When the sewage treatment tank does not discharge water, the two rotating plates 7 are respectively inclined towards the two sides of the bottom plate 1, and the filter screen is stretched and deformed due to the increase of the distance between the two cross rods 10 and covers the upper part of the bottom plate 1.
