As shown in fig. 1, in any of the above embodiments, further: the switch assembly 100 further includes: a fixed rail 160, the fixed rail 160 being connected with the hanger bracket 102; the fixed rail 160 is provided with a plurality of branch rails 162, and the driving portion 120 is configured to drive the swing rail 106 to swing with respect to the suspension bracket 102, so that the swing rail 106 is connected to any one of the branch rails 162.
In this embodiment, the switch assembly 100 further includes a fixed rail 160, and the fixed rail 160 is connected to the suspension bracket 102 such that one end of the swing rail 106 can swing with respect to the fixed rail 160 under the driving of the driving part 120. Specifically, a plurality of branch rails 162 are disposed on the fixed rail 160, and the swing rail 106 may be connected to any one of the branch rails 162 to implement switching of the rails. Specifically, during the switch of the switch, the swing track 106 swings relative to the suspension bracket 102 to swing from the current branch track 162 to another branch track 162, so as to adjust the connection relationship between the swing track 106 and the branch track 162, so as to realize the switch of the branch track 162 and complete the switch of the track. Further, the switch assembly 100 further comprises: a locking pin telescopically arranged at the end part of the swing track 106; the locking seat is disposed on the rail interface, and a locking hole is disposed on the locking seat, and the locking pin penetrates into the locking hole to lock the swing rail 106 and the branch rail 162.
Specifically, the switch assembly 100 is further provided with a locking pin disposed at the end of the swing rail 106 and a locking seat disposed on the rail interface. Specifically, the lock pin can extend and retract at the end of the swing rail 106 to extend or retract the swing rail 106, and accordingly, a lock hole is disposed on the lock seat, and after the swing rail 106 swings in place, the lock pin extends out of the end of the swing rail 106 and is inserted into the lock hole, so that the swing rail 106 cannot move relative to the fixed rail 160, that is, the swing rail 106 is locked.
Through the arrangement of the locking pin and the locking seat, the swing track 106 and the fixed track 160 can be accurately positioned on the suspension bracket 102 after the switch is completed, and the swing track 106 and the fixed track 160 are prevented from being inclined and dislocated, so that the running safety of a train is ensured, and the safety of passengers is guaranteed.

In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, there is provided a switch assembly 100 comprising: a suspension bracket 102; a guide rail 104, the guide rail 104 being provided on the suspension bracket 102; a swing rail 106, the swing rail 106 being connected to the guide rail 104 by a connection portion 110; and the driving part 120, the driving part 120 is connected with the swing track 106, and is used for driving the swing track 106 to swing along the guide rail 104 relative to the suspension bracket 102.
Specifically, the connecting portion 110 may include a main body 112 and a roller 114, wherein one end of the main body 112 is fixedly connected to the swing track 106, and the roller 114 is disposed at the other end of the main body 112, so that when the swing track 106 swings, the main body 112 and the roller 114 may be driven to move simultaneously; further, the roller 114 is coupled to the rail 104, and the roller 114 can roll along the rail 104, thereby enabling the roller 114 to move along the rail 104.
Further, the driving part 120 may include a driving motor 122 disposed on the swing rail 106, and at the same time, a gear 124 is disposed on an output shaft of the driving motor 122, so that the driving motor 122 may drive the gear 124 to rotate; a rack gear 126 is provided on the suspension bracket 102, and the gear 124 and the rack gear 126 are engaged with each other, thereby achieving relative movement between the swing rail 106 and the suspension bracket 102. The driving portion 120 may provide power for switching the swing track 106, and at least one driving portion 120 is disposed on a single swing track 106, and may be disposed inside the swing track 106, or disposed on the top or side of the swing track 106, and the driving portion may be configured to be driven by a gear 124 and a rack 126 driven by a reduction motor, or directly driven by an electric push rod or a screw elevator, or other similar structures.
Further, the connecting portion 110 is used in cooperation with the guide rail 104, and is mainly used for connecting the swing track 106 and the suspension bracket 102, at least two connecting portions 110 are arranged on each section of modified track, and may be arranged on the top of the swing track 106 or on the side of the swing track 106, and the connecting portions are structurally configured in a manner that a rotating shaft drives a roller 114 to roll, or in a manner of a sliding block with lubricating oil, a linear bearing or a curved bearing (the guide rail 104).
When the turnout assembly 100 needs to be switched, the lock pin and the locking seat are separated to perform unlocking action, after the unlocking is completed, the driving motor 122 drives the gear 124 to rotate, under the meshing action of the gear 124 and the rack 126 fixed on the suspension bracket 102, the suspension bracket 102 and the swing track 106 perform relative motion, namely the swing track 106 moves along the suspension bracket 102, after the movement reaches a preset position, the driving part 120 sends a motion completion signal to the lock pin, and the lock pin extends out of the swing track 106 according to the completion signal and is inserted into the locking seat to perform locking operation.
According to the turnout assembly 100 provided by the invention, the guide rail 104 is arranged on the suspension bracket 102, and the swing track 106 is connected with the guide rail 104, so that the swing track 106 can swing along the extending direction of the guide rail 104 when the rail is switched, the swing track of the swing track 106 is limited, the moving process of the swing track 106 is more stable, the moving position and the moving distance of the swing track 106 are more accurate, the accuracy of turnout switching is further ensured, accidents caused by connection errors between the rails are avoided, and the safety and the stability of the turnout assembly 100 are improved. Compared with the prior art, in the turnout assembly 100 provided by the invention, the structures of the driving part and the guiding part are more simplified, so that the overall structure of the turnout assembly 100 is simplified, the production cost and the processing and assembling difficulty are reduced, meanwhile, the complexity of a control system can be reduced, the working complexity is reduced, and the working reliability is improved.

Claims (10)

1. A switch assembly, comprising:
a suspension bracket;
the guide rail is arranged on the suspension bracket;
the swinging track is connected with the guide rail through a connecting part;
and the driving part is connected with the swinging track and is used for driving the swinging track to swing relative to the suspension bracket along the guide rail.
2. The switch assembly of claim 1, wherein the connecting portion comprises:
the main body, one end of the said main body is fixedly connected with said swing orbit;
the roller is arranged at the other end of the main body and is connected with the guide rail, and the roller rolls along the guide rail.
3. The switch assembly of claim 1, wherein said drive portion includes:
the driving motor is arranged on the swing track;
a gear disposed on an output shaft of the drive motor;
the rack is arranged on the suspension bracket and meshed with the gear.
4. The switch assembly of claim 2, further comprising:
the limiting blocks are arranged at two ends of the guide rail;
the baffle is arranged on the suspension bracket and opposite to the guide rail, and the roller is positioned between the guide rail and the baffle.
5. The switch assembly of claim 3,
the guide rail is an arc-shaped guide rail, and the rack is an arc-shaped rack with the same radian as the guide rail;
the guide rail and the rack are arranged in parallel or positioned on the arc of the same circle.
6. The switch assembly of claim 4, further comprising:
the supporting plate is fixedly connected with the suspension bracket;
the guide rail with the stopper all set up with in the backup pad.
7. The switch assembly as in any one of claims 1 to 6,
the number of the connecting parts is at least two.
8. The switch assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising:
the fixed rail is connected with the suspension bracket;
the fixed track is provided with a plurality of branch tracks, and the driving part is used for driving the swing track to swing relative to the suspension bracket so as to enable the swing track to be connected with any branch track.
9. The switch assembly of claim 8, wherein said stationary rail further comprises:
the swing track is connected with the branch tracks through the track interfaces.
10. The switch assembly of claim 9, further comprising:
the locking pin is arranged at the end part of the swinging track in a telescopic manner;
the locking seat is arranged on the track interface, a locking hole is formed in the locking seat, and the locking pin penetrates into the locking hole to lock the swing track and the branch track.
