Abstract
The invention provides a modified mother solution matched with EPS (expandable polystyrene) and a preparation method thereof, and particularly relates to the field of EPS glue, which comprises the following substances in parts by mass: 10-15 parts of No. 120 solvent oil, 20-30 parts of epoxy resin, 5-10 parts of curing agent, 5-10 parts of foaming agent, 2-5 parts of accelerator, 10-20 parts of filler, 10-15 parts of tackifying resin and 10-12 parts of rosin glyceride; putting the epoxy resin, the curing agent, the foaming agent, the accelerator and the filler into a stirring tank according to the proportion and uniformly stirring; adding No. 120 solvent oil, tackifying resin and rosin glyceride in proportion, and uniformly stirring to obtain the modified mother liquor. The ESP particles are better fused with setting materials such as cement, gypsum and the like after being modified by the mother liquor, so that the high temperature resistance and the bonding performance are improved, and the quality and the application range of the product are further improved.

Background
Polystyrene foam (Expanded Polystyrene abbreviated as EPS) is a light-weight high-molecular polymer. Polystyrene resin is added with foaming agent, and simultaneously heated for softening to generate gas, so that the foamed plastic with a hard closed-cell structure is formed. The mother liquor is one of the important auxiliary materials of EPS, and is widely applied in EPS production operation, and the mother liquor is a sticky substance which is used for connecting two separated materials together by virtue of the sticky property of the mother liquor. The high temperature resistance and cementing property of the existing mother liquor are still to be further improved.
Aiming at the defects, the invention aims to provide the modified mother liquor matched with EPS and the preparation method thereof, after the mother liquor is modified, ESP particles can be better fused with cement, gypsum and other setting materials, the high temperature resistance and the bonding performance are improved, and the product quality and the application range are further improved.
