Background
At present, in the technical field of air purification, a multistage filtering method is basically adopted to treat harmful gas, so that the installation is convenient, but the method has the following defects:
firstly, the harmful gas is treated by a multistage filtering method, and the treatment effect is lower and lower along with the increase of the service time by adopting a physical method;
and secondly, after the harmful gas is treated by a physical filtering method, the harmful substances are attached to the filter, and are not eliminated fundamentally. The equipment provided by the invention has the main purpose of thoroughly eliminating germs and avoiding secondary pollution through chemical sterilization.

The invention aims to solve the problems and provide a water mist sterilizing and disinfecting air purifying device.
The invention realizes the above purpose through the following technical scheme: the water mist sterilizing, disinfecting and purifying air device comprises a stainless steel water tank, a booster pump, a lower support fixing bolt, an angle steel flange, an angle steel support, a water mist spray nozzle, a pipeline, an upper water mist water supply pipe, a lower water mist water supply pipe, a water supply pipe, an upper support, a chlorine dioxide disinfectant adding port, a shutter air outlet, a water baffle, an air inlet, a reinforced angle steel frame, an automatic medicament adding device plate, overflow holes and an upper cover plate; the stainless steel water tank, upper water mist water supply pipe, lower floor's water mist water supply pipe and water mist spray head constitute the major structure of device, the inside fixed mounting of stainless steel water tank has the force (forcing) pump, and the upside of stainless steel water tank is riveted all around and is had the angle steel flange, the angle steel flange is provided with the screw hole, and the cooperation of screw hole is provided with lower floor's support fixing bolt, the angle steel flange passes through lower floor's support fixing bolt fixedly connected with angle steel support, through U type card fixedly connected with pipeline on the angle steel support, the downside of pipeline is provided with the water mist spray head, the water outlet end fixed mounting of force (forcing) pump has the delivery pipe, delivery pipe and pipeline fixed connection, the pipeline is provided with upper water mist water supply pipe, the end connection of upper pipe, the end connection of lower floor's pipeline has the lower floor's water mist water supply pipe, the upper end of stainless steel water tank is provided with the upper bracket, and is provided with upper cover plate between the upper bracket, the inside fixed water baffle, and be provided with the tripe on one side lateral wall of upper cover, be provided with the shutter air outlet on one side of upper cover, be provided with the automatic disinfectant and add the reinforcing apparatus of chlorine dioxide, the steel water tank is provided with the air inlet and the top of the top cover.
Preferably, in order to facilitate disassembly and assembly of the louver air outlet, the louver air outlet is convenient to clean and riveted on the angle steel flange.
Preferably, in order to facilitate improvement of the spraying area and thereby improve the disinfection efficiency, the water mist nozzle is provided with a plurality of water spray holes, and the surface of the water mist nozzle is provided with a plurality of water spray holes.
Preferably, in order to be convenient for prevent that external dust from entering into inside the device, avoid blockking up water smoke shower nozzle, air intake department is provided with the filter screen, and the filter screen is connected through the mode of joint.
Preferably, in order to facilitate preventing the disinfectant from being sprayed to the outside of the device, the external environment is damaged, and the water baffle is fixed in the upper cover plate by using structural adhesive.
Preferably, in order to facilitate improvement of stability of connection of the device, the upper cover plate and the stainless steel water tank are fixedly connected through bolts.

Working principle: when the water spray air purifying device is used, the device is firstly moved to a proper position, and then the disinfection liquid medicine at the bottom of the stainless steel water tank 1 is conveyed to the water spray nozzle 6 at the tail end through the pipeline 7 by using the circulating booster pump 2 to form fine water mist. The pipeline 7 is provided with two layers of spray heads up and down, so that a high-concentration disinfection water mist space can be formed in the stainless steel water tank 1 instantly, once polluted air enters the inside of the tank body through the air inlet 15, the contact area of the disinfection medicament and the air can be effectively increased, and the disinfection and purification capacity is maximized. Through careful comparison and screening, the disinfectant is chlorine dioxide disinfectant, and can effectively kill viruses and bacteria in the air.
