As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a separation device for sewage treatment includes: the bracket 5, the bottom plate 1 and the collecting tank 2; the support 5 is fixedly arranged at the side of the sewage treatment tank, the bottom plate 1 is horizontally arranged at the bottom of the sewage treatment tank, connecting rods 9 are fixedly arranged on two sides of the upper end surface of the bottom plate 1, and the upper ends of the connecting rods 9 are in sliding connection with the support 5; the edge of the bottom plate 1 provided with the connecting rod 9 is provided with a rotating plate 7, the edge of the bottom plate 1 provided with the connecting rod 9 is provided with a horizontal shaft hole, the rotating plate 7 is fixedly connected with a rotating shaft 11, and the rotating shaft 11 is rotationally connected with the shaft hole; one end of the rotating plate 7, which is far away from the bottom plate 1, is fixedly connected with a hopper 4, a feed inlet of the hopper 4 faces to a hinge joint of the bottom plate 1 and the rotating plate 7, one end of the hopper 4, which is far away from the bottom plate 1, is fixedly provided with a pontoon and a scraper, and the scraper is arranged along the inner wall of the sewage treatment tank; a cross rod 10 is arranged below the pontoon, the cross rod 10 is horizontally arranged, and the middle part of the cross rod 10 is fixedly connected with the hopper 4; a filter screen is fixedly connected between the cross bars 10, the filter screen cloth is arranged right above the bottom plate 1, a stop block is arranged at the hinge joint of the rotating plate 7 and the bottom plate 1, and the stop block enables the rotating plate 7 not to rotate towards the middle part of the bottom plate 1; the support 5 is provided with a mounting platform, a telescopic cylinder is fixedly mounted on the mounting platform, a telescopic rod of the telescopic cylinder is vertically upwards, and the upper end of the telescopic rod is fixedly connected with the connecting rod 9.
In the actual working process, the bottom plate 1 needs to be arranged at the bottom of the sewage treatment tank, and the bracket 5 needs to be fixed above the sewage treatment tank. When the sewage treatment tank is not drained, the two rotating plates 7 incline to the two sides of the bottom plate 1 respectively, and the filter screen stretches and deforms due to the increase of the distance between the two cross bars 10 and covers the upper part of the bottom plate 1. When water is continuously fed into the sewage pool, the floating pontoons are arranged on the hopper 4, and the floating pontoons drag the hopper 4 and the rotating plate 7 to rotate along with the rising of the water level, and meanwhile, the cross rod 10 floats to the water surface, so that the filter screen is spread on the water surface. At this time, some reagents for sewage treatment, such as flocculating agents, can be applied to promote the non-melt matters, insoluble matters and dust to settle into the storage tank at the bottom of the tank, and meanwhile, the filter screen spread on the water surface intercepts the oil stains and floaters floating on the water surface. When the treatment is finished, the water in the sewage treatment tank is not discharged, but the connecting rod 9 is jacked by the telescopic air cylinder to pull the bottom plate 1 from the water, and in the pulling process, the rotating plate 7 deflects towards the two sides of the bottom plate 1, so that the scraping plate is abutted against the side wall of the sewage treatment tank. In this way, the scraper can scrape the adhesion of the sewage treatment tank during the process of pulling up the bottom plate 1. When the bottom plate 1 is lifted to the upper part of the sewage treatment tank, the bottom plate 1 is completely separated from the water surface, and after the buoyancy effect of the pontoon is lost, the rotating plate 7 is driven to fall to the two sides of the bottom plate 1, so that impurities intercepted on the filter screen fall to the two sides, and fall into the hopper 4, and the separation of the impurities after sewage treatment is completed.
In one embodiment of the present invention, a sliding groove is formed on the upper end surface of the bottom plate 1, a top block 3 is slidably connected in the sliding groove, a sliding groove is formed on the lower side of the sliding groove, and the sliding groove is communicated with the sliding groove; a first rack 6 is connected in a sliding way in the sliding groove; the edge of the bottom plate 1 provided with the connecting rod 9 is provided with a rotating groove, the rotating groove is rotationally connected with a gear 8, the gear 8 is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft 11, and the gear 8 is meshed with the rack 6; the first rack 6 can penetrate into the sliding groove along the sliding groove and jack up the jacking block 3. Through the arrangement, the rotating plate 7 can be driven to rotate in the process of pulling up the bottom plate 1, the rotating shaft 11 and the gear 8 thereof are driven to rotate, the rack 6 is driven to slide, and the jacking block 3 is jacked. Thus, when the bottom plate 1 covered by the filter screen is lifted up due to the jacking effect of the jacking block 3, the middle part of the filter screen bulges, and impurities on the filter screen are promoted to move to two sides of the bottom plate 1 and then fall into the hopper 4.
In another embodiment of the present invention, a sliding groove is formed on the upper end surface of the bottom plate 1, a top block 3 is slidably connected in the sliding groove, a sliding groove is formed on the lower side of the sliding groove, and one end of the sliding groove is communicated with the sliding groove, and the other end of the sliding groove is communicated with the outside of the sliding groove; the sliding groove is rotationally connected with a swinging rod, one end of the swinging rod is supported below the top block 3, and the other end of the swinging rod extends out of the sliding groove; a deflector rod is fixedly arranged on the support 5, and can stir the other end of the swing rod. Through the arrangement, the swinging rod can be shifted through the deflector rod in the process of pulling up the bottom plate 1, and then the jacking block 3 is jacked up.
Optionally, the rail 10 has a hollow interior so that it can float on the water surface.
Optionally, be equipped with a plurality of mounting holes on the connecting rod 9, be equipped with on the telescopic link with the corresponding screw hole of mounting hole, the screw hole with can dismantle fixed connection through the bolt between the mounting hole, and then make things convenient for the dismouting of connecting rod 9 and telescopic link.
Optionally, the collecting tank 2 is detachably and fixedly connected with the bottom plate 1, so that sediment collected by the collecting tank 2 can be separated and poured further.
Optionally, a slide way is arranged on the edge of the bottom plate 1, on which the connecting rod 9 is arranged, and the slide way is downwards sunken and extends towards the edge of the bottom plate 1 to guide dirt and impurities of the filter screen to flow out along the way.
