In some embodiments, a current video frame corresponding to first audio/video input information of the first user when the private call acceptance information is received may be obtained, and the current video frame is used as a target video frame of the first user. In some embodiments, image information preset by the first user before the private call triggering operation may also be acquired, and the image information may be used as a target video frame of the first user.
In some embodiments, the obtaining the target video frame of the first user includes: and acquiring a current video frame corresponding to first audio and video input information of the first user when the private call acceptance information is received, and taking the current video frame as a target video frame of the first user. In some embodiments, when the first user receives the private call acceptance information sent by the target second user, a current video frame corresponding to the first audio/video input information of the first user may be used as a target video frame of the first user, and the target video frame of the first user is included in the private call indication information and sent to other second users except the target second user.

In some embodiments, the other second users may use a last frame video frame corresponding to the first audio/video input information sent by the first user, which is received before a new video frame corresponding to the first audio/video input information sent by the first user is received in the multi-user audio/video call process, as a target video frame of the first user that needs to be kept present on the multi-user audio/video call interface.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: and the first user equipment responds to the private call suspension operation executed by the first user and subsequently sends the first audio and video input information of the first user to the plurality of second users. In some embodiments, the method further comprises: the first user equipment responds to a private call ending operation executed by the first user, generates private call ending indication information and sends the private call ending indication information to the target second user, subsequently sends first audio and video input information of the first user to the plurality of second users, and enables second audio input information of the target second user to be subsequently sent to the first user and other second users except the target second user in the plurality of second users. In some embodiments, the first user may end the private audio/video call with the target second user at any time, and in response to a private call end operation performed by the first user, generate corresponding private call end indication information and send the corresponding private call end indication information to the target second user to inform the target second user that the first user has actively ended the private audio/video call with the target second user, the first user subsequently sends the corresponding first audio/video input information to all second users participating in the multi-user audio/video call, and the subsequent target second user also sends the corresponding second audio/video input information to the first user participating in the multi-user audio/video call and all other second users except the first user. In some embodiments, the target second user may also end the private audio/video call with the first user at any time, and in response to a private call end operation performed by the target second user, generate corresponding private call end indication information and send the corresponding private call end indication information to the first user to inform the first user that the target second user has actively ended the private audio/video call with the first user. In some embodiments, if one target second user is present, the target second user may end the private audio/video call with the first user at any time, and if a plurality of target second users are present, the one target second user ends the private audio/video call with the first user without affecting the private audio/video calls between the first user and other target second users. In some embodiments, the first user equipment responds to a private call ending operation executed by the first user, acquires fourth audio and video input information of the first user, and sends the fourth audio and video input information to all second users. In some embodiments, the first user equipment receives, in response to a private call end operation performed by the first user, fifth audio-video input information sent by the target second user, where the fifth audio-video input information is sent by the target second user to the first user and all other second users.
Fig. 2 shows a flowchart of a method for a private audio-video call applied to a second user equipment, according to an embodiment of the present application, where the method includes step S21, step S22, and step S23. In step S21, a second user equipment receives, during a multi-user audio/video call, private call request information sent by a first user, where the private call request information is generated in response to a private call trigger operation executed by the first user for at least one target second user among multiple second users participating in the multi-user audio/video call; in step S22, according to a confirmation operation performed by one target second user of the at least one target second user on the private call request information, if the one target second user confirms that the private call request information is accepted, generating private call acceptance information corresponding to the private call request information and sending the private call acceptance information to the first user by the second user equipment; in step S23, a second user device obtains first audio/video input information sent by the first user, where the first audio/video input information is sent only to the at least one target second user by the first user.
In step S21, the second user equipment receives, during a multi-user audio/video call, private call request information sent by a first user, where the private call request information is generated in response to a private call trigger operation executed by the first user for at least one target second user of multiple second users participating in the multi-user audio/video call. In some embodiments, the at least one target second user is one or more. The related operations have been described in detail in the foregoing embodiments, and are not described in detail herein.
In step S22, the second user equipment generates, according to a confirmation operation performed by one target second user of the at least one target second user on the private call request information, and if the one target second user confirms to accept the private call request information, private call acceptance information corresponding to the private call request information, and sends the private call acceptance information to the first user. In some embodiments, the one target second user is a target second user corresponding to the second user equipment. The related operations have been described in detail in the foregoing embodiments, and are not described in detail herein.
In step S23, a second user device obtains first audio/video input information sent by the first user, where the first audio/video input information is sent only to the at least one target second user by the first user. In some embodiments, if at least one target second user is one, the first audio/video input information corresponding to the first user is subsequently only sent to the one target second user and is not sent to other second users participating in the multi-person audio/video call, and if at least one target second user is multiple, the first audio/video input information corresponding to the first user is subsequently only sent to the one target second user and other target second users and is not sent to other second users participating in the multi-person audio/video call. The related operations have been described in detail in the foregoing embodiments, and are not described in detail herein.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: and the second user equipment acquires second audio and video input information of the target second user and sends the second audio and video input information to the first user. In some embodiments, if there is one target second user, the second audio/video input information is only sent to the first user. In some embodiments, if there are a plurality of the at least one target second users, the second audio/video input information is sent to the first user and other target second users. Fig. 3 shows a structure of a first user equipment for private audio/video call according to an embodiment of the present application, where the first user equipment includes a one-to-one module 11 and a two-to-one module 12. The one-to-one module 11 is used for responding to a private call triggering operation executed by a first user aiming at a target second user in a plurality of second users participating in the multi-person audio and video call process, generating private call request information and sending the private call request information to the target second user; and the second module 12 is configured to receive the private call acceptance information corresponding to the private call request information and sent by the target second user, acquire the first audio/video input information of the first user, and send the first audio/video input information only to the target second user.
And the one-to-one module 11 is used for responding to a private call triggering operation executed by a first user aiming at a target second user in a plurality of second users participating in the multi-person audio and video call process, generating private call request information and sending the private call request information to the target second user. In some embodiments, the multi-person audio video call includes, but is not limited to, a multi-person audio call (conference), a multi-person video call (conference), a multi-person audio video call (conference). In some embodiments, all users in the multi-user audio and video call can communicate with each other in a non-private call state, and the user equipment corresponding to one user in the multi-user audio and video call acquires the audio and video input information of the user and sends the audio and video information to all other users except the user in the multi-user audio and video call. In some embodiments, the target second users may be one or more, and the first user may select one of the plurality of second users participating in the multi-person audio-video call as the target second user, or may select a plurality of users of the plurality of second users as the target second user. In some embodiments, the private call triggering operation includes, but is not limited to, any operation for triggering the first user to request a private audio/video call with the target second user, for example, the operation may be triggered by the first user clicking identification information (e.g., a user name, a user avatar, a user ID, etc.) or a video screen of the target second user on the multi-user audio/video call interface, or may be triggered by the first user moving a finger or a mouse on the identification information or the video screen of the target second user on the multi-user audio/video call interface, or may also be triggered when a finger or the mouse stays on the identification information or the video screen of the target second user for a time period greater than or equal to a predetermined time threshold, or, after clicking or moving, a confirmation dialog box pops up, and the first user needs to click a "confirmation" button to trigger, or, a function selection dialog box can pop up after clicking or moving, and the first user needs to click a 'private call' button to trigger. In some embodiments, the first user may perform a private call triggering operation for a certain second user or certain second users of multiple second users participating in the multiple-person audio-video call at any time during the multiple-person audio-video call. In some embodiments, if the private call request information is directly sent to the target second user, the private call request information may include identification information of the first user, and if the private call request information is sent to the server first and then directly forwarded to the target second user by the server, or if the server generates a new private call request information based on the received private call request information sent by the first user and then sends the new private call request information to the target second user, the private call request information may include not only the identification information of the first user but also the identification information of the target second user.
And the second module 12 is configured to receive the private call acceptance information corresponding to the private call request information and sent by the target second user, acquire the first audio/video input information of the first user, and send the first audio/video input information only to the target second user. In some embodiments, after receiving the private call request information sent by the first user, the target second user presents the private call request information on a multi-user audio/video call interface of the target second user, generates private call acceptance information or private call rejection information according to a confirmation operation (acceptance or rejection) of the target second user for the private call request information, and directly sends the private call acceptance information or the private call rejection information to the first user, or sends the private call acceptance information or the private call rejection information to the first user via a server. In some embodiments, the first user receives the private call acceptance information sent by the target second user, and then sends the first audio/video input information of the first user only to the target second user, and does not send the first audio/video input information to other second users except the target second user among the multiple second users participating in the multi-user audio/video call. In some embodiments, if one target second user is present, the target second user subsequently only sends the corresponding second audio/video input information to the first user and does not send the corresponding second audio/video input information to other second users participating in the multi-user audio/video call, and if a plurality of target second users are present, one target second user subsequently only sends the corresponding second audio/video input information to the first user and other target second users and does not send the corresponding second audio/video input information to other second users participating in the multi-user audio/video call. In some embodiments, the first user may suspend a private audio/video call with the target second user at any time, and then send the corresponding first audio/video input information to all second users participating in the multi-user audio/video call, and in the case that the first user suspends the private audio/video call with the target second user, the target second user is not influenced and still only sends the corresponding second audio/video input information to the first user, or one target second user is not influenced and still only sends the corresponding second audio/video input information to the first user and other target second users. In some embodiments, the targeted second user may also suspend the private audio-video call with the first user at any time. In some embodiments, after the first user suspends the private audio/video call with the target second user, the private audio/video call with the target second user can be recovered at any time, and the first audio/video input information corresponding to the first user is continuously sent to the target second user only. In some embodiments, the first user may end the private audio/video call with the target second user at any time, and then send the corresponding first audio/video input information to all the second users participating in the multi-user audio/video call, and then the target second user may also send the corresponding second audio/video input information to the first user participating in the multi-user audio/video call and all the other second users except the first user. In some embodiments, if one target second user is present, the target second user may end the private audio/video call with the first user at any time, and if a plurality of target second users are present, the one target second user ends the private audio/video call with the first user without affecting the private audio/video calls between the first user and other target second users.

FIG. 5 illustrates an exemplary system that can be used to implement the various embodiments described in this application.
In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 5, the system 300 can be implemented as any of the devices in the various embodiments described. In some embodiments, system 300 may include one or more computer-readable media (e.g., system memory or NVM/storage 320) having instructions and one or more processors (e.g., processor(s) 305) coupled with the one or more computer-readable media and configured to execute the instructions to implement modules to perform the actions described herein.
For one embodiment, system control module 310 may include any suitable interface controllers to provide any suitable interface to at least one of processor(s) 305 and/or any suitable device or component in communication with system control module 310.
The system control module 310 may include a memory controller module 330 to provide an interface to the system memory 315. Memory controller module 330 may be a hardware module, a software module, and/or a firmware module.
System memory 315 may be used, for example, to load and store data and/or instructions for system 300. For one embodiment, system memory 315 may include any suitable volatile memory, such as suitable DRAM. For one embodiment, system control module 310 may include one or more input/output (I/O) controllers to provide an interface to NVM/storage 320 and communication interface(s) 325.
For example, NVM/storage 320 may be used to store data and/or instructions. NVM/storage 320 may include any suitable non-volatile memory (e.g., flash memory) and/or may include any suitable non-volatile storage device(s) (e.g., one or more hard disk drive(s) (HDD (s)), one or more Compact Disc (CD) drive(s), and/or one or more Digital Versatile Disc (DVD) drive (s)).
NVM/storage 320 may include storage resources that are physically part of the device on which system 300 is installed or may be accessed by the device and not necessarily part of the device. For example, NVM/storage 320 may be accessible over a network via communication interface(s) 325.
Communication interface(s) 325 may provide an interface for system 300 to communicate over one or more networks and/or with any other suitable device. System 300 may wirelessly communicate with one or more components of a wireless network according to any of one or more wireless network standards and/or protocols.
For one embodiment, at least one of the processor(s) 305 may be packaged together with logic for one or more controller(s) (e.g., memory controller module 330) of the system control module 310. In one embodiment, the software programs of the present application may be executed by a processor to implement the steps or functions described above. Likewise, the software programs (including associated data structures) of the present application may be stored in a computer readable recording medium, such as RAM memory, magnetic or optical drive or diskette and the like. Additionally, some of the steps or functions of the present application may be implemented in hardware, for example, as circuitry that cooperates with the processor to perform various steps or functions.
In addition, some of the present application may be implemented as a computer program product, such as computer program instructions, which when executed by a computer, may invoke or provide methods and/or techniques in accordance with the present application through the operation of the computer. Communication media includes media by which communication signals, including, for example, computer readable instructions, data structures, program modules, or other data, are transmitted from one system to another. Communication media may include conductive transmission media such as cables and wires (e.g., fiber optics, coaxial, etc.) and wireless (non-conductive transmission) media capable of propagating energy waves such as acoustic, electromagnetic, RF, microwave, and infrared. Computer readable instructions, data structures, program modules or other data may be embodied in a modulated data signal, such as a carrier wave or similar mechanism that is embodied in a wireless medium, such as part of spread-spectrum techniques, for example. The term "modulated data signal" means a signal that has one or more of its characteristics set or changed in such a manner as to encode information in the signal. The modulation may be analog, digital or hybrid modulation techniques.
By way of example, and not limitation, computer-readable storage media may include volatile and nonvolatile, removable and non-removable media implemented in any method or technology for storage of information such as computer-readable instructions, data structures, program modules or other data. For example, computer-readable storage media include, but are not limited to, volatile memory such as random access memory (RAM, DRAM, SRAM); and non-volatile memory such as flash memory, various read-only memories (ROM, PROM, EPROM, EEPROM), magnetic and ferromagnetic/ferroelectric memories (MRAM, FeRAM); and magnetic and optical storage devices (hard disk, tape, CD, DVD); or other now known media or later developed that can store computer-readable information/data for use by a computer system.
An embodiment according to the present application comprises an apparatus comprising a memory for storing computer program instructions and a processor for executing the program instructions, wherein the computer program instructions, when executed by the processor, trigger the apparatus to perform a method and/or a solution according to the aforementioned embodiments of the present application.

Claims (21)

1. A method for private audio and video call is applied to a first user equipment terminal, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
in the process of multi-person audio and video communication, responding to a private communication triggering operation executed by a first user aiming at a target second user in a plurality of second users participating in the multi-person audio and video communication, generating private communication request information and sending the private communication request information to the target second user;
receiving private call receiving information which is sent by the target second user and corresponds to the private call request information, acquiring first audio and video input information of the first user, and sending the first audio and video input information to the target second user only;
wherein the method further comprises:
generating private call indication information of the first user and the target second user, and sending the private call indication information to other second users except the target second user in the plurality of second users so as to keep presenting a target video frame of the first user on a multi-user audio and video call interface of the other second users, wherein the other second users take a last frame video frame sent by the first user and received before receiving a new video frame sent by the first user in the multi-user audio and video call process as a target video frame of the first user, or the target video frame of the first user is contained in the private call indication information and sent to the other second users by the first user.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
and receiving second audio and video input information sent by the target second user.
3. A method as claimed in claim 2, wherein the target second user is one and the second audiovisual input information is sent by the target second user only to the first user.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein if there are a plurality of said target second users;
the receiving of the second audio/video input information sent by the target second user includes:
and receiving second audio and video input information sent by a target second user, wherein the second audio and video input information is only sent to the first user and other target second users by the target second user.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
and displaying the identification information or the video picture of the target second user on a multi-user audio and video call interface in a specific display mode, wherein the specific display mode is different from the display modes corresponding to other second users in the plurality of second users.
6. The method of claim 2, wherein the method further comprises:
and presenting the second audio and video input information through a first presentation mode.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the method further comprises:
and receiving second audio and video input information and third audio and video input information subsequently sent by other second users except the target second user in the plurality of second users at the same time, and presenting the third audio and video input information in a second presentation mode, wherein the second presentation mode is different from the first presentation mode.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the second presentation comprises at least one of:
performing mute processing on the third audio-video input information;
reducing the audio volume of the third audiovisual input information;
reducing a video frame of the third audio-video input information;
hiding the video picture of the third audiovisual input information.
9. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
acquiring a target video frame of the first user;
wherein the generating of the private call indication information of the first user and the target second user comprises:
and generating private call indication information of the first user and the target second user, wherein the private call indication information comprises the target video frame.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein said obtaining a target video frame of the first user comprises:
and acquiring a current video frame corresponding to first audio and video input information of the first user when the private call acceptance information is received, and taking the current video frame as a target video frame of the first user.
11. The method of claim 9, wherein said obtaining a target video frame of the first user comprises:
and acquiring image information shot by the first user in advance before the private call triggering operation, and taking the image information as a target video frame of the first user.
12. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
and responding to the private call pause operation executed by the first user, and sending the first audio and video input information to the plurality of second users.
13. The method of claim 12, wherein the method further comprises:
and presenting private call pause identification information corresponding to the private call pause operation on a multi-user audio and video call interface.
14. The method of claim 12, wherein the method further comprises:
and responding to the private call recovery operation executed by the first user, and sending the first audio and video input information to the target second user only.
15. A method for private audio and video call is applied to a second user equipment terminal, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
receiving private call request information sent by a first user in a multi-user audio and video call process, wherein the private call request information is generated in response to a private call triggering operation executed by the first user for at least one target second user in a plurality of second users participating in the multi-user audio and video call;
according to the confirmation operation of one target second user of the at least one target second user on the private call request information, if the one target second user confirms to receive the private call request information, generating private call receiving information corresponding to the private call request information and sending the private call receiving information to the first user;
acquiring first audio and video input information sent by the first user, wherein the first audio and video input information is only sent to at least one target second user by the first user, and first user equipment generates private call indication information of the first user and the target second user and sends the private call indication information to other second users except the target second user in the plurality of second users so as to keep presenting a target video frame of the first user on a multi-user audio and video call interface of the other second users, wherein the other second users use a last frame video frame sent by the first user and received before receiving a new video frame sent by the first user in the multi-user audio and video call process as a target video frame of the first user, or the target video frame of the first user is contained in the private call indication information and is sent by the first user And the user sends the user to the other second users.
16. The method of claim 15, wherein the method further comprises:
and acquiring second audio and video input information of the target second user, and sending the second audio and video input information to the first user.
17. A method as claimed in claim 16, wherein the second audiovisual input information is only sent to the first user if there is one of the at least one target second users.

a processor; and
a memory arranged to store computer executable instructions that, when executed, cause the processor to perform the method of any of claims 1 to 18.
20. A computer-readable medium storing instructions that, when executed by a computer, cause the computer to perform operations of any of the methods of claims 1-18.
21. A computer program product comprising a computer program, characterized in that the computer program realizes the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 18 when executed by a processor.
