the explosion-proof distribution box (6) comprises a main power switch (16), a heating loop power switch (19), an oil pump motor power switch (20), an explosion-proof bolt I (801) and an explosion-proof bolt II (802);
the first explosion-proof bolt (801) is provided with five outlet terminals, wherein three outlet terminals are correspondingly connected with the inlet terminal of the main power switch (16), the other two outlet terminals are respectively connected with the N phase line and the PE phase line, and the outlet terminals of the main power switch (16) are respectively connected with the U phase line, the V phase line and the W phase line;
the second explosion-proof bolt (802) is provided with three wire outlet ends, wherein two wire outlet ends are correspondingly connected with a wire inlet end of a heating circuit power switch (19), the other wire outlet end is connected with a PE phase line, and the wire outlet ends of the heating circuit power switch (19) are respectively connected with a U phase line and an N phase line;
the oil pump motor is provided with four wire outlet ends, wherein the three wire outlet ends are respectively and correspondingly connected with the wire inlet end of the oil pump motor power switch (20), the other wire outlet end is connected with the PE phase line, and the wire outlet end of the oil pump motor power switch (20) is respectively connected with the U phase line, the V phase line and the W phase line;
the anti-explosion heating cover (12) comprises a self-temperature-limiting anti-explosion heating belt, a heating belt outer cover and a locking belt (15), the heating belt outer cover is wrapped outside the self-temperature-limiting anti-explosion heating belt, and the locking belt (15) is fixed on the outer surface of the anti-explosion heating cover (12);
the self-temperature-limiting explosion-proof heating belt in the explosion-proof heating cover (12) is composed of a conductive polymer composite material, two parallel metal wires and an insulating sheath;
the heating belt outer cover is composed of elastic silicon rubber glass synthetic cloth and a high-density glass fiber insulating layer.

The integrated mobile explosion-proof oil tank electric heating system of claim 1, wherein the trolley (1) further comprises a universal wheel (3) and a foot brake mechanism (4), the universal wheel (3) is mounted at the bottom of the trolley (1), and the foot brake mechanism (4) is fixedly mounted on the universal wheel (3).

The integrated mobile explosion-proof oil tank electric heating system of claim 2, wherein the trolley (1) further comprises a trolley handle (2), a switch (7), a door lock (5) and a thermometer (13), the trolley handle (2) and the switch are respectively installed at the front end and the rear end of the trolley (1), the door lock (5) is installed at one side of the trolley (1) close to the oil pump, and the thermometer (13) is placed on the oil tank (11).

The integrated mobile explosion-proof oil tank electric heating system of claim 1, wherein power indicating devices are arranged between the first explosion-proof bolt (801) and the U-phase line, the V-phase line, the W-phase line, the N-phase line and the PE-phase line, power indicating devices are arranged between the second explosion-proof bolt (802) and the U-phase line, the V-phase line, the W-phase line, the N-phase line and the PE-phase line, and power indicating devices are arranged between the oil pump motor power switch (20) and the U-phase line, the V-phase line, the W-phase line and the PE-phase line.
5. The integrated mobile explosion-proof oil tank electric heating system of claim 4, wherein the power supply indicating device comprises an indicating lamp (18) and an indicating lamp fuse (17), one end of the indicating lamp (18) is connected with the N-phase line, the other end of the indicating lamp (18) is connected with the indicating lamp fuse (17), and the other end of the indicating lamp fuse (17) is connected with the U-phase line.
