Background
The tablet is a flaky or specially-shaped flaky solid preparation which is prepared by uniformly mixing the medicament and auxiliary materials and then pressing. The tablet is mainly an oral common tablet, and also comprises a buccal tablet, a sublingual tablet, an oral patch, a chewable tablet, a dispersible tablet, an effervescent tablet, a vaginal tablet, a quick-release or sustained-release or controlled-release tablet, an enteric-coated tablet and the like.
But current medicine sampling equipment adopts the thief rod to take a sample to the medicine usually, need the manual work to rotate the sampler slope and insert in the tablet usually, leads to the sampling process operation complicated, and partial tablet is when taking out, because the coating has not solidified completely yet, leads to the coating layer of tablet outer wall to easily drop and adhere to at the sampling mechanism inner wall, influences the normal use of sampling mechanism, can not carry out normal detection to the medicine moreover.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to: in order to solve the problems that the sampling operation is complex and the coating is easy to adhere to the inner wall of the mechanism when not solidified, the on-line medicine sampling mechanism is provided.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: the online medicine sampling mechanism comprises a collecting mechanism, wherein the outer wall of the collecting mechanism is connected with a rotating mechanism, the outer side of the rotating mechanism is sleeved with a shell, the outer wall of the shell is connected with a driving mechanism, and the end part of the collecting mechanism is provided with a sampling mechanism;
the collecting mechanism comprises a sampling tube penetrating through the rotating mechanism, a first conducting wire is mounted on the outer wall of the sampling tube, a second conducting wire is connected to the outer wall of the sampling tube below the first conducting wire, the thickness of the shell of the first conducting wire is larger than that of the shell of the second conducting wire, and a collecting bottle is connected to one end, far away from the sampling mechanism, of the sampling tube;
the outer wall of the rotating mechanism is provided with a first clamping groove, the inner wall of the first clamping groove is sleeved with a first electric ring, the outer wall of the rotating mechanism is positioned on one side of the first clamping groove and is provided with a second clamping groove, the inner side of the second clamping groove is sleeved with a second electric ring, the outer wall of the second electric ring is provided with an insulating ring, the diameter of the first clamping groove is larger than that of the second clamping groove, and the width of the first clamping groove is the same as that of the second clamping groove;
the driving mechanism comprises a mounting frame positioned on the outer wall of the shell, an air cylinder is mounted inside the mounting frame, one side of the air cylinder is connected with a connecting wire, the end part of the connecting wire extends to the inner side of the first clamping groove, the outer side of the shell is provided with a power wire, and the power wire extends to the inside of the second clamping groove;
the outer wall of the sampling mechanism is connected with a control box, the first conducting wire and the second conducting wire both extend to the interior of the control box, the inner wall of the control box is provided with a hanging ring, the second lead is fixedly connected with the control box through the hanging ring, the bottom end of the first conducting wire is connected with a conducting rod, a sliding groove is arranged at the joint of the control box and the sampling mechanism, a clamping plate is arranged in the control box, a conducting strip is arranged at the top end of the clamping plate, a baffle plate is connected inside the clamping plate extending to the sampling mechanism, a plurality of groups of air drying openings are arranged on the inner wall of the baffle plate, tablets are arranged at the bottom end of the baffle plate in the sampling mechanism, the outer wall of the sampling mechanism is located below the tablet and is provided with a horn mouth, the top end of the sampling mechanism is provided with a motor, and the output end of the motor extends to the inner part of the sampling mechanism and is connected with a blade.
Preferably, the screwed pipe has been seted up to the tip of sampling tube, the receiving flask passes through screwed pipe and sampling tube fixed connection, first wire extends to the inner wall of first draw-in groove and has seted up the electrical connector, first wire is through connecting electrical connector and first electrical ring laminating, the second wire extends to the inner wall of second draw-in groove and has seted up the electrical connector, the second wire is through connecting electrical connector and the laminating of second electrical ring.
Preferably, the shell is including the spacing ring with slewing mechanism outer wall fixed connection, multiunit sealed piece has been seted up to the inner wall of spacing ring, and the inside of first draw-in groove of every sealed piece extension and second draw-in groove of group.
Preferably, the output end of the cylinder is connected with a rotating wheel, the outer wall of the rotating wheel is attached to the outer wall of the sampling tube, the outer wall of the power line is connected with a fixing frame, and the end part of the fixing frame is welded on the outer wall of the shell.
Preferably, the outer wall of the sampling mechanism is provided with a plurality of groups of ventilation nets around the motor, the top end of the first wire is connected with a power transmission line on the inner wall of the control box, and the first wire is connected with the motor through the power transmission line.
Preferably, the conducting rod is connected with the clamping plate in a sliding mode through the conducting strip, the bottom end of the second wire is located inside the control box and provided with a connector, and the diameter of the connector is the same as that of the conducting rod.
Preferably, the inner wall of the shielding plate is provided with a breathable net at the inner side of the air drying openings, and the shielding plate is a circular plate.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. according to the invention, through the arranged sampling mechanism and the driving mechanism, when the tablet is sampled, the motor arranged above the sampling mechanism is started firstly, the interior of the sampling mechanism is pumped into negative pressure through the motor, so that the tablet can be sucked into the bell mouth and is finally attached to the shielding plate, the tablet blocks the opening on the shielding plate, so that outside air cannot smoothly enter the sampling mechanism, at the moment, the shielding plate is pulled by the negative pressure to move upwards until the bottom end of the second lead is inserted into the conductive sheet, the first lead is connected with the second lead through the conductive rod and the conductive sheet, the second lead is connected with the connecting wire through the first electric ring, so that the power supply of the cylinder is connected, the output end of the cylinder pushes the rotating wheel to move downwards, so that the sampling tube rotates around the rotating mechanism until the power wire is contacted with the insulating ring, and the power supply in the structure is cut off, the motor does not operate, so that the tablets slide into the sampling tube under the action of gravity and finally enter the collecting bottle, the cylinder does not provide power, the cylinder returns, and the sampling tube also returns under the action of gravity, so that the tablets can be conveniently sampled, the use efficiency is improved, and the problem of complex sampling operation is effectively solved;
2. through the sampling mechanism who sets up, when taking a sample to the tablet, the tablet at first can block on the inside ventilative net of seting up of shielding plate, the negative pressure of shielding plate top not only can upwards pull up the shielding plate this moment, still can be with the air of part through air-dry mouthful suction to the sampling mechanism in, can form updraft in the outside of tablet this moment, thereby carry out the drying to the tablet, prevent that the tablet from not entering into behind the complete drying in the sampling tube, the capsule thick liquid is in the sampling tube, the tablet quality decline has been avoided, the sampling mechanism has also been prevented from receiving the pollution, the problem that the sampling mechanism easily received the pollution has effectively been solved.

Referring to fig. 1-7, an online medicine sampling mechanism includes a collecting mechanism 1, a rotating mechanism 2 is connected to an outer wall of the collecting mechanism 1, a housing 3 is sleeved on an outer side of the rotating mechanism 2, a driving mechanism 4 is connected to an outer wall of the housing 3, and a sampling mechanism 5 is installed at an end of the collecting mechanism 1;
the collecting mechanism 1 comprises a sampling tube 101 penetrating through the rotating mechanism 2, a first lead 103 is mounted on the outer wall of the sampling tube 101, a second lead 104 is connected to the outer wall of the sampling tube 101 below the first lead 103, the thickness of the shell of the first lead 103 is larger than that of the shell of the second lead 104, and a collecting bottle 102 is connected to one end, far away from the sampling mechanism 5, of the sampling tube 101;
a first clamping groove 201 is formed in the outer wall of the rotating mechanism 2, a first electric ring 202 is sleeved on the inner wall of the first clamping groove 201, a second clamping groove 203 is formed in one side, located on the first clamping groove 201, of the outer wall of the rotating mechanism 2, a second electric ring 204 is sleeved on the inner side of the second clamping groove 203, an insulating ring 205 is formed in the outer wall of the second electric ring 204, the diameter of the first clamping groove 201 is larger than that of the second clamping groove 203, and the width of the first clamping groove 201 is the same as that of the second clamping groove 203;
the driving mechanism 4 comprises a mounting frame 401 positioned on the outer wall of the shell 3, an air cylinder 402 is mounted inside the mounting frame 401, one side of the air cylinder 402 is connected with a connecting wire 404, the end part of the connecting wire 404 extends to the inner side of the first clamping groove 201, the outer side of the shell 3 is provided with a power wire 405, and the power wire 405 extends to the inside of the second clamping groove 203;
the outer wall of sampling mechanism 5 is connected with control box 507, first wire 103 and second wire 104 all extend to the inside of control box 507, link 510 has been seted up to the inner wall of control box 507, second wire 104 passes through link 510 and control box 507 fixed connection, the bottom of first wire 103 is connected with conducting rod 512, spout 504 has been seted up with the junction of sampling mechanism 5 to control box 507, the inside of control box 507 is provided with snap-on board 508, conducting strip 511 has been seted up on the top of snap-on board 508, the internal connection that snap-on board 508 extended to sampling mechanism 5 has shielding plate 505, the inner wall of shielding plate 505 has been seted up multiunit air-dry mouth 513, the inside that the bottom of shielding plate 505 is located sampling mechanism 5 is provided with tablet 6, horn mouth 506 has been seted up to the below that the outer wall of sampling mechanism 5 is located tablet 6, motor 501 is installed to the top of sampling mechanism 5, the output of motor 501 extends to the internal connection of sampling mechanism.
Please refer to fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 4, a threaded tube is disposed at an end of the sampling tube 101, the collection bottle 102 is fixedly connected to the sampling tube 101 through the threaded tube, the inner wall of the first conducting wire 103 extending to the first clamping groove 201 is provided with an electrical connector, the first conducting wire 103 is attached to the first electrical ring 202 through the electrical connector, the inner wall of the second conducting wire 104 extending to the second clamping groove 203 is provided with an electrical connector, and the second conducting wire 104 is attached to the second electrical ring 204 through the electrical connector, so that each set of conducting wires can be connected through each set of electrical rings, and the power line 405 can normally provide power for the mechanism.
Please refer to fig. 1 and fig. 3 with fig. 4, the housing 3 includes a limiting ring 301 fixedly connected to the outer wall of the rotating mechanism 2, the inner wall of the limiting ring 301 is provided with a plurality of sets of sealing blocks 302, each set of sealing blocks 302 extends into the first slot 201 and the second slot 203, the sealing blocks 302 can properly seal the first slot 201 and the second slot 203, and the negative pressure leakage inside the coating machine is reduced.
Please refer to fig. 1, the output end of the cylinder 402 is connected to the rotating wheel 403, the outer wall of the rotating wheel 403 is attached to the outer wall of the sampling tube 101, the outer wall of the power cord 405 is connected to the fixing frame 406, the end of the fixing frame 406 is welded to the outer wall of the housing 3, and the sampling tube 101 can be pushed to rotate by the cylinder 402, so as to sample the tablet 6.
Please refer to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the outer wall of the sampling mechanism 5 is provided with a plurality of sets of ventilation nets 502 around the motor 501, the top end of the first wire 103 is connected to the power transmission line 509 on the inner wall of the control box 507, the first wire 103 is connected to the motor 501 through the power transmission line 509, and the ventilation nets 502 can facilitate the air in the sampling mechanism 5 to be discharged, so as to form negative pressure in the sampling mechanism 5.
Please refer to fig. 3 and fig. 4, the conductive rod 512 is slidably connected to the engaging plate 508 through the conductive sheet 511, the bottom end of the second conductive wire 104 is disposed inside the control box 507 and has a connector, and the diameter of the connector is the same as that of the conductive rod 512.
Referring to fig. 7, the inner wall of the shielding plate 505 is provided with a ventilation net inside the plurality of air drying ports 513, the shielding plate 505 is shaped as a circular plate, the tablet 6 can be adsorbed by negative pressure through the ventilation net, and the tablet 6 can be dried through the air drying ports 513.
The working principle is as follows: after the tablet 6 is processed to a certain degree, the tablet 6 needs to be sampled, at this time, the collecting bottle 102 is fixed outside the sampling tube 101, then the power is supplied through the power line 405, the power line 405 supplies power to the first conducting wire 103 through the second electrical ring 204, the top end of the first conducting wire 103 is connected with the motor 501 through the power line 509, so as to start the motor 501, the output end of the motor 501 is connected with the blade 503, so as to discharge the air inside the sampling mechanism 5 through the ventilation net 502, so that a negative pressure is formed in the sampling mechanism 5, the negative pressure sucks the external tablet 6 through the horn mouth 506, so that the tablet 6 enters the horn mouth 506 and is finally attached to the shielding plate 505, at this time, the tablet 6 is clamped on the ventilation net arranged inside the shielding plate 505, at this time, the negative pressure above the shielding plate not only pulls up the shielding plate 505, but also draws part of the air into the sampling mechanism 5 through the air drying mouth 513, at this time, an updraft is formed on the outer side of the tablet 6, so that the tablet 6 is dried, and after the tablet 6 is not completely dried and enters the sampling tube 101, the coating slurry is prevented from being attached to the sampling tube, thereby avoiding the quality reduction of the tablet and preventing the sampling mechanism from being polluted;
during the continuous rising process of the shielding plate 505, the bottom end of the second wire 104 is inserted into the conductive sheet 511, the first wire 103 is connected with the second wire 104 through the conductive rod 512 and the conductive sheet 511, the second wire 104 is connected with the connecting wire 404 through the first electric ring 202, so that the power supply of the air cylinder 402 is connected, the output end of the air cylinder 402 pushes the rotating wheel 403 to move downwards, so that the rotating wheel 403 presses down one end of the sampling tube 101, so that the sampling tube 101 rotates around the rotating mechanism 2, so that the second electric ring 204 rotates until the power line 405 contacts with the insulating ring 205, so that the power line 405 does not supply power to the mechanism, at this time, the motor 501 does not operate at first, and the sampling tube 101 is arranged obliquely, so that tablets slide into the sampling tube 101 under the action of gravity and finally enter the collection bottle 102, the air cylinder 402 does not supply power, so that the air cylinder 402 returns, and the sampling tube 101 returns under the action of gravity, the mechanism is used for sampling for the second time, so that the tablet 6 can be conveniently sampled, and the use efficiency is improved.
