Then another round tube 7 is inserted into the right fixed seat 2 to drive the right driving wheel 4 to rotate, the right driving wheel 4 drives the upper second belt wheel 52 to rotate through the first belt wheel 42 and the belt 51, the second belt wheel 52 drives the rotating shaft 53 to rotate, the rotating shaft 53 drives the output bevel gear 54, the output bevel gear 54 drives the first input bevel gears 56 at both sides to rotate to the left, the second input bevel gear 57 rotates to the right, so that the first input bevel gear 56 drives the rack 31 to move to the right through the first connecting rod 561 and the big gear 58, thereby moving the drill bit 3 to the right, meanwhile, the second input bevel gear 57 drives the pressing pliers 6 to rotate for a plurality of times and then to align with the round tube 7 at the right, meanwhile, the rotating shaft 53 drives the second gear 55 to rotate, the second gear 55 drives the first gear 41 to rotate reversely, so that the first gear 41 drives the left driving wheel 4 to rotate reversely, thereby transferring the left processed round tube 7 from, then the pressing pliers 6 is pressed manually to fix the round tube 7, the drill bit 3 is started to descend to drill a hole, and after drilling is completed, the pressing pliers 6 and the drill bit 3 are loosened.
