Abstract
本发明公开一种钎焊蜂窝芯的制作方法,包括如下步骤:在复合铝箔上辊涂特种粘胶剂;按需要的长度分切辊涂后的复合铝箔,从而分切出复合铝箔段;按特定的方式层层叠加所述复合铝箔段至一定的厚度,从而形成复合铝箔叠块;加压加热所述复合铝箔叠块,然后冷却,从而固化特种粘胶剂;对所述复合铝箔叠块进行切割。本发明的有益效果是:采用本发明的焊接铝制蜂窝芯的制作方法制作出的焊接铝制蜂窝芯,继承了传统铝制蜂窝芯的优点,不受高分子粘胶剂的属性限制,完全克服了传统铝制蜂窝芯所存在的缺陷,应用更为广泛和可靠,丰富了后续制作蜂窝板的工艺,使得生产蜂窝板的工艺更加多样化,加工更加灵活方便。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及蜂窝芯的制造工艺,尤其涉及一种钎焊蜂窝芯及其胶黏剂的制作方法。
背景技术
铝制蜂窝芯指的是用厚度为N(N=0 .03至0 .4等等)的铝箔制成内孔为正六边形的蜂窝状的铝制蜂窝,该铝制蜂窝芯主要用于蜂窝板中间的承重材料、散热材料、空气净化器中光触媒的载体材料,用于蜂窝板中间的承重材料时广泛用于建筑建材、轨道交通、航天航空等领域。铝制蜂窝芯的优点:重量轻,1立方米的蜂窝芯(单一蜂窝孔边长为5mm,铝箔厚度为0 .1mm的蜂窝芯)重量约98公斤,平面压缩强度大于2Mpa,质量轻,承重大,平面平整度高等。
目前,市场上的铝制蜂窝芯都是采用高分子粘胶剂粘合制作而成,这种铝制蜂窝芯的缺点是耐候性、防火性、耐温性及耐温差性均受到高分子粘胶剂的属性限制,具有一定的局限性,后续的蜂窝板的制作也只能采用胶粘工艺,生产工艺单一。
因此,就必须研制出一种钎焊蜂窝芯及其胶黏剂的制作方法,经检索,未发现与本发明相同的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种钎焊蜂窝芯及其胶黏剂的制作方法,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:一种钎焊蜂窝芯的制作方法,其创新点在于:包括如下步骤:
1)在复合铝箔上辊涂特种粘胶剂;
2)按需要的长度分切辊涂后的复合铝箔,从而分切出复合铝箔段;
3)按特定的方式层层叠加所述复合铝箔段至一定的厚度,从而形成复合铝箔叠块;
4)加压加热所述复合铝箔叠块,然后冷却,从而固化特种粘胶剂;
5)对所述复合铝箔叠块进行切割,从而将复合铝箔叠块分成若干条蜂窝芯条;
6)将蜂窝芯条拉开成型,从而制作出铝制蜂窝芯;
将所述铝制蜂窝芯放入钎焊炉内进行钎焊,从而生产出焊接铝制蜂窝芯;钎焊炉进行钎焊分为依次连接的五段,这五段分别为:加热烘干段:将铝制蜂窝芯加热到80℃~120℃;加热除胶段:在高纯氮气的保护下,将烘干后的铝制蜂窝芯加热到175℃~180℃,将固定铝制蜂窝芯的特种粘胶剂碳化,并清除特种粘胶剂碳化物及焊接面的铝氧化物;钎焊焊接段:在高纯氮气的保护下,在焊接面上进行钎焊焊接,焊接时温度为450℃~650℃;保护降温缓冲段:在氮气的保护下将焊接后的铝制蜂窝芯的温度逐步下降到250℃,避免材料在高温下被氧化;强制风冷段:此段中钎焊铝制蜂窝芯已经完成,通过大功率风机迅速把钎焊铝制蜂窝芯的温度降至35℃以内,此段已经不需要氮气保护。
一种钎焊蜂窝芯胶黏剂的制作方法,其创新点在于:包括如下步骤;
a)首先,在容器中加入962.5g的固态胶,在加入5-6kg的乙酸乙酯;
b)其次采用自动搅拌机进行搅拌至全部溶解;
c)再加入1037.5g的固态胶,继续搅拌至全部溶解;
d)再用纱网过滤;
e)最后加入适量乙酸乙酯至需要的粘度即可。
在一些实施方式中,步骤a)中需要提前将固态胶敲碎。
在一些实施方式中,步骤c)中需要提前将固态胶撕成小块状。
本发明的有益效果是:采用本发明的焊接铝制蜂窝芯的制作方法制作出的焊接铝制蜂窝芯,继承了传统铝制蜂窝芯的优点,不受高分子粘胶剂的属性限制,完全克服了传统铝制蜂窝芯所存在的缺陷,应用更为广泛和可靠,丰富了后续制作蜂窝板的工艺,使得生产蜂窝板的工艺更加多样化,加工更加灵活方便。

本发明实施例包括:
一种钎焊蜂窝芯的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
1)在复合铝箔上辊涂特种粘胶剂;
2)按需要的长度分切辊涂后的复合铝箔,从而分切出复合铝箔段;
3)按特定的方式层层叠加所述复合铝箔段至一定的厚度,从而形成复合铝箔叠块;
4)加压加热所述复合铝箔叠块,然后冷却,从而固化特种粘胶剂;
5)对复合铝箔叠块进行切割,从而将复合铝箔叠块分成若干条蜂窝芯条;
6)将蜂窝芯条拉开成型,从而制作出铝制蜂窝芯;
将铝制蜂窝芯放入钎焊炉内进行钎焊,从而生产出焊接铝制蜂窝芯;钎焊炉进行钎焊分为依次连接的五段,这五段分别为:加热烘干段:将铝制蜂窝芯加热到80℃~120℃;加热除胶段:在高纯氮气的保护下,将烘干后的铝制蜂窝芯加热到175℃~180℃,将固定铝制蜂窝芯的特种粘胶剂碳化,并清除特种粘胶剂碳化物及焊接面的铝氧化物;钎焊焊接段:在高纯氮气的保护下,在焊接面上进行钎焊焊接,焊接时温度为450℃~650℃;保护降温缓冲段:在氮气的保护下将焊接后的铝制蜂窝芯的温度逐步下降到250℃,避免材料在高温下被氧化;强制风冷段:此段中钎焊铝制蜂窝芯已经完成,通过大功率风机迅速把钎焊铝制蜂窝芯的温度降至35℃以内,此段已经不需要氮气保护。
一种钎焊蜂窝芯胶黏剂的制作方法,包括如下步骤;
a)首先,在容器中加入962.5g的固态胶,在加入5-6kg的乙酸乙酯;

本发明的有益效果是:采用本发明的焊接铝制蜂窝芯的制作方法制作出的焊接铝制蜂窝芯,继承了传统铝制蜂窝芯的优点,不受高分子粘胶剂的属性限制,完全克服了传统铝制蜂窝芯所存在的缺陷,应用更为广泛和可靠,丰富了后续制作蜂窝板的工艺,使得生产蜂窝板的工艺更加多样化,加工更加灵活方便。

Claims (4)
1.一种钎焊蜂窝芯的制作方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
1)在复合铝箔上辊涂特种粘胶剂;
2)按需要的长度分切辊涂后的复合铝箔,从而分切出复合铝箔段;
3)按特定的方式层层叠加所述复合铝箔段至一定的厚度,从而形成复合铝箔叠块;
4)加压加热所述复合铝箔叠块,然后冷却,从而固化特种粘胶剂;
5)对所述复合铝箔叠块进行切割,从而将所述复合铝箔叠块分成若干条蜂窝芯条;
6)将所述蜂窝芯条拉开成型,从而制作出铝制蜂窝芯;
将所述铝制蜂窝芯放入钎焊炉内进行钎焊,从而生产出焊接铝制蜂窝芯;所述钎焊炉进行钎焊分为依次连接的五段,这五段分别为:加热烘干段:将所述铝制蜂窝芯加热到80℃~120℃;加热除胶段:在高纯氮气的保护下,将烘干后的铝制蜂窝芯加热到175℃~180℃,将固定所述铝制蜂窝芯的特种粘胶剂碳化,并清除特种粘胶剂碳化物及焊接面的铝氧化物;钎焊焊接段:在高纯氮气的保护下,在所述焊接面上进行钎焊焊接,焊接时温度为450℃~650℃;保护降温缓冲段:在氮气的保护下将焊接后的铝制蜂窝芯的温度逐步下降到250℃,避免材料在高温下被氧化;强制风冷段:此段中钎焊铝制蜂窝芯已经完成,通过大功率风机迅速把所述钎焊铝制蜂窝芯的温度降至35℃以内,此段已经不需要氮气保护。
2.一种钎焊蜂窝芯胶黏剂的制作方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤;
a)首先,在容器中加入962.5g的固态胶,在加入5-6kg的乙酸乙酯;
b)其次采用自动搅拌机进行搅拌至全部溶解;
c)再加入1037.5g的固态胶,继续搅拌至全部溶解;
d)再用纱网过滤;

3.根据权利要求5 所述的一种钎焊蜂窝芯胶黏剂的制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤a)中需要提前将固态胶敲碎。
4.根据权利要求5 所述的一种钎焊蜂窝芯胶黏剂的制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤c)中需要提前将固态胶撕成小块状。
