The redirection method of the terminal in the non-activated state comprises the following steps:
401, receiving an initialization uplink transfer message of the distributed base station.
The initialization uplink transfer message carries the radio resource control recovery request message, and the scattered base station responds to the radio resource control recovery request message of the terminal to send the initialization uplink transfer message.
In some embodiments, the initiating uplink transfer message is sent by the distributed base station based on a radio resource control recovery request message sent by the called terminal, and the content of the radio resource control recovery request message is carried in the initiating uplink transfer message, and the radio resource control recovery request message carries a voice call indication, that is, the initiating uplink transfer message carries a voice call indication.
It should be noted that, when the terminal is a called terminal, the called terminal initiates a radio resource control recovery request based on the paging request of the distributed base station. When the terminal is a calling terminal, the calling terminal actively initiates a radio resource control recovery request based on the voice call of the user.

When the terminal is a calling terminal, the centralized base station receives the initialized uplink transfer message and then carries out redirection instead of blind redirection.
And 403, sending a downlink radio resource control transfer message to the distributed base station.
The downlink radio resource control transfer message carries the radio resource control release message, so that the terminal can redirect according to the redirection target.
The downlink RRC transfer message carries the contents of an RRC Release (RRC Release) message, and the contents of the RRC Release message include a redirection target.
In some embodiments, the redirection target comprises a redirected network and a reselected frequency point, namely a voice redirection network and a voice redirection frequency point.
In a second aspect, the present disclosure provides a redirection method for an inactive terminal, where the redirection method is applied to a distributed base station on a network side. The redirection method comprises the following steps: responding to a radio resource control recovery request message of a terminal to send an initialization uplink transfer message for a centralized base station to determine a redirection target, forwarding a downlink radio resource control transfer message to the terminal, and enabling the terminal to redirect according to the redirection target; the downlink radio resource control transfer message carries a redirection target, and the terminal is in an inactive state.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of a redirection method of an inactive terminal according to the disclosed embodiment.
Referring to fig. 5, the redirection method for the terminal in the inactive state is used for a decentralized base station, and specifically includes:
501, receiving a radio resource control recovery request message of a terminal.
When the terminal is a calling terminal, the calling terminal responds to the call request of the user and sends a wireless resource control recovery request message to the decentralized base station.
When the terminal is a called terminal, the called terminal sends a wireless resource control recovery request message to the decentralized base station after receiving the paging message of the decentralized base station.
In some embodiments, the decentralized base station forwards the paging request to the terminal based on the paging request of the centralized base station, and the centralized base station obtains the paging message in two ways. In the first mode, when a calling terminal initiates a voice request to a called terminal, an AMF entity corresponding to the calling terminal sends a voice establishment request, where the voice establishment request message includes a voice identifier, that is, a voice identifier whose qos traffic identifier is equal to 1, and may further include a protocol data unit session resource modification request message and a protocol data unit session resource establishment request message. After receiving the voice establishment request, the centralized base station forwards the voice establishment request to the decentralized base station through the XN interface, and the decentralized base station forwards the paging message to the called terminal. It should be noted that, the centralized base station sends a radio access network paging message to all the distributed base stations in the radio access network notification area.
In the second mode, when a calling terminal initiates a voice request to a called terminal, an AMF entity sends a voice establishment request to an original base station, the original base station sends a wireless access network paging request to a centralized base station according to the voice establishment request, and the centralized base station forwards the paging request to a decentralized base station.
It should be noted that the voice establishment request message includes a voice identifier, that is, a voice identifier with a qos traffic identifier equal to 1, and may further include a protocol data unit session resource modification request message and a protocol data unit session resource establishment request message.
502, sending the initialization uplink transfer message to the centralized base station.
Wherein the initialization uplink transfer message carries the radio resource control recovery request message, so that the centralized base station determines the redirection target.
In some embodiments, after receiving a radio resource recovery request message from a terminal, a decentralized base station sends an initialization uplink transfer message to a centralized base station, where the initialization uplink transfer message carries the radio resource control recovery request message, where the radio resource recovery request message carries a voice call indication.
After receiving the initialized uplink transfer message, the centralized base station makes a fallback decision of the evolved packet system according to the voice call reason carried in the wireless access control recovery request message, and determines a redirection target. Wherein, the redirection target can be a 3G network, a 4G network or a 5G network.
It should be noted that, when the terminal is a called terminal, the centralized base station performs blind redirection after receiving the initialization uplink transfer message. When the terminal is a calling terminal, the centralized base station receives the initialized uplink transfer message and then carries out redirection instead of blind redirection.

Wherein the downlink radio resource control transfer message carries the radio resource control release message. The manner of sending the radio access network paging request by the base station is the same as that in the foregoing embodiment, and is not described herein again.

And after receiving the radio resource control release message returned by the scattered base station, the terminal carries the redirection target according to the radio resource control release message.
In some embodiments, after receiving the rrc restoration request message, the distributed base station sends an initialization uplink transfer message to the centralized base station, where the initialization uplink transfer message carries the rrc restoration request message, where the rrc restoration request message carries the voice call indication. And after receiving the initialization uplink transfer message sent by the decentralized base station, the centralized base station carries out redirection judgment and determines the redirection target of the called terminal, such as determining a voice frequency point. The centralized base station sends a downlink wireless resource control transfer message to the decentralized base station, the decentralized base station sends a wireless resource control release message to the terminal after receiving the downlink wireless resource control transfer message, and the terminal executes a redirection process according to the redirection target after receiving the wireless resource control release message and preferentially accesses the voice frequency point indicated in the redirection target.
The redirection method of the present disclosure is described in more detail below with reference to the centralized base station, the distributed base stations, and the terminal.
Referring to fig. 7, the terminal in the redirection process is a called terminal, and the called terminal is in an inactive state, and the called terminal realizes the transition from the inactive state to the connected state in the station.

When a calling terminal initiates a voice call request to a called terminal, the AMF sends a voice establishment request to the centralized base station. When receiving the radio resource control release message sent by the decentralized base station, the terminal redirects to the 4G network, establishes connection with the base station eNB of the 4G network, and carries out voice bearing in the 4G network system to establish voice service, namely, normal voice service can be carried out.
In a fourth aspect, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a redirection device for an inactive terminal, where the redirection device may redirect the inactive terminal and perform a voice service.
Referring to fig. 10, the redirection apparatus of the terminal in the inactive state may be used to centralize the base station so that the terminal performs redirection. The redirection device comprises:
a receiving module 1001, configured to receive an initialized uplink transfer message of a decentralized base station, where the decentralized base station sends the initialized uplink transfer message based on a radio resource control recovery request message of a terminal, and the terminal is in an inactive state, where the radio resource control recovery request message carries a voice call indication;
a redirection module 1002, configured to determine a redirection target of an evolved system packet fallback;
a sending module 1003, configured to send the redirection target to a decentralized base station, so that the terminal redirects according to the redirection target.
According to the redirection device of the non-activated terminal provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the receiving module receives an initialized uplink transfer message of a decentralized base station, the redirection module judges that an evolved system packet falls back for redirection, and the sending module sends the redirection target to the decentralized base station, so that the terminal can redirect according to the redirection target, that is, a radio resource control release message is sent to the terminal for redirection, and therefore the terminal can redirect, and the message interaction flow between the terminal and the base station is reduced, thereby shortening the call delay, reducing the call drop rate, and further improving the voice user experience.
In a fifth aspect, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides an electronic device, including:
one or more processors;
a storage device having one or more programs stored thereon, which when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement any of the methods of the above-described inactive state terminal.
In a sixth aspect, the embodiments of the present disclosure provide a computer readable medium, on which a computer program is stored, where the computer program is executed by a processor to implement any one of the methods of the terminal in the inactive state.
It will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that all or some of the steps of the methods, systems, functional modules/units in the devices disclosed above may be implemented as software, firmware, hardware, and suitable combinations thereof. Claims (16)

1. A redirection method for a non-activated terminal comprises the following steps:
responding to an initialized uplink transfer message of the scattered base station, and determining a redirection target;
and sending a downlink radio resource control transfer message to the distributed base station so that the terminal can complete redirection according to the redirection target, wherein the distributed base station sends the initialization uplink transfer message based on a radio resource control recovery request message of the terminal, the downlink radio resource control transfer message carries the redirection target, and the terminal is in an inactive state.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the terminal is a called terminal, the method comprising:
receiving an initialization uplink transfer message of the scattered base station; the initialization uplink transfer message carries the radio resource control recovery request message, and the scattered base station responds to the radio resource control recovery request message of the terminal to send the initialization uplink transfer message;
responding the initialized uplink transfer message to carry out blind redirection judgment and determining the redirection target of the called terminal;
and sending a downlink radio resource control transfer message to the dispersed base station, wherein the downlink radio resource control transfer message carries the radio resource control release message so that the terminal can be redirected according to the redirection target.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein before receiving the message for initiating uplink transfer of the scattered base station, the method further comprises:
receiving a voice establishment request message, wherein the voice establishment request message comprises a voice identifier;
and sending a paging message to the decentralized base station based on the voice establishment request message, so that the decentralized base station sends the initialization uplink transfer message after receiving a radio resource control recovery request sent by the called terminal responding to the paging message.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein after receiving the voice setup request message, further comprising:
and sending a voice establishment response message to an authentication management entity based on the voice establishment request message.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the terminal is a called terminal, the method comprising:
receiving an initialization uplink transfer message of the scattered base station; the initialization uplink transfer message carries the radio resource control recovery request message, and the scattered base station responds to the radio resource control recovery request message of the terminal to send the initialization uplink transfer message;
sending a request message for retrieving the context of the called terminal to an original base station, wherein the original base station is the base station which serves the called terminal at last;
receiving a context response message returned by the original base station for retrieving the called terminal;
carrying out redirection judgment based on the called terminal context, and determining a redirection target of the called terminal;
and sending a downlink radio resource control transfer message to the dispersed base station, wherein the downlink radio resource control transfer message carries the radio resource control release message so that the terminal can be redirected according to the redirection target.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein before receiving the message for initiating uplink transfer of the decentralized base station, the method further comprises:
receiving a wireless access network paging message sent by the original base station;
and responding the paging message of the wireless access network to send a paging message to the decentralized base station, so that the decentralized base station sends the initialization uplink transfer message after receiving a wireless resource control recovery request sent by the called terminal responding to the paging message.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the terminal is a calling terminal, the method comprising:
receiving an initialization uplink transfer message of the scattered base station; the initialization uplink transfer message carries the radio resource control recovery request message, and the scattered base station responds to the radio resource control recovery request message of the terminal to send the initialization uplink transfer message;
responding the initialized uplink transfer message to carry out redirection judgment and determining the redirection target of the calling terminal;
and sending a downlink radio resource control transfer message to the dispersed base station, wherein the downlink radio resource control transfer message carries the radio resource control release message so that the terminal can be redirected according to the redirection target.
8. The method of any one of claims 1-7, wherein the redirection targets include redirected networks and reselected frequency points.
9. A redirection method for a non-activated terminal comprises the following steps:
responding to a radio resource control recovery request message of a terminal to send an initialization uplink transfer message for a centralized base station to determine a redirection target, forwarding a downlink radio resource control transfer message to the terminal, and enabling the terminal to redirect according to the redirection target; the downlink radio resource control transfer message carries a redirection target, and the terminal is in an inactive state.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the method comprises:
receiving a radio resource control recovery request message of the terminal;
sending the initialization uplink transfer message to the centralized base station; the initialization uplink transfer message carries the radio resource control recovery request message for the centralized base station to determine the redirection target;
receiving a downlink radio resource control transfer message returned by the centralized base station, wherein the downlink radio resource control transfer message carries the radio resource control release message;
and forwarding the radio resource control release message to the terminal, wherein the radio resource control release message carries the redirection target.
11. The method of any one of claims 9-10, wherein the redirection targets include redirected networks and reselected frequency points.
12. A redirection method for a non-activated terminal comprises the following steps:
sending a radio resource control recovery request message to a base station, and responding to a radio resource control release message returned by the base station to perform redirection, wherein the radio resource control recovery request message carries a voice call indication, the radio resource control release message carries the redirection target, and a terminal executing the redirection is in an inactive state.
13. The method of claim 12, wherein the terminal is a called terminal, and the called terminal sends a radio resource control recovery request message to the base station after receiving a radio access network paging request sent by the base station.
14. A redirection device for an inactive state terminal, comprising:
a receiving module, configured to receive an initialized uplink transfer message of a decentralized base station, where the decentralized base station sends the initialized uplink transfer message based on a radio resource control recovery request message of a terminal, and the terminal is in an inactive state, where the radio resource control recovery request message carries a voice call indication;
the redirection module is used for judging a redirection target of the terminal;
and the sending module is used for sending the redirection target to the decentralized base station so that the terminal can redirect according to the redirection target.
15. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors;
storage means having one or more programs stored thereon which, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the method of any one of claims 1-8.
16. A computer-readable medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method according to any one of claims 1-8.
