Background
The dyeing and finishing is also called as dyeing and finishing, and is a processing mode, which is also a general name of pretreatment, dyeing, printing, after finishing, washing water and the like, and the drying equipment for textile dyeing and finishing is drying equipment for heating and drying processes in the production and processing processes of textiles.
The existing drying equipment for printing and dyeing generally adopts the heating cylinder or the heat delivery pipe to heat and dry the textile printed cloth, however, when the heating cylinder and the heat delivery pipe heat the textile cloth, the side close to the heat delivery source has larger heat than the side far away from the heat delivery source, so that the uniformity of the textile cloth heated in the printing and dyeing process is inconvenient to control by a user, and the color tone of the textile cloth after printing and dyeing is easy to deviate due to insufficient heating; after the textile cloth is dried, the textile cloth is loosened due to expansion with heat and contraction with cold, so that the textile cloth is easy to scatter, intertwine and even knot; therefore, the drying equipment for textile printing and dyeing is provided.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides drying equipment for textile printing and dyeing, which has the advantages of facilitating a user to control the heated strength and uniformity of textile cloth and avoiding the mutual winding and knotting of the dried cloth, and the like, and solves the problems that the existing drying equipment for printing and dyeing generally adopts a heating cylinder or a heat delivery pipe to heat and dry the cloth after textile printing and dyeing, but when the heating cylinder and the heat delivery pipe are used for heating the textile cloth, the heat quantity of one side close to a heat delivery source is larger than that of one side far away from the heat delivery source, so that the uniformity of the heated textile cloth in the printing and dyeing process is inconvenient to control by the user, and the color tone of the textile cloth after printing and dyeing is easy to deviate due to insufficient heating; and when weaving cloth is after the stoving, because expend with heat and contract with cold, and then make weaving cloth appear lax to cause weaving cloth to scatter easily, intertwine even the problem of knoing.

the adjusting device comprises a positioning barrel, the bottom of the positioning barrel is fixedly connected with the top of the machine body, a fixing column is movably sleeved inside the positioning barrel, a transverse plate is movably sleeved inside the positioning barrel, the bottom end of the positioning barrel penetrates through the positioning barrel and extends to the inside of the positioning barrel, the bottom end of the fixing column is fixedly connected with the top of the transverse plate, the bottom of the transverse plate is fixedly connected with the bottom of the inner wall of the positioning barrel through an elastic telescopic part, and a limiting device is fixedly connected to the top end of the fixing column.
Optionally, the limiting device comprises a supporting block, the bottom end of the supporting block is fixedly connected with the top of the fixed column, the top of the supporting block is movably sleeved with a driven cylinder through a transverse plate, the back of the supporting block is movably sleeved with a linkage cylinder, and the shortest distance between the connecting plate and the linkage cylinder is equal to the thickness of the woven cloth.
Optionally, a supporting table, a rotating drum, an orientation cylinder i and an orientation cylinder ii are respectively and fixedly mounted on the upper surface of the machine body from left to right, and the heights of the orientation cylinder i and the orientation cylinder ii are equal.
Optionally, the top end of the elastic compression component is fixedly connected with the top of the inner wall of the limiting cylinder, and the bottom end of the elastic compression component is fixedly connected with the top of the telescopic rod.
Optionally, the bottom end of the orientation rod is movably sleeved with the top of the telescopic rod, and the central line of the orientation rod in the vertical direction coincides with the central line of the telescopic rod in the vertical direction.

Optionally, the number of the threaded holes is four, the thread directions of the internal threads of the four threaded holes in the same vertical direction are opposite, and the thread directions of the internal threads of the four threaded holes in the same horizontal direction are the same.
Optionally, the number of the connecting rods is four, and the four connecting rods are located in the same horizontal direction and are fixedly connected through the holding rod.
Optionally, the woven cloth is located in the middle of the two heat dissipation plates, and the distance between each heat dissipation plate and the woven cloth is larger than the distance between the bottom end of each threaded rod and the bottom of the inner wall of the corresponding threaded hole.

the adjusting device 19 comprises a positioning cylinder 191, the bottom of the positioning cylinder 191 is fixedly connected with the top of the machine body 1, a fixed column 192 is sleeved on the inner portion of the positioning cylinder 191 in a movable mode, a transverse plate 193 is sleeved on the inner portion of the positioning cylinder 191 in a movable mode, the bottom end of the positioning cylinder 191 penetrates through the positioning cylinder 191 and extends into the positioning cylinder 191, the bottom end of the fixed column 192 is fixedly connected with the top of the transverse plate 193, the bottom of the transverse plate 193 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the inner wall of the positioning cylinder 191 through an elastic telescopic component 194, the top end of the fixed column 192 is fixedly connected with a limiting device 18, the limiting device 18 comprises a supporting block 181, the bottom end of the supporting block 181 is fixedly connected with the top of the fixed column 192, a driven cylinder 184 is movably sleeved on the top of the supporting block 181 through the transverse plate 193, a linkage cylinder 182 is movably sleeved on the back face of the supporting.
