Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more clearly understood, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application are further described in detail by the following embodiments in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
It should be noted that the execution subject of the method embodiments described below may be a control device of the main neutral grounding switch, and the device may be implemented by software, hardware, or a combination of software and hardware to become part or all of the control equipment of the main neutral grounding switch. The following method embodiment is described by taking a control device (hereinafter referred to as a control device) as an example, wherein the execution main body is a main neutral grounding switch.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a method for controlling a main neutral grounding switch according to an embodiment of the present application. The embodiment relates to a specific process of how a control device automatically controls a main transformer neutral grounding switch in a transformer substation. As shown in fig. 1, the method may include:
s101, when an instruction for executing a power failure operation on a first main transformer in a transformer substation is received, before the power failure operation is executed on the first main transformer, setting demand information of the transformer substation on a main transformer neutral point is acquired, and a current state of a neutral point grounding switch of each second main transformer in the transformer substation after the power failure operation is supposed to be executed on the first main transformer is acquired.
The second main transformer is a main transformer in an operating state, and different transformer substations have different requirements on the operation modes of main transformer neutral points, for example, part of the transformer substations need the neutral points of all the main transformers to be grounded, part of the transformer substations need only the neutral point of one main transformer to be grounded, and part of the transformer substations need all the neutral points of all the main transformers to be ungrounded. Based on this, the setting demand information of each substation can be set in advance according to the requirement, and the setting demand information of the substation is configured in the control device in advance. Therefore, when an instruction for executing power failure operation on the first main transformer in the transformer substation is received, the control equipment can read the setting requirement information of the transformer substation, so that the main transformer neutral grounding switch in the transformer substation is controlled based on the setting requirement information, and the setting requirement of the transformer substation is met.
In practical application, when power failure operation needs to be performed on a first main transformer in a transformer substation, a user can input a power failure operation instruction into control equipment through a human-computer interaction interface of the control equipment. When power transmission operation needs to be performed on the first main transformer in the transformer substation, a user can input a power transmission operation instruction into the control equipment through a human-computer interaction interface of the control equipment.
When an instruction for executing a power outage operation on a first main transformer in a transformer substation is received, while setting demand information of the transformer substation on a main transformer neutral point is obtained, the control device needs to obtain a current state of a neutral point grounding switch of each second main transformer in an operating state in the transformer substation after the power outage operation is supposed to be executed on the first main transformer. The current state of the neutral grounding switch can be input or output.
S102, when a neutral point detection instruction is received, setting demand information of the transformer substation for the neutral points of the main transformers is obtained, and the current state of the neutral point grounding knife of each second main transformer in the transformer substation is obtained.
The neutral point detection instruction is triggered after a first main transformer in the transformer substation performs power transmission operation or after the transformer substation trips due to faults. In practical application, after the first main transformer is subjected to power transmission operation or fault tripping of the transformer substation, the operation mode of the main transformer neutral point of the transformer substation needs to be detected again to judge whether the operation mode meets the setting requirement of the transformer substation on the main transformer neutral point. For this reason, the control device also needs to acquire setting demand information of the substation on the neutral points of the main transformers, and acquire the current state of the neutral point grounding switch of each second main transformer in the substation after the power transmission operation is performed on the first main transformer or the substation is tripped due to a fault.
S103, controlling the neutral point grounding knife of the corresponding second main transformer according to the setting requirement information and the current state of the neutral point grounding knife of each second main transformer.
After the setting demand information of the transformer substation for the neutral point of the main transformer and the current state of the neutral point grounding knife of each second main transformer in the running state in the transformer substation are obtained, the control equipment can judge whether the current state of the neutral point grounding knife of each second main transformer meets the setting demand information of the transformer substation or not based on the current state of the neutral point grounding knife of each second main transformer. If not, the corresponding neutral point grounding knife of the second main transformer can be controlled according to the setting requirement information of the transformer substation, so that the setting requirement of the transformer substation is met. If so, no action may be performed.
For example, it is assumed that the setting requirement information of the substation is that only the neutral point of one main transformer is grounded, and the neutral point detection instruction is used to instruct the first main transformer to perform the power outage operation, so that before the control device performs the power outage operation on the first main transformer, the control device obtains the current state of the neutral point grounding switch of each second main transformer in the operating state in the substation after the power outage operation is assumed to be performed on the first main transformer. If the current states of the neutral point grounding switch of each second main transformer are quit, the control equipment can control the neutral point grounding switch of one second main transformer to be put into operation so as to meet the setting requirement of the transformer substation because the transformer substation needs to have neutral point grounding of one main transformer. After the neutral point grounding knife of the main transformer is put into operation, the control equipment performs power failure operation on the first main transformer.
Of course, when the command acquired by the control device is a main transformer switch operation command, that is, when power cut and transmission operation needs to be performed on the first main transformer, the control device needs to determine the current state of the neutral point grounding switch of the first main transformer. When the current state of the neutral point grounding switch is in a split state, the control equipment also needs to control the input of the neutral point grounding switch of the first main transformer. And after the neutral point grounding knife of the first main transformer is put into operation, performing power outage operation on the first main transformer.
In practical application, the configuration of the transformer substation may be a single bus single main transformer, and for this situation, after receiving a main transformer switch operation instruction, the control device also needs to determine the current state of the neutral point grounding switch of the main transformer. When the current state of the neutral grounding switch is in a split position, the control equipment needs to control the neutral grounding switch of the main transformer to be put into operation. After the neutral point grounding switch of the main transformer is put into operation, the switching operation is executed.
According to the control method of the main transformer neutral point grounding knife, when an instruction for executing power failure operation on a first main transformer in a transformer substation is received, before the power failure operation is executed on the first main transformer, setting demand information of the transformer substation on the main transformer neutral point is acquired, the current state of the neutral point grounding knife of each second main transformer in the transformer substation is acquired after the power failure operation is assumed to be executed on the first main transformer, and the neutral point grounding knife of the corresponding second main transformer is controlled according to the setting demand information and the current state of the neutral point grounding knife of each second main transformer. Or when a neutral point detection instruction is received, acquiring setting demand information of the transformer substation on a neutral point of a main transformer, acquiring the current state of a neutral point grounding knife of each second main transformer in the transformer substation, and controlling the corresponding neutral point grounding knife of the second main transformer according to the setting demand information and the current state of the neutral point grounding knife of each second main transformer. That is to say, no matter the main transformer in the transformer substation is normally operated or the transformer substation is tripped due to faults, corresponding grounding cutters of the main transformer neutral points can be adaptively switched in or switched out according to the setting requirements of the transformer substation on the main transformer neutral points, so that the operation mode of the main transformer neutral points meets the setting requirements of the transformer substation, and the problem that the neutral points are missed to be switched in or switched out mistakenly due to a manual control mode can be effectively solved.
In one embodiment, the setting requirement information may include a first number of main transformers of the substation requiring neutral grounding and a priority of each main transformer in the substation. Based on the setting requirement information, on the basis of the foregoing embodiment, optionally, as shown in fig. 2, the foregoing S103 may include:
s201, determining a second number of the main transformers with the current neutral points grounded in the transformer substation according to the current state of the neutral point grounding switch of each second main transformer.
The current state of the neutral point grounding switch of each second main transformer of the transformer substation can be input or quit, so that the control equipment can count the number of the neutral point grounding switches in the input state, and the second number of the main transformers with the current neutral points grounded in the transformer substation is obtained.
S202, when the second number is not equal to the first number, controlling the neutral point grounding switch of the corresponding second main transformer according to the priority of each second main transformer.
Specifically, the control device compares the obtained second number with a first number of main transformers of the substation requiring neutral point grounding, and does not perform any operation when the second number is equal to the first number. Optionally, when the second number is greater than the first number, the control device controls the neutral point grounding switch of the target second main transformer with the lowest priority among the second main transformers with the neutral point grounding to exit according to the priority of each second main transformer with the neutral point grounding. Wherein the target number of second main transformers is the difference between the second number and the first number.
When the second number is smaller than the first number, the control device controls the neutral point grounding switch of a target second main transformer with the highest priority in the second main transformers with ungrounded neutral points according to the priority of each second main transformer with ungrounded neutral points. Wherein the target number of the second main transformers is a difference between the first number and the second number.
Taking the setting requirement information of the transformer substation as the neutral point grounding of only one main transformer as an example, and meanwhile, assuming that 4 main transformers are configured in the transformer substation, the priorities of the 4 main transformers are as follows: main transformer 1 > main transformer 2 > main transformer 3 > main transformer 4. In this way, in a scenario where a power outage operation needs to be performed on the main transformer 1, it is assumed that the main transformer 1 is not the main transformer in an operating state after the power outage operation is performed on the main transformer 1. In this way, after the control device receives the main transformer switch operation instruction, the control device determines the second number of the main transformers with the current neutral points grounded in the transformer substation after the power failure operation is performed on the main transformer 1 according to the current states of the neutral point grounding switches of the main transformers 2, 3 and 4. Since the current states of the neutral point grounding switch of the main transformers 2, 3 and 4 are all quit, the second number obtained by the control equipment is 0, and the setting requirement information of the transformer substation is not met. Therefore, the control device controls the input of the neutral point grounding switch of the main transformer 2 with higher priority according to the priority of the main transformers 2, 3 and 4. Meanwhile, in order to prevent the main transformer from being damaged by the overvoltage generated by the power outage operation, the control device needs to determine the current state of the neutral point grounding switch of the main transformer 1. When the current state of the neutral point grounding switch is in the off-position state, the control equipment needs to control the input of the neutral point grounding switch of the main transformer 1. After the neutral point grounding switch of the main transformer 1 and the main transformer 2 is both put into operation, a power outage operation is performed on the main transformer 1.
Next, when a power transmitting operation is performed on the main transformer 1, the main transformer 1 becomes a main transformer in an operating state. In this way, the control apparatus determines the second number of main transformers of which neutral points are currently grounded in the substation after the power transmission operation is performed on main transformer 1, based on the current states of the neutral point grounding switches of main transformers 1, 2, 3, and 4, respectively. Because the current states of the neutral point grounding switch of the main transformers 1 and 2 are both input, and the current states of the neutral point grounding switch of the main transformers 3 and 4 are both exit, the second number obtained by the control equipment is 2, and the setting requirement information of the transformer substation is not met. Therefore, the control equipment controls the neutral point grounding switch of the main transformer 2 with lower priority to exit according to the priority of the main transformer 1 and the main transformer 2, so that the operation mode of the neutral point of the main transformer meets the setting requirement of the transformer substation.
In this embodiment, the control device may control the neutral point grounding switch of the corresponding second main transformer based on the number of main transformers in the substation requiring neutral point grounding and the priority of each main transformer in the substation, so that the operation mode of the neutral point of the main transformer meets the setting requirement of the substation, and meanwhile, the accuracy of controlling the operation mode of the neutral point of the main transformer is also improved.
In practical applications, when the main transformer in the substation is a multi-winding main transformer, on the basis of the foregoing embodiment, optionally, the step S202 may be: and controlling the high-voltage side and/or the medium-voltage side neutral point grounding switch of the corresponding second main transformer according to the priority of each second main transformer.
The multi-winding main transformer comprises a high-voltage side, a medium-voltage side and a low-voltage side. In this regard, when it is assumed that after the power outage operation is performed on the high-voltage side and/or the medium-voltage side of the first main transformer, or after the power transmission operation is performed on the high-voltage side and/or the medium-voltage side of the first main transformer, and the second number is not equal to the first number, the control device needs to control the high-voltage side and/or the medium-voltage side neutral point grounding switch of the corresponding second main transformer according to the priority of each second main transformer.
It will be appreciated that when it is desired to perform a blackout operation solely on the high and/or medium voltage side of the first main transformer, this first main transformer is also considered to be a non-functioning main transformer, i.e. not said second transformer. Meanwhile, before the high-voltage side and/or the medium-voltage side of the first main transformer are/is subjected to power outage operation, the neutral point grounding switch on the high-voltage side and/or the medium-voltage side of the first main transformer is controlled to be switched on or continuously kept in a switching-on state, and the neutral point on the non-power outage side is switched off or kept to be switched off. When the high-voltage side and/or the medium-voltage side of the first main transformer are/is completely recovered to operate, the first main transformer is regarded as a main transformer which normally operates, namely the second transformer.
Illustratively, continuing with the example in S202 described above as an example, assuming that a blackout operation needs to be performed on the high-voltage side of the main transformer 1, the control apparatus determines that the second number is smaller than the first number before the blackout operation is performed on the high-voltage side of the main transformer 1. Therefore, the control device controls the high-voltage side neutral point grounding switch of the main transformer 2 with higher priority according to the priority of the main transformers 2, 3 and 4. Meanwhile, before the power outage operation is performed on the high-voltage side of the main transformer 1, the current state of the high-voltage side neutral grounding switch of the main transformer 1 needs to be judged. When the current state of the high-voltage side neutral point grounding switch is in the off-position state, the control equipment also needs to control the input of the high-voltage side neutral point grounding switch of the main transformer 1. After the high-side neutral point grounding switches of the main transformers 1 and 2 are both put into operation, a power outage operation is performed on the high-side of the main transformer 1.
Next, when a power transmitting operation is performed on the high-voltage side of the main transformer 1, the main transformer 1 becomes the main transformer in the operating state. At which time the control device determines that the second number is greater than the first number. For this reason, after the power transmitting operation is performed on the high-voltage side of the main transformer 1, the control apparatus controls the high-voltage side neutral point grounding switch of the main transformer 2 having a lower priority to exit according to the priorities of the main transformer 1 and the main transformer 2. Namely, after the high-voltage side of the main transformer 1 executes the power transmission operation, the high-voltage side neutral point grounding knife of the main transformer 2 is withdrawn, so that the operation mode of the main transformer neutral point meets the setting requirement of the transformer substation.
Of course, for the scenario of the high-voltage side fault trip of the main transformer 1, the main transformer neutral point operation mode may be detected and controlled by referring to the scenario of performing the power outage operation on the main transformer 1; for the scenario of high-side fault recovery of the main transformer 1, the main transformer neutral point operation mode may be detected and controlled by referring to the scenario of performing power transmission operation on the main transformer 1. Similarly, for the medium-voltage side power cut and transmission operation and the fault trip scenario of the main transformer, reference may be made to the specific control process of the high-voltage side power cut and transmission operation and the fault trip of the main transformer, and this embodiment is not described herein again.
In this embodiment, the control device may control the high-side and/or medium-side neutral point grounding switch of the corresponding second main transformer based on the number of main transformers of the substation requiring neutral point grounding and the priority of each main transformer in the substation, so that the operation mode of the high-side and/or medium-side main transformer neutral points meets the setting requirement of the substation, and the accuracy of controlling the operation mode of the high-side and/or medium-side neutral points is also improved.
Optionally, each main transformer of the transformer substation is connected to the same bus; or, each main transformer of the transformer substation is connected to different buses and the buses operate in parallel.
When the transformer substation is configured as a single-bus multi-main transformer and any main transformer needs to be subjected to power outage and transmission operation or after fault tripping, the process control main transformer neutral point operation mode of the embodiment can be referred to. When the configuration of the transformer substation is that multiple buses and multiple main transformers are arranged, and the buses run in parallel, when target operation needs to be performed on any main transformer, reference may also be made to the process control main transformer neutral point operation manner in the above embodiment, which is not described herein again.
When each main transformer of the substation is connected to a different bus and each bus operates in a split manner, on the basis of the above embodiment, optionally, the process of S101 may be: and acquiring first setting demand information of the first bus to the neutral point of the main transformer and second setting demand information of the second bus to the neutral point of the main transformer. Accordingly, the process of S103 may be:
and S1031, controlling the neutral point grounding knife of the corresponding second main transformer in the first bus according to the first setting requirement information and the current state of the neutral point grounding knife of each second main transformer in the first bus.
S1032, controlling the neutral point grounding knife of the corresponding second main transformer in the second bus according to the second setting requirement information and the current state of the neutral point grounding knife of each second main transformer in the second bus.
It should be noted that, for each section of bus operated in a split-row manner, the setting requirement information, that is, the number of main transformers requiring neutral point grounding and the priority of each main transformer, may be configured in advance by referring to the logic of the single bus. And the operation mode of the neutral point of the main transformer is controlled by referring to the logic of the single-bus multi-main transformer. In addition, for the specific description of S1031 and S1032, reference may be made to the specific processes of S201 to S202, which is not described herein again.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to various scenes, and comprises a single-bus single main transformer, a single-bus multi-main transformer, a multi-bus multi-main transformer, each bus in split operation, a multi-bus multi-main transformer and each bus in parallel operation, namely the technical scheme has wide application range and universality.
Next, in order to facilitate understanding of those skilled in the art, the following describes a control process of the main neutral grounding switch provided in the embodiment of the present application, specifically:
for a single-bus single-main-transformer scenario (the main transformer is short for the main transformer), after receiving an instruction for executing a power outage operation or a power transmission operation on the main transformer, the control device determines a current state of a neutral point grounding switch of the main transformer. When the current state of the main transformer neutral point grounding knife is in a separated position, the control equipment controls the neutral point grounding knife of the main transformer to be put into operation. After the neutral point grounding switch of the main transformer is put into operation, the switching operation is executed. After the main transformer operates, if the neutral point operation mode is ungrounded, the control equipment can control the neutral point grounding switch to exit.
For a single-bus multi-main-transformer scene, after an instruction for executing power failure operation on a first main transformer in a transformer substation is received, the control equipment acquires setting demand information of the transformer substation on a main transformer neutral point, acquires the current state of a neutral point grounding knife of each second main transformer in an operating state in the transformer substation after the power failure operation on the first main transformer is supposed, and determines the second number of the main transformers with the current neutral points grounded in the transformer substation according to the current state of the neutral point grounding knives of each second main transformer. And comparing the second number with the first number of the main transformers of the transformer substation requiring neutral point grounding, and when the second number is larger than the first number, controlling the neutral point grounding switch of the target second main transformer with the lowest priority in the second main transformers of the neutral point grounding to exit according to the priority of each second main transformer of the neutral point grounding by the control equipment. Wherein the target number of the second main transformers is a difference between the second number and the first number.
When the second number is smaller than the first number, the control device controls the neutral point grounding switch of a target second main transformer with the highest priority in the second main transformers with ungrounded neutral points according to the priority of each second main transformer with ungrounded neutral points. Wherein the target number of second main transformers is the difference between the first number and the second number.
For the condition that the first main transformer performs power transmission operation or the transformer substation performs fault tripping, after the first main transformer performs power transmission operation or the transformer substation performs fault tripping, the transformer substation triggers a neutral point detection instruction, when the control equipment receives the neutral point detection instruction, the control equipment acquires setting demand information of the transformer substation on the neutral points of the main transformers, acquires the current state of the neutral point grounding knife of each second main transformer in the transformer substation, and determines the second number of the main transformers with the current neutral points grounded in the transformer substation according to the current state of the neutral point grounding knife of each second main transformer. Wherein the target number of second main transformers is the difference between the second number and the first number.
When the second number is smaller than the first number, the control equipment controls the neutral point grounding switch of a target second main transformer with the highest priority in the second main transformers with ungrounded neutral points according to the priority of each second main transformer with ungrounded neutral points. Wherein the target number of the second main transformers is a difference between the first number and the second number.
For a scene with multiple buses and multiple main transformers, different control processes can be adopted based on the operation modes of the buses in the scene. For the condition that all buses run in parallel, the buses running in parallel can be regarded as a section of bus, and the control logic of a single bus and multiple main transformers is referred to control the main transformer neutral point running mode in the transformer substation. For the condition that each bus runs in a split mode, the main transformer neutral point operation mode in the transformer substation can be controlled by referring to the control logic of a single-bus multi-main transformer for each section of the buses in the multi-bus.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a control device of a main transformer neutral grounding switch provided in an embodiment of the present application. the second obtaining module 302 is configured to obtain setting demand information of the transformer substation for a neutral point of a main transformer and obtain a current state of a neutral point grounding switch of each second main transformer in the transformer substation when a neutral point detection instruction is received, where the neutral point detection instruction is triggered after a power transmission operation is performed on a first main transformer in the transformer substation or after a fault trip occurs in the transformer substation;
the first control module 303 is configured to control a neutral point grounding switch of a corresponding second main transformer according to the setting requirement information and the current state of the neutral point grounding switch of each second main transformer;
