Abstract
The invention provides a grouting machine, which comprises a grouting pump, a high-pressure conveying pipe, a mortar pipe, a grouting nozzle and a grouting baffle, wherein the grouting pump is arranged on the mortar pipe and used for providing driving force for conveying mortar for the high-pressure conveying pipe; the high-pressure conveying pipe is used for conveying the mortar to the mortar pipe under the action of the grouting pump; the grouting nozzle is used for injecting mortar in the mortar pipe into the building block; the grouting baffle is used for preventing mortar injected into the building block from sliding off. The invention can solve the problems of low building quality, low efficiency and the like caused by manually taking mortar during building.

As shown in fig. 1, the grouting machine provided by the present invention comprises a grouting pump 1, a high-pressure delivery pipe 15, a mortar pipe 7, a grouting nozzle 8 and a grouting baffle 9, wherein the grouting pump 1 is used for providing a driving force for delivering mortar to the high-pressure delivery pipe 15; the high-pressure conveying pipe 15 is used for conveying the mortar to the mortar pipe 7 under the action of the grouting pump 1; the grouting nozzle 8 is used for injecting mortar in the mortar pipe 7 into a building block or a brick; the grouting baffle 9 is used for preventing mortar injected onto the building blocks or bricks from sliding off, wherein the grouting baffle 9 is connected with the mortar pipe 7 through a bolt 16.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the grouting machine further comprises a switch handle 5 connected to the high pressure delivery pipe, wherein the switch handle 5 is used for controlling the grouting amount of the mortar. In a specific application, the grouting amount of mortar is controlled by the switch handle 5.

When grouting is performed by using a grouting machine, firstly, a grouting baffle 9 is inserted into a mortar pipe 7 and fixed by using a bolt 16; secondly, the grouting nozzle 8 is arranged on the mortar pipe 7, and the mortar pipe 7 and the switch handle 5 are both arranged together with the connector 6; and finally, injecting mortar into the mortar barrel 4, and controlling the grouting amount by an operator through the lower part of the pressing and feeding switch handle 5 after the grouting pump 1 is electrified. If the mortar is placed for a long time, water is injected through the water tank 3, and the motor 2 is started to carry out secondary mixing of the mortar. After the grouting operation is finished, the water tank 3 discharges water into the mortar barrel 4, the plug 71 and the grouting pump 1 are opened, the switch handle 5 is tightly held to clean the mortar pipe 7, the plug 71 is plugged, and the grouting nozzle 8 is washed clean. After the mortar pipe 7, the grouting baffle 9 and the grouting nozzle 8 are disassembled, the mortar pipe is placed in the mortar barrel 4 for secondary construction.
According to the grouting machine provided by the invention, the mortar is conveyed into the mortar pipe through the high-pressure conveying pipe through the grouting pump, and the mortar in the mortar pipe is injected into the building block or brick through the grouting nozzle, so that the problems of low building quality, low efficiency and the like caused by manual mortar taking during building are solved. The grouting machine is simple in structure and convenient to disassemble and assemble, can be repeatedly used in a transition mode, mortar pipes with different lengths are replaced according to different widths of building blocks/bricks, the masonry quality is guaranteed, meanwhile, the working efficiency can be improved, the labor intensity is reduced, and the site construction requirements are met.
