when the pressing plate moving actuating mechanism drives the pressing plate to tightly press and fix the coaming on the coaming positioning piece, the connecting rope drives the driving sliding seat limiting rod to move towards the direction far away from the driving sliding seat, so that the driving sliding seat can move towards the floating sliding seat along the transverse guide rail; therefore, when the pressing plate moving actuating mechanism is used for driving the pressing plate to tightly press and fix the enclosing plate on the enclosing plate positioning piece, the riveting power actuating mechanism can drive the driving sliding seat to move in place along the direction of the transverse guide rail to the fixed seat, so that the riveting of the side plate and the two end covers and the riveting of the enclosing plate and the two end covers can be completed at one time; the misoperation protection device can not influence the normal work of the fan cover riveting equipment.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, a limiting block 13.4 is arranged on the limiting rod of the driving slide seat, the limiting block and the driving slide seat are located on two opposite sides of the guide sleeve, and the limiting block moves towards the guide sleeve under the action of an elastic part of the limiting block. the fan cover positioning device comprises a side plate positioning piece and a coaming positioning piece which are arranged on the floating sliding seat, wherein the side plate positioning piece is used for positioning a side plate of the fan cover, and the coaming positioning piece is used for positioning a coaming of the fan cover;
one floating riveting mechanism of the two floating riveting mechanisms is arranged on the active sliding seat, the other floating riveting mechanism is arranged on the fixed seat, and the two floating riveting mechanisms are positioned between the fixed seat and the active sliding seat,
the floating riveting mechanism comprises a mounting seat, a guide rod arranged on the mounting seat, a floating positioning seat sliding along the guide rod, a floating positioning seat reset pressure spring positioned between the mounting seat and the floating positioning seat, a plurality of riveting rod through holes arranged on the floating positioning seat and a plurality of riveting rods arranged on the mounting seat and parallel to the guide rod, wherein the guide rod is parallel to the transverse guide rail, the riveting rods are in one-to-one correspondence with the riveting rod through holes, the end parts of the riveting rods are inserted in the corresponding riveting rod through holes,
the floating riveting mechanism on the driving sliding seat is fixed on the driving sliding seat through the mounting seat, an end cover positioning groove is formed in one side, facing the fixing seat, of the floating positioning seat on the driving sliding seat, the floating riveting mechanism on the fixing seat is fixed on the fixing seat through the mounting seat, and an end cover positioning groove is formed in one side, facing the driving sliding seat, of the floating positioning seat on the fixing seat.

The fan guard riveting apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a shroud fixing device, wherein the shroud fixing device comprises a pressing plate and a pressing plate moving actuator for driving the pressing plate to approach or depart from the shroud positioning member, and the pressing plate moving actuator is used for driving the pressing plate to press and fix the shroud to the shroud positioning member.

when the pressing plate moving actuating mechanism drives the pressing plate to move to the position far away from the enclosing plate positioning piece, the driving sliding seat limiting rod moves to the direction of the driving sliding seat under the action of the elastic piece, and the driving sliding seat limiting rod is arranged between the driving sliding seat and the floating sliding seat and used for limiting the driving sliding seat to move to the direction of the floating sliding seat;

The fan guard riveting apparatus of claim 2, 3 or 4, wherein the rack is provided with a first control button and a second control button, wherein the first control button is used for controlling the riveting power actuator, and the second control button is used for controlling the pressing plate moving actuator.

The fan guard riveting and pressing device of claim 1, 2, 3 or 4, wherein the floating slide is provided with a guide rod parallel to the transverse guide rail, the fixed seat is provided with a guide rod through hole, the guide rod penetrates through the guide rod through hole, and the guide rod is sleeved with a floating slide return spring.
