Background
The coating machine is an efficient, safe and clean mechatronic device which can carry out organic film coating, water-soluble film coating and slow and controlled release coating on tablets, pills, candies and the like. The coating machine is suitable for the industries of pharmacy, chemical industry, food and the like. The material of the pot body can be divided into two types of stainless steel and red copper. The coating machine can be divided into a porous coating machine and a non-porous coating machine according to the heat exchange efficiency. The production type and the experimental type are divided according to the production capacity. The experimental high-efficiency coating machine with the latest technology has the capability of coating 0.2kg, 1kg, 3kg, 5kg, 8kg and 13kg by the same machine, and the practicability of the coating machine applied to research is greatly improved.

2. by arranging the device main body, the charging bucket, the first limit groove, the second limit groove and the compression spring, when the top end of the top block is tightly attached to the top end of the connecting seat, the charging bucket drives the connecting seat to move downwards, the connecting seat moves downwards to extrude the compression spring, meanwhile, the connecting seat moves downwards to drive the first rotating rod to move downwards so as to drive the first connecting sleeve to rotate, the first connecting sleeve drives the first connecting rod to do fan-shaped motion so as to drive the second connecting sleeve to move, the second connecting sleeve drives the second rotating rod to move so as to drive the third connecting sleeve to move, the third connecting sleeve drives the second connecting rod to move, the second connecting rod drives the fourth connecting sleeve to move so as to drive the third rotating rod to move, the third connecting rod drives the fifth connecting sleeve to move so as to drive the third connecting rod to move, and the third connecting rod drives the sixth connecting sleeve to move, thereby drive the fourth dwang and remove, the fourth dwang removes and drives the steadying plate and remove to the storage bucket direction, when the outer wall in close contact with of the inner wall of steadying plate and storage bucket, can realize fixing the storage bucket top.

Please refer to fig. 1, the number of the first limiting grooves 2 is four, the number of the second limiting grooves 3 is four, the number of the stabilizing mechanisms 7 is four, and the number of the compression springs 4 is five, so as to fix the charging basket 6.
Please refer to fig. 1, the inner wall of the second limiting groove 3 is provided with a sliding groove matching with the second rotating rod 705, and the inner wall of the first limiting groove 2 is provided with a sliding groove matching with the third rotating rod 709, so as to facilitate the movement of the second rotating rod 705.
Please refer to fig. 3, a top end of the connecting seat 505 is provided with a first through hole matching with the top block 508, a top end of the connecting seat 505 is provided with a second through hole matching with the connecting plate 502, and a third through hole matching with the limiting rod 503 is provided inside the connecting plate 502, so as to facilitate the movement of the top block 508.
Please refer to fig. 3, the fixing plate 501 is tightly attached to the outer wall of the material barrel 6, the connecting plate 502 is fixedly connected to the fixing plate 501, the connecting plate 502 is slidably connected to the limiting rod 503, the connecting plate 502 is fixedly connected to the extension spring 504, the extension spring 504 is fixedly connected to the connecting seat 505, the rotating shaft 506 is rotatably connected to the connecting plate 502, the rotating shaft 506 is rotatably connected to the connecting block 507, and the connecting block 507 is fixedly connected to the top block 508, so as to facilitate the operation of the fixing mechanism 5.

The working principle is as follows: firstly, a user places a charging basket 6 on the top end of a top block 508 to inject water into the charging basket 6, as the water in the charging basket 6 increases, the weight of the charging basket 6 becomes heavier, the pressure of the charging basket 6 on the top block 508 becomes heavier, so that the top block 508 is driven to move downwards, the top block 508 moves downwards to drive a connecting block 507 to move downwards, the connecting block 507 moves downwards to drive a rotating shaft 506 to move downwards, the rotating shaft 506 moves downwards to drive a connecting plate 502 to move in a fan shape, the connecting plate 502 moves in the fan shape to drive a fixing plate 501 to move in the fan shape, and when the inner wall of the fixing plate 501 is tightly attached to the outer wall of the charging basket 6, the bottom end of the charging basket 6 can be fixed;
when the top end of the top block 508 is tightly attached to the top end of the connecting seat 505, the connecting seat 505 moves downward by the bucket 6, the connecting seat 505 moves downward to compress the compression spring 4, and the connecting seat 505 moves downward to move the first rotating rod 701 downward to rotate the first connecting sleeve 702, the first connecting sleeve 702 drives the first connecting rod 703 to move in a sector shape, so as to drive the second connecting sleeve 704 to move, the second connecting sleeve 704 moves to drive the second rotating rod to move, so as to drive the third connecting sleeve 706 to move, the third connecting sleeve 706 moves to drive the second connecting rod 707 to move, the second connecting rod 707 moves to drive the fourth connecting sleeve 708 to move, so as to drive the third rotating rod 709 to move, the fifth connecting sleeve 710 moves, so as to drive the third connecting rod 711 to move, the third connecting rod 711 moves to drive the sixth connecting sleeve 712 to move, so as to drive the fourth rotating rod 705 to move, the fourth rotating rod 713 moves to drive the stabilizing plate 714 to move towards the charging basket 6, and when the inner wall of the stabilizing plate 714 is in close contact with the outer wall of the charging basket 6, the top of the charging basket 6 can be fixed.
