Description

Warning lamp and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of illumination, in particular to a warning lamp and application thereof.
Background
The warning lamp is a common special lamp and is mainly used for warning. When the vehicle breaks down in the driving process and a driver needs to stop, the warning lamp needs to be lightened to play a warning role for other drivers behind the vehicle. If the warning light is not lighted or the lighted warning light is not observed in time, a driver in the rear may need to drive to a short distance to be able to find that the vehicle is parked in the front, and then it may be late to take measures to slow down.
In order to conveniently carry and accomodate, avoid taking up too much space in the vehicle, the warning light is generally designed into less volume, but can play the warning effect through the mode of radiating specific light simultaneously.
The problem with this is how to be able to make the warning light sufficiently conspicuous when its size and volume are limited to a certain range, so that other drivers at a distance from the rear can notice the warning light in front in time.
At present, a general warning lamp needs to be placed on a road surface behind a vehicle, and at the moment, the warning lamp is close to the ground, so that a driver in a higher position may be difficult to notice the warning lamp.
Some warning lights can be placed on the roof of a vehicle so that the warning lights can be maintained at a certain height so that a driver at the rear can easily observe the warning lights at the front, but such an approach may cause the warning lights to lose their intended function. Since the warning lights are co-located with the vehicle, the driver at the rear may lack sufficient time to react. Typically, the warning light needs to be placed at a distance of about 150 meters from the vehicle.

Of course, it is understood that the illumination source 13 may have a low beam light mode and a high beam light mode to facilitate use of the illumination source 13 in different environments.
Further, a part of the lamp housing 11 is disposed between the illumination light source 13 and the warning light source 12 to reduce mutual interference between the adjacent illumination light source 13 and the warning light source 12.
The portion of the lamp housing 11 corresponding to the illumination light source 13 may be transparent to radiate light with sufficient brightness. The portion of the lamp housing 11 corresponding to the warning light source 12 may be colored, for example, red or yellow, so that the warning light source 12 emits light with a specific frequency after passing through the lamp housing 11 to perform a warning function.
Further, the shape of the entire lamp housing 11 can match the shape formed by the arrangement of the warning light source 12, such as a triangle or a circle. Of course, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the shape of the lamp envelope 11 is not limited to the above description.
The lamp socket 20 is used for supporting the warning lamp head 10 at a certain height, so that the light emitted by the warning lamp head 10 which can be kept at a certain height can be more easily noticed by nearby users, especially drivers in higher cabs.
The warning lamp head 10 is detachably connected to the lamp holder 20 so that the lamp holder 20 can be matched with a plurality of the warning lamp heads 10, or the warning lamp head 10 can be matched with a plurality of the lamp holders 20.
Further, in this embodiment, the whole warning light 1 is designed to be foldable, so that the warning light 1 can radiate light rays with warning function outwards at a certain height while keeping a small size.
Specifically, the lamp socket 20 of the warning lamp 1 includes a lamp socket body 21 and at least one lifting rod 22, wherein the lifting rod 22 can be supported by the lamp socket body 21, and the warning lamp head 10 can be supported by the lifting rod 22. The warning light head 10 can be maintained at a certain height by the rising/lowering rod 22.
Both ends of the lifting rod 22 are respectively connected to the lamp socket body 21 and the warning lamp head 10, and the lamp socket body 21 is rotatably connected to the lifting rod 22, and the warning lamp head 10 is rotatably connected to the lifting rod 22.
In detail, the lifting rod 22 has a first connection end 221 and a second connection end 222, wherein the first connection end 221 of the lifting rod 22 is connected to the warning light head 10, and the second connection end 222 of the lifting rod 22 is connected to the lamp socket body 21.
The warning lamp 10 is rotatable to be coupled to the lifting rod 22 in superposition toward the lifting rod 22. For example, the warning light head 10 is pivotally connected to the lifting rod 22 in a foldable manner.
The elevating bar 22 is rotatable to be coupled to the socket body 21 to be folded toward the socket body 21. For example, the socket body 21 is pivotably coupled to the elevating bar 22 in a folding manner.
In other words, the warning lamp 10 is rotatably provided with respect to the lift lever 22, and the lift lever 22 is rotatably provided with respect to the socket body 21.
When the warning light 1 is in a use state, the warning light head 10 of the warning light 1 is lifted to a certain height under the support of the lifting rod 22.
When the warning lamp 1 needs to be stored, the warning lamp head 10 may be folded toward the lifting rod 22, or the lifting rod 22 may be folded toward the lamp socket body 21.
The user can fold the warning lamp cap 10 towards the lifting rod 22 and fold the lifting rod 22 towards the lamp holder body 21 by pressing the warning lamp cap 10 downwards. The user also can follow respectively warning lamp holder 10 with lamp stand body 21 both sides are pressed towards the intermediate position so that warning lamp holder 10 with the lamp stand body is respectively from both sides and is close to in lifter 22 to reduce the height dimension of warning lamp 1, and then the height dimension of warning lamp 1 can be reduced, in order to be favorable to subsequent accomodating.
More specifically, the socket body 21 has a receiving groove 210, wherein the receiving groove 210 is formed on a top surface of the socket body 21, and wherein the second connection end 222 of the lift pin 22 is located at a peripheral position of the top surface of the socket body 21.
When the lifting rod 22 is folded toward the socket body 21, the lifting rod 22 can be accommodated in the accommodating groove 210 of the socket body 21, so that the lifting rod 22 can be limited to the socket body 21 on the one hand, and the height dimensions of the lifting rod 22 and the socket body 21 can be reduced as much as possible on the other hand.
The warning light head 10 has a high end and a low end, wherein when the warning light head 10 is erected, the high end of the warning light head 10 is higher than the low end of the warning light head 10.
The lower end of the warning light head 10 is connected to the first connection end 221 of the lifting rod 22. When the warning light 1 needs to be retracted, the high end of the warning light head 10 rotates around the low end of the warning light head 10 and the first connection end 221 of the lifting rod 22 and is folded towards the lifting rod 22. That is, the warning light 10 is turned downward to be close to the lift lever 22.
After the warning light 1 is completely received, the lifting rod 22 is located between the warning light head 10 and the light holder body 21. It should be noted that the lamp housing 11 of the warning light head 10 may be formed with another receiving groove 210, wherein at least a portion of the lifting rod 22 may be received in the receiving groove 210 of the warning light head 10.
It is of course understood that when the receiving groove 210 of the socket body 21 is designed to be large enough, the elevating bar 22 can be completely received in the socket body 21. When the size of the receiving groove 210 of the warning light 10 is designed to be large enough, the lifting rod 22 can be completely received in the warning light 10.
Further, the lifting rod 22 is provided to be telescopic, and the lifting rod 22 is a two-stage telescopic rod for example. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the telescopic lifter 22 may be two-segmented or more.
The lifting rod 22 includes a first partial lifting rod 223 and a second partial lifting rod 224, the first partial lifting rod 223 has a receiving space, and at least a part of the second partial lifting rod 224 is received in the receiving space of the first partial lifting rod 223. The second partial lift lever 224 is provided to be movable back with respect to the first partial lift lever 223 so that the length of the entire lift lever 22 can be adjusted.
After the second partial lift pins 224 move back and forth with respect to the first partial lift pins 223 to adjust the length of the lift pins 22, the second partial lift pins 224 and the first partial lift pins 223 may be fixed at the adjusted positions so that the lift pins 22 are maintained at the adjusted length. The manner of fixing the second partial lifting rod 224 and the first partial lifting rod 223 may be various, for example, by a fixing member such as a bolt, for example, by the mutual engagement between the external thread of the second partial lifting rod 224 and the internal thread of the first partial lifting rod 223. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the manner in which the adjusted length of the lifting rod 22 is fixed is not limited to the above examples.
When the user wants the warning light head 10 to be maintained at a high height, the second partial lifting rod 224 may be pulled out from the receiving space of the first partial lifting rod 223 to be maintained at a high height.
It is noted that the warning light head 10 is pivotally connected to the lifting bar 22 towards the lifting bar 22, but when the warning light head 10 is erected to a position during use, the warning light head 10 can be held in a fixed position so that the warning light head 10 can be held in a fixed orientation during use. The warning light head 10 and the lifting rod 22 can be designed to have a certain friction force, and after the warning light head 10 is erected, the warning light head 10 cannot be automatically folded towards the lifting rod 22 by means of the gravity of the warning light head 10 due to the friction force between the warning light head 10 and the lifting rod 22, so that the warning light head 10 can be kept in a fixed position. Of course, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the above-mentioned manner of rotation and stability between the warning light head 10 and the lifting rod 22 is merely illustrative.
Further, when the warning light 1 needs to be stored, the first part lifting rod 223 and the second part lifting rod 224 of the lifting rod 22 can be retracted, so as to facilitate the storage of the lifting rod 22 in the storage groove 210 of the socket body 21 or in the storage groove 210 of the warning light head 10.
Preferably, the size of the receiving space of the first partial lift lever 223 is not smaller than that of the second partial lift lever 224, so that the second partial lift lever 224 can be completely received in the first partial lift lever 223.
Further, the length dimension of the first partial lift lever 223 is not greater than the length dimension of the receiving groove 210, so that the first partial lift lever 223 can be received in the receiving groove 210 well and does not occupy an excessive space in the length direction.
Further, the warning light 1 includes a switch 30 and a power source 40, wherein the power source 40 may be disposed in the warning light head 10, or may be disposed in the lifting rod 22, for example, the second partial lifting rod 224, or may be disposed in the light holder body 21.
Similarly, the switch 30 may be disposed on the warning light head 10, the lifting rod 22, or the lamp holder body 21. The switch 30 can control not only the on/off of the power supply 40 to the warning light source 12 and the illumination light source 13, but also the operation mode of the warning light source 12 and the illumination light source 13. For example, the user can operate the switch 30 to make the warning light source 12 emit light continuously or intermittently.
It should be noted that the warning light 1 may also be provided with at least one charging interface, and an external power source is connected to the charging interface to charge the power source 40, or the warning light source 12 or the illumination light source 13 may be directly powered through the charging interface.
It should be noted that the warning light source 12 and the illumination light source 13 in the warning light head 10 may be powered by not only a wired power supply method but also a wireless power supply method.
Referring to fig. 4A to 4C, the warning light head 10 has a front surface and a back surface, and the front surface and the back surface of the warning light head 10 are disposed opposite to each other. When the warning lamp head 10 plays a warning role, the front side of the warning lamp head 10 faces a user. When the warning light head 10 is folded toward the lifting rod 22, the back surface of the warning light head 10 faces the lifting rod 22 and when the lifting rod 22 is folded toward the socket body 21, the back surface of the warning light head 10 faces the top surface of the socket body 21.
The warning lamp 1 further comprises a wireless charging device 50, wherein the wireless charging device 50 comprises a transmitting coil 51 and a receiving coil 52, wherein the transmitting coil 51 is mounted on the lamp holder body 21, and the receiving coil 52 is mounted on the warning lamp head 10.
One of the power sources 40 is electrically connectable to the transmitting coil 51. When the warning lamp 1 is folded, the warning lamp head 10 is close to the lamp holder body 21, so that the receiving coil 52 is close to the transmitting coil 51, and within a certain range, the transmitting coil 51 can transmit the electric energy in the power source 40 to the receiving coil 52, and the warning light source 12 and/or the illuminating light source 13 are/is electrically connected to the receiving coil 52 to operate based on the electric energy transmitted by the receiving coil 52.
It should be noted that the number of the power sources 40 may be two, and another power source 40 is disposed in the warning light head 10, so that the power source 40 located in the warning light head 10 can be charged when the warning light 1 is received.
When the warning lamp 1 is lifted, the warning lamp 10 is far from the socket body 21, so that the electrical transmission between the receiving coil 52 in the warning lamp 10 and the transmitting coil 51 in the socket body 21 is temporarily interrupted.
Further, the warning light head 10 is detachably mounted to the light holder 20, and the warning light head 10 is provided with the power source 40, so that the warning light head 10 can be used independently.
It should be noted that, in some embodiments of the present invention, since the lifting rod 22 can be completely received in the socket body 21, or the warning light head 10, or the socket body 21 and the warning light head 10, at least a portion of the back surface of the warning light head 10 and the top surface of the socket body 21 can be completely attached to facilitate wireless transmission between the receiving coil 52 of the warning light head 10 and the transmitting coil 51 of the socket body 21.
The number of the receiving coils 52 and the transmitting coils 51 may be one, two, or more. For example, the number of the receiving coils 52 may be two, the number of the transmitting coils 51 may also be two, when the lifting rod 22 is received in the lamp holder body 21, the two transmitting coils 51 are respectively disposed on two sides of the lifting rod 22, and the receiving coils 52 are disposed at corresponding positions of the warning lamp head 10, so that the receiving coils 52 and the transmitting coils 51 are in one-to-one correspondence.
In other words, the lifting rod 22 between the warning lamp cap 10 and the socket body 21 does not cause excessive interference to the wireless transmission between the warning lamp cap 10 and the socket body 21.
It is noted that the warning lamp 1 has the above-mentioned on state and storage state, and the warning lamp 1 is operable to be switched between the on state and the storage state.
The warning light 1 can be held in the on state when no external force is applied by the user, and in the above description, how the warning light head 10 is held in the erect position has been described, and similarly, the lifting lever 22 can be held upright to be supported at a certain height from the warning light head 10. The connection between the elevating bar 22 and the socket body 21 is provided with a certain friction force, and when the elevating bar 22 rotates with respect to the socket body 21 to be erected, the gravity of the elevating bar 22 and the warning light 10 does not exceed the friction force between the elevating bar 22 and the socket body 21, so that the elevating bar 22 does not automatically fold toward the socket body 21.
