner of referring to the entry text template, referring to the medical treatment plan template, or multiplexing the historical prescription (i.e. S261-S263, S264-S266, or S267-S269), which is not described herein again.
S56, the PC adds the visit information of the target patient as part of a new line of prescription information to the health prescription list 501 in the health prescription management interface 500 and associates the medical plan of the target patient to the second detail index 5021 in the new line of prescription information in response to the saving operation of the medical plan by the user.
In some embodiments, the at least one navigation tab 11 comprises a new health prescription tab, and S2 includes S2C.
S2C, the PC displays the create health prescription interface 200 in response to a first user action on the new health prescription tab (e.g., the user clicks on an icon representing the new health prescription tab in navigation bar 1). The create health prescription interface 200 shown here is the same as the create health prescription interface 200 shown in S53 described above. Based on this, the method for processing medical information further includes the above-mentioned S54-S56.
In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 10, a registration build index entry 105 is also presented in the create health prescription interface 200. Here, the registration build index entry 105 is the same as the registration build index entry 105 in the patient list interface 100 shown in FIG. 2, and is configured to instruct the user to create a medical record for a new patient. Based on this, the processing method of the medical information further includes S41 and S42, which are not described herein again.
It should be noted that the registered card creation index may also be displayed in the form of a tab, for example, in the form of a navigation tab 11 displayed in the navigation bar 1, or may be displayed in other ways.
In some embodiments, if the PC does not determine the target patient in response to the query operation for the information input in the patient search box 103 in S54, the target patient is considered as a new patient. Based on this, the PC first performs the above S41 and S42, creates a medical record card for the new patient, and then, in response to returning to the operation of creating the health prescription interface 200, re-performs S54-S56; alternatively, the PC first performs S2A, where the first line in the patient list 101 is the new patient' S information, and then performs S22 and S26, as described above, to create a health prescription for the new patient.
Here, returning to the operation of creating the health prescription interface 200 may be understood as: the user clicking on the interface tab 81 appearing on the navigation pane 8 when the PC executes S54 in the interface tab 81 of the navigation pane 8, such as the create health prescription in the navigation pane 8 shown in fig. 10; alternatively, the user clicks on an icon on navigation bar 1 indicating the creation of a health prescription tab. Of course, other operations are also possible, and the embodiments of the present disclosure do not necessarily have to be taken as an example as long as the operations can display the health prescription text box 201 and create a health prescription for the patient in the health prescription text box 201.
It should be noted that each of the interfaces includes a navigation pane 8, where the navigation pane 8 includes at least one interface tab 81, one interface tab 81 corresponds to one interface, and a display state of the interface tab 81 corresponding to the current interface is different from display states of the interface tabs 81 corresponding to other interfaces. For example, referring to fig. 10, if the interface tab 81 corresponding to the interface currently displayed by the PC is used for creating a health prescription, the display color of the interface tab 81 for creating the health prescription is darker than the display colors of the other interface tabs 81, so that a user can distinguish different interfaces through the interface tabs to realize switching between different interfaces.
In some embodiments, the at least one navigation tab 11 comprises a follow-up management tab; the S2 includes S2D.
S2D, as shown in fig. 11, the PC displays a follow-up management interface 600 in response to a first operation of the follow-up management tab by the user, where a follow-up task list 601 is presented in the follow-up management interface 600, the follow-up task list 601 includes a plurality of rows of follow-up information, and each row of follow-up information includes visit information of the patient, a follow-up time, follow-up content, and at least one second medical information operation item 604.
Here, the first operation of the user on the follow-up management tab may be understood as: the user clicks on an icon representing the follow-up management tab in the navigation bar 1. The patients in the multiple rows of follow-up information may be the same patient. For example, as shown in fig. 11, the plurality of lines of follow-up information includes 4 different follow-up information of the same patient X3.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 11, each row of follow-up information also includes a follow-up status, including no follow-up or completed. In the case where the follow-up status in a row of follow-up information is non-follow-up, the at least one second medical information operation item 604 in the row of follow-up information includes a follow-up execution index item and a deletion item. For example, as shown in fig. 11, in the first line of follow-up information of the follow-up task list 601, the follow-up status of the line of follow-up information is no follow-up, and the second medical information operation item 604 in the line of follow-up information includes a follow-up execution index item and a deletion item. That is, in the case where a certain follow-up task is not executed, the user may delete the follow-up task.
Based on this, the method of processing medical information further includes S61.
S61, the PC responds to the operation of the user on the follow-up visit execution index item, and displays a follow-up visit record table corresponding to the follow-up visit content.
For example, as shown in fig. 12, in response to a click operation of a user on a follow-up execution index item in the fourth row follow-up information of the follow-up task list 601, the PC displays a follow-up task execution interface 700, and a follow-up service record table of a hypertensive patient corresponding to follow-up content in the row of follow-up information is presented in the follow-up task execution interface 700.
S62, as shown in fig. 11, the PC changes the follow-up status in the follow-up information of the row from non-follow-up to completed, and changes the follow-up execution index item to the third details index item 6041, and hides the deletion item, in response to the save operation of the contents entered in the follow-up service record table for the hypertensive patient. The third detail index item 6041 is configured to instruct viewing of a follow-up record table corresponding to the follow-up task. The contents in the follow-up visit record table are filled in by medical staff in the follow-up visit process, and the contents are in a non-editing state. That is, after the follow-up task is executed, the user can only view the contents in the follow-up record table filled in during the follow-up.
In some examples, as shown in fig. 12, the follow-up service record table of the hypertensive includes a "this follow-up category" including options of control satisfaction, control dissatisfaction, adverse reaction or complication, and during the follow-up of the patient by the medical staff, one or more of the options of control satisfaction, control dissatisfaction, adverse reaction or complication can be selected according to the health condition of the patient, for example, control satisfaction is selected.
In some embodiments, the second medical information operation item 604 also includes a first follow-up contrast index item 6042. On this basis, the processing method of the medical information further includes S63.
