Abstract
The invention discloses a three-section type cigarette which comprises a cigarette producing section (1), a cooling section (2) and a filter tip section (3); the cavity of the cooling section (2) is internally provided with a low-temperature release spice. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the three-section cigarette and application of the three-section cigarette in uniformly and stably releasing the tobacco fragrance of the heated non-combustible cigarette.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an addition formula of slow-release perfume in a heated non-combustible cigarette and application thereof, and relates to the field of tobacco processing.
Background
The heating non-burning cigarette (HNB) is a novel tobacco, air is heated by an external heat source, tobacco matrixes are heated during smoking, smoke is generated, the heating temperature is 200-400 ℃, the heating temperature is far lower than the smoking temperature of a common cigarette, and harmful substances such as benzene, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon and the like are generated and far lower than the common cigarette, so that the market potential is huge.
The additives of HNB are important factors for determining the smoke quantity, aroma, strength and taste of HNB, and the additives in HNB currently comprise: (1) smoke atomizers, such as propylene glycol, glycerol, glyceryl triacetate, etc., whose function is to produce smoke; (2) the flavor components are usually flavor substances of conventional cigarettes, so as to enhance sensory experience such as smoking comfort, and (3) the tobacco extract is added so as to ensure enough strength and enhance smoke coordination. The addition of flavor components is a key problem for enhancing smoking experience, and at present, most flavor components added by HNB are flavor components used by conventional cigarettes, and as disclosed in patent CN 108893195A, the flavor components are formed by mixing more than 2 components such as megastigmatrienone, ethyl vanillin, ethyl maltol, alpha-ionone, beta-damascenone, butyric acid, isovaleric acid, 3-methyl valeric acid, solanesone and the like; the flavor components disclosed in the patent CN 110037334A are lemon oil, sweet orange oil and the like; the flavor components disclosed in patent CN 108464525A are damascenone, violet extract, red date extract, etc.
The aromatic substances disclosed in the above patents have certain volatility, are volatile at normal temperature, are quickly released by heating, and are easy to deteriorate after long-term storage; when the fragrance is added into HNB, the heat source position is constant, a great amount of fragrance is released in the front stage of suction, and the fragrance is attenuated and released in the rear stage of suction.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention overcomes the defects in the prior art, and discloses a three-section type cigarette and a preparation method thereof, and application of the three-section type cigarette in uniformly and stably releasing tobacco fragrance of heated non-combustible cigarettes.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
the first aspect of the invention discloses a three-section cigarette which comprises a cigarette producing section 1, a cooling section 2 and a filter tip section 3; the cavity of the cooling section 2 is internally provided with a low-temperature release spice.
Preferably, the release temperature of the low-temperature release perfume is 50-100 ℃; the low-temperature release perfume is peppermint oil microcapsule and tobacco extract, and the peppermint oil microcapsule and the tobacco extract are coated on the pine pollen paper.
Preferably, the coated pine paper is disc-shaped and provided with a plurality of holes, and 3-5 disc-shaped coated pine papers are equidistantly adhered on the inner wall of the cavity of the cooling section 2 along the edge so that the pine papers are vertical to the axial direction of the cigarette.
Preferably, the coated pine paper is semicircular, and 3-5 semicircular coated pine papers are equidistantly adhered to the inner wall of the cavity of the cooling section 2 along the edge so that the pine papers are vertical to the axial direction of the cigarette.
Preferably, the tobacco producing section 1 contains tobacco sheets and high-temperature release spices, and the release temperature of the high-temperature release spices is 200-400 ℃; the high-temperature release perfume is one of menthol glycoside and menthol hydroxypropyl cyclodextrin inclusion compound or a mixture thereof.
The invention discloses a preparation method of the three-section cigarette, which comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a cigarette producing section 1 and a cooling section 2 with cavities respectively, and filling a filter tip section 3 of fiber filaments;
(2) preparing tobacco sheets containing high-temperature release spice, and filling the tobacco sheets into the cavity of the tobacco producing section 1;
(3) preparing low-temperature release perfume, coating the perfume on pine paper, and arranging the pine paper in a cavity of the cooling section 2;
(4) and (3) combining the cigarette producing section 1 in the step (2), the cooling section 2 in the step (3) and the filter tip section 3 together to obtain the three-section cigarette.
Preferably, the preparation method of the step (2) comprises the following steps: mixing menthol glycoside, menthol hydroxypropyl cyclodextrin clathrate, propylene glycol, glycerol, glyceryl triacetate and tobacco extract, adding onto tobacco sheet, and filling into cavity of the tobacco producing section 1.
The method comprises the following specific steps: fully mixing menthol glycoside and ethanol solution of menthol hydroxypropyl cyclodextrin inclusion compound to obtain solution A; step two, adding propylene glycol, glycerol and triacetin into the solution A, and fully stirring and mixing to obtain solution B; adding tobacco extract into the solution B, adding a proper amount of ethanol to enable the materials to be fully dissolved, controlling the menthol glycoside in the solution to be 2-5wt%, the menthol hydroxypropyl cyclodextrin inclusion compound to be 3-5wt%, the propylene glycol to be 10-15wt%, the glycerol to be 10-15wt%, the glyceryl triacetate to be 10-15wt% and the tobacco extract to be 5-10wt%, and finally obtaining the solution C; and step four, adding a proper amount of C solution to the tobacco sheet, drying and filling the tobacco sheet into the cavity of the tobacco producing section (1).
Preferably, the preparation method of the step (3) comprises the following steps: coating peppermint oil microcapsules and tobacco extract on pine paper, cutting the coated pine paper into 3-5 sheets of circular sheets, perforating, and then uniformly adhering the cut pine paper on the inner wall of a cavity of the cooling section 2 along the edge so that the cut pine paper is vertical to the axial direction of the cigarette.
Preferably, the preparation method of the step (3) comprises the following steps: coating peppermint oil microcapsules and tobacco extract on pine paper, cutting the coated pine paper into 3-5 semicircular sheets, and then adhering the semicircular sheets on the inner wall of a cavity of the cooling section 2 along the edge at equal intervals so that the pine paper is vertical to the axial direction of the cigarette.
The specific steps of coating the peppermint oil microcapsule and the tobacco extract on the pine pollen paper are as follows: dispersing a proper amount of peppermint oil microcapsules and tobacco extract into 75-95 wt% ethanol water solution to ensure that the concentration of the peppermint oil microcapsules is 10-25 wt% and the concentration of the tobacco extract is 5-10 wt%; then spraying on the pine paper and drying.
Preparation of peppermint oil microcapsules: the peppermint oil microcapsule is prepared by a complex coacervation method by using gelatin, acacia, cyclodextrin, hydroxypropyl cyclodextrin or sodium alginate as wall materials and peppermint oil as core materials.
The third aspect of the invention discloses application of the three-section type cigarette holder to uniform and stable release of tobacco aroma of a heated non-combustible cigarette.
The beneficial effects of the invention are that
1. The three-section cigarette designed by the invention is filled with the low-temperature release spice in the cooling section for the first time, and the low-temperature release spice is preferably peppermint oil microcapsule. The peppermint oil microcapsule is not volatilized under normal temperature preservation and transportation, and when the peppermint oil microcapsule is sucked, the smoke released in the smoke producing section reaches the temperature reducing section, and the smoke can be uniformly and stably released within the temperature range of 50-100 ℃.
2. The peppermint oil microcapsule and the tobacco extract are coated on pine paper, the pine paper is cut into 3-5 sheets of circular sheets and is perforated, and then the circular sheets are equidistantly stuck on the inner wall of a cavity of the cooling section along the edge so that the circular sheets are vertical to the axial direction of the cigarette; or, cutting the pine paper into 3-5 semicircular sheets, and then adhering the semicircular sheets on the inner wall of the cavity of the cooling section 2 along the edge at equal intervals so that the semicircular sheets are vertical to the axial direction of the cigarette; thus, the release of fragrance can be ensured, and the smooth passage of the smoke generated by the smoke generating section through the cooling section can be ensured.
3. The three-section cigarette designed by the invention contains a high-temperature release spice in the cigarette producing section, wherein the high-temperature release spice is preferably one of menthol glycoside and menthol hydroxypropyl cyclodextrin inclusion compound or a mixture thereof, and the menthol glycoside and menthol hydroxypropyl cyclodextrin inclusion compound are uniformly and stably released at the temperature of 200-400 ℃.
4. The three-section type cigarette holder is used for heating non-combustible cigarettes, and the tobacco fragrance can be uniformly and stably released.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to examples, but the scope of the present invention is not limited to the above.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, a three-section cigarette for heating non-combustible cigarettes comprises a cigarette producing section 1, a cooling section 2 and a filter section 3; the cavity of the cooling section 2 is internally provided with a low-temperature release spice; the low-temperature release spice is peppermint oil microcapsule and tobacco extract, and the peppermint oil microcapsule and the tobacco extract are coated on pine paper; the coated pine paper is disc-shaped and provided with a plurality of holes, and three disc-shaped pine papers 4 with holes are equidistantly stuck on the inner wall of the cavity of the cooling section 2 along the edge so that the pine papers are vertical along the axial direction of the cigarettes; the tobacco producing section 1 contains tobacco sheets and high-temperature release spices; the high temperature release perfume is menthol glycoside and/or menthol hydroxypropyl cyclodextrin clathrate.
(1) Preparing a cigarette producing section 1 and a cooling section 2 with cavities respectively, and filling a filter tip section 3 of fiber filaments;
(2) preparing tobacco sheets containing high-temperature release spice, and filling the tobacco sheets into the cavity of the tobacco producing section 1; mixing menthol glycoside and/or menthol hydroxypropyl cyclodextrin clathrate, propylene glycol, glycerol, glyceryl triacetate and tobacco extract, adding onto tobacco sheet, and filling into cavity of the tobacco producing section 1. The method comprises the following specific steps: fully mixing menthol glycoside and ethanol solution of menthol hydroxypropyl cyclodextrin inclusion compound to obtain solution A; step two, adding propylene glycol, glycerol and triacetin into the solution A, and fully stirring and mixing to obtain solution B; adding tobacco extract into the solution B, adding a proper amount of ethanol to enable the materials to be fully dissolved, controlling the menthol glycoside in the solution to be 2-5wt%, the menthol hydroxypropyl cyclodextrin inclusion compound to be 3-5wt%, the propylene glycol to be 10-15wt%, the glycerol to be 10-15wt%, the glyceryl triacetate to be 10-15wt% and the tobacco extract to be 5-10wt%, and finally obtaining the solution C; and step four, adding a proper amount of C solution to the tobacco sheets, drying and filling the tobacco sheets into the cavity of the tobacco producing section 1.
(3) Preparing low-temperature release perfume, coating the perfume on pine paper, and arranging the pine paper in a cavity of the cooling section 2; the method comprises the following specific steps: dispersing a proper amount of peppermint oil microcapsules and tobacco extract into 75-95 wt% ethanol water solution to ensure that the concentration of the peppermint oil microcapsules is 10-25 wt% and the concentration of the tobacco extract is 5-10 wt%; then spraying on pine paper, and drying; cutting the dried pine paper into 3-5 discs, perforating, and then equidistantly adhering the dried pine paper to the inner wall of the cavity of the cooling section 2 along the edge so that the dried pine paper is vertical to the axial direction of the cigarette. Preparation of peppermint oil microcapsules: the peppermint oil microcapsule is prepared by a complex coacervation method by using gelatin, acacia, cyclodextrin, hydroxypropyl cyclodextrin or sodium alginate as wall materials and peppermint oil as core materials.
(4) And (3) combining the cigarette producing section 1 in the step (2), the cooling section 2 in the step (3) and the filter tip section 3 together to obtain the three-section cigarette.
Example 2
As in example 1. The difference is that: the dried pine paper is cut into three semicircular piece-shaped pine paper 5, and then the semicircular piece-shaped pine paper is stuck on the inner wall of the cavity of the cooling section 2 along the edge at equal intervals so that the semicircular piece-shaped pine paper is vertical to the axial direction of the cigarette. As shown in fig. 2.
The three-stage cigarettes of the heated non-combustible cigarettes obtained in example 1 and example 2 were evaluated, and the results are shown in table 1, and a three-stage cigarette having a cooling stage as a cavity (otherwise similar to example 1) was used as a control sample.

The three-stage cigarettes of the heated non-combustible cigarettes obtained in example 1 and example 2 were stored for half a year and then smoked, and the results were as shown in table 1. The three-section type cigarette of the heating non-combustible cigarette has good storage stability.

The application of the three-section type cigarette for uniformly and stably releasing the tobacco aroma of the heated non-combustible cigarettes is characterized in that the three-section type cigarette comprises a tobacco producing section (1), a cooling section (2) and a filter tip section (3); the cavity of the cooling section (2) is internally provided with a low-temperature release spice; the release temperature of the low-temperature release spice is 50-100 ℃; the low-temperature release spice is peppermint oil microcapsule and tobacco extract, and the peppermint oil microcapsule and the tobacco extract are coated on pine paper; the coated pine paper is disc-shaped and provided with a plurality of holes, and the edges of 3-5 disc-shaped coated pine papers are equidistantly stuck on the inner wall of the cavity of the cooling section (2) so that the pine papers are vertical to the axial direction of the cigarette; or, the coated pine paper is semicircular, and the edges of 3-5 semicircular coated pine papers are equidistantly adhered to the inner wall of the cavity of the cooling section (2) so that the edges are vertical to the axial direction of the cigarette; the tobacco producing section (1) contains tobacco sheets and high-temperature release spice, and the release temperature of the high-temperature release spice is 200-400 ℃; the high-temperature release perfume is one of menthol glycoside and menthol hydroxypropyl cyclodextrin inclusion compound or a mixture thereof.
2. The use according to claim 1, characterized in that the method for preparing a three-section cigarette comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a cigarette producing section (1) and a cooling section (2) with cavities respectively, and filling a filter tip section (3) of fiber filaments;
(2) preparing tobacco sheets containing high-temperature release flavors, and then filling the tobacco sheets into the cavity of the tobacco producing section (1);
(3) preparing low-temperature release perfume, coating the perfume on pine paper, and arranging the pine paper in a cavity of the cooling section (2);
(4) and (3) combining the cigarette producing section (1) of the step (2), the cooling section (2) of the step (3) and the filter tip section (3) together to obtain the three-section cigarette.

The use according to claim 2, wherein the preparation method of step (2) is: mixing menthol glycoside and/or menthol hydroxypropyl cyclodextrin inclusion compound, propylene glycol, glycerol, glyceryl triacetate and tobacco extract, adding onto tobacco sheet, and filling into cavity of the tobacco producing section (1).

The use according to claim 2, wherein the preparation method of step (3) is: coating peppermint oil microcapsules and tobacco extract on pine paper, cutting the coated pine paper into 3-5 discs, punching, and then uniformly adhering the discs on the inner wall of a cavity of the cooling section (2) along the edge so that the discs are vertical to the axial direction of the cigarettes.

The use according to claim 2, wherein the preparation method of step (3) is: coating peppermint oil microcapsules and tobacco extract on pine paper, cutting the coated pine paper into 3-5 semicircular sheets, and then adhering the semicircular sheets on the inner wall of a cavity of the cooling section (2) along the edge at equal intervals so that the pine paper is vertical to the axial direction of the cigarettes.
