A yarn steaming device capable of preventing yarn turbulence as in claim 1, wherein: the connecting pipe (16) is of a hollow cylinder structure, the connecting pipe (16) forms a rotating structure at the upper end of the supporting plate (5) through the adjusting gear (17), and the supporting plate (5) is provided with radiating holes (22) in an array mode.
