The following further describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 9, a specific embodiment 1 of a backplane connector assembly according to the present invention includes a backplane connector 5 and a sealing assembly for sealing the backplane connector after the backplane connector is connected to a backplane and a daughter board 2, where the sealing assembly includes a rectangular housing 1, a front opening 16 is provided at a front end of the housing 1 for the backplane connector to be inserted into, a lower opening 17 is provided at a bottom of the housing 1 for a lower end of the backplane connector 5 inserted into the housing to extend out and connect to the daughter board 2, the sealing assembly further includes a position-limiting plate 6 inserted between a top of the backplane connector and the housing after the backplane connector is inserted into the housing 1 to prevent the backplane connector from moving up and down in the housing, and a groove 61 extending along a length direction of the position-limiting plate is provided on the position-limiting plate 6 to improve strength of the.
The front end face of the housing 1 is provided with a convex ring 11 extending in the front-back direction for being inserted into and fitted with the mounting hole on the back plate, in this embodiment, the inner hole of the convex ring 11 is the front opening 16, and in other embodiments, the front opening may be smaller than the inner hole of the convex ring. A flange 12 extending downwards is arranged below the front end of the shell, and the flange 12 and the front end surface of the shell jointly form a front end matching surface for connecting the shell and the back plate. The shell 1 is fixedly connected with the back plate through a back plate threaded hole 13 arranged on the front end matching surface and a back plate connecting screw matched with the back plate threaded hole. A back plate sealing ring mounting groove 14 is further arranged on the front end matching surface outside the back plate threaded hole 13, and a back plate sealing ring 15 used for realizing sealing matching between the shell and the back plate and preventing liquid from entering the shell from the matching surface of the shell and the back plate is embedded in the back plate sealing ring mounting groove 14.
The bottom surface of the housing 1 is provided with a plurality of daughter board threaded holes 110 at intervals around the lower opening 17, and the housing 1 is fixedly connected with the daughter board 2 through the daughter board threaded holes and the daughter board connection screws 4 matched with the daughter board threaded holes. A sub-plate sealing ring mounting groove 18 is further formed in the bottom surface of the housing 1 on the inner side of the sub-plate threaded hole 110, and a sub-plate sealing ring 19 for preventing liquid from entering the housing from the matching surface of the housing and the sub-plate is embedded in the sub-plate sealing ring mounting groove 18 and used for realizing sealing matching between the housing and the sub-plate.
The inner bottom surface of the shell 1 is provided with a positioning boss 71 extending along the left-right direction, and the backboard connector is provided with a positioning groove 72 corresponding to the positioning boss. In addition, the front side of daughter board sealing ring mounting groove 18 sets up in the below of location boss 71 for location boss 71 can also provide certain installation space for daughter board sealing ring mounting groove when realizing the location anticreep function to the back panel connector, makes casing 1 set up daughter board sealing ring mounting groove smoothly under the condition that need not to increase the bottom surface wall thickness.
The sealing assembly further comprises a sealing cover 3 used for sealing the lower surface of the sub-board 2 to prevent liquid from contacting with pins on the back surface of the sub-board, and a through hole 33 which corresponds to the sub-board threaded hole 110 and is used for the sub-board connecting screw 4 to penetrate through so as to enable the sealing cover to be pressed on the sub-board by the sub-board connecting screw is arranged on the surface of the sealing cover 3 matched with the sub-board. A sealing cover sealing ring installation groove 31 is further arranged on the inner side of the through hole 33 on the matching surface of the sealing cover 3 and the sub plate 2, and a sealing cover sealing ring 32 used for realizing sealing matching between the sealing cover and the sub plate is embedded in the sealing cover sealing ring installation groove 31.
In the practical use process of the backplane connector assembly, firstly, the backplane connector 5 is inserted into the shell from the front opening 16 of the shell 1, positioning is carried out through the positioning boss 71 arranged in the shell and the positioning groove 72 arranged on the backplane connector, at the moment, the bottom plugging end of the backplane connector extends out of the lower opening 17 of the shell, after the positioning is finished, the limiting plate 6 is inserted, the position of the backplane connector 5 is fixed, then, the lower end of the backplane connector is connected with the daughter board 2, then, the shell is connected with the daughter board and the backplane, and the shell is matched with the daughter board and the backplane to enclose the backplane connector in a closed space, so that the sealing of the backplane connector 5 is realized.
In the structure, the sealing cover 3 used for sealing the lower surface of the daughter board is arranged, and for the printed boards connected with the backplane connector by adopting connection modes such as a fisheye crimping mode and a welding mode, the sealing cover can protect fisheye crimping holes of the printed boards or holes generated by welding, so that liquid is prevented from leaking from the fisheye holes or the welding holes and entering the connector to influence the performance of the connector.
The sealing cover sealing ring 32 is positioned at the inner side of the through hole 33, so that liquid in the cabinet can be prevented from entering the sealing cover 3 along the through hole; the daughter board sealing ring 19 is positioned inside the daughter board threaded hole 110, so as to prevent liquid in the cabinet from entering the interior of the shell along the daughter board connecting screw; the back plate screw hole 13 is arranged on the inner side of the back plate sealing ring 15, and is used for preventing liquid in the cabinet from leaking out of the cabinet along the back plate connecting screw.
The backplane connector may comprise a single type or multiple types, such as data transmission, fiber optic transmission, electrical current transmission, and the like.
According to the backplane connector assembly, the sealing assembly comprising the shell is arranged outside the backplane connector, the sealing structures used for being in sealing fit with the daughter board and the backplane are arranged on the fitting surfaces of the shell and the daughter board and the backplane, and in the actual use process, after the backplane connector is connected with the daughter board and the backplane, the shell, the daughter board and the backplane are matched to surround the backplane connector in a closed space, the backplane connector is sealed, liquid is prevented from entering the backplane connector and affecting the performance of the backplane connector, the service life of the backplane connector is prolonged, the structure of the whole sealing assembly is simple, the cost is low, and large-area popularization and use are facilitated.
Embodiment 2 of a backplane connector assembly of the present invention differs from embodiment 1 in that: the backplane connector is fixedly connected with the shell.
Embodiment 3 of a backplane connector assembly of the present invention differs from embodiment 1 in that: the backplane connector assembly does not prevent the backplane connector from moving up and down in the shell through the limiting plate, but an elastic assembly can be arranged above the backplane connector, is compressed when the backplane connector is plugged into the shell, enables the backplane connector to be smoothly plugged into the shell, and bounces after the backplane connector is plugged into the shell, and enables the backplane connector to be relatively fixed in the shell through elastic force. For example, a pressing plate is arranged above the backplane connector, the front end of the pressing plate is hinged with the backplane connector, the rear end of the pressing plate is tilted, and a torsion spring is arranged between the pressing plate and the backplane connector. In the practical use process, when the backplane connector is inserted, the pressing plate is pressed towards the backplane connector, the backplane connector is smoothly inserted into the shell, and then the pressing plate bounces under the elastic force of the torsion spring to provide elastic pressing force for the backplane connector, so that the backplane connector and the shell are kept relatively fixed. Furthermore, the elastic member may be provided on an inner wall surface of the housing.
Embodiment 4 of a backplane connector assembly of the present invention differs from embodiment 1 in that: the shell can be fixed with the back plate and the daughter board through a sucking disc arranged on the matching end surface of the shell; or the shell is provided with connecting lugs, and the daughter board and the back board are respectively fixed with the shell through connecting bolts.
Embodiment 5 of a backplane connector assembly of the present invention differs from embodiment 1 in that: the through hole on the sealing cover does not correspond to the daughter board threaded hole on the shell, and the sealing cover is fixed with the daughter board through an independent connecting screw.
Embodiment 6 of a backplane connector assembly of the present invention differs from embodiment 1 in that: the sealing structure of the sealing ring on the cylindrical shell and the sealing cover can be replaced by a sealing gasket, a sealing glue or other sealing structures which can realize the sealing function.
Embodiment 7 of a backplane connector assembly of the present invention differs from embodiment 1 in that: the positioning boss is not arranged in the shell, the positioning of the backplane connector is directly realized through the stop matching between the front end face of the backplane connector and the inner wall face of the shell, and then the clamping matching of the backplane connector is realized through the limiting plate.
Embodiment 8 of a backplane connector assembly of the present invention differs from embodiment 1 in that: the positioning boss can be arranged inside the shell instead of above the front side edge of the daughter board sealing ring mounting groove, so long as the positioning anti-dropping function of the back board connector can be realized, and at the moment, the setting condition of the daughter board sealing ring mounting groove can be met by increasing the wall thickness of the bottom surface of the shell.
The second backplane connector assembly of the present invention has a structure substantially the same as that of the first backplane connector assembly, but in this embodiment, the daughter board is connected to the backplane connector in a surface-mount connection manner, so the second backplane connector assembly does not include the sealing cover.
The specific structure of the first embodiment of the sealing assembly for a backplane connector of the present invention is the same as that of the sealing assembly in each embodiment of the first backplane connector assembly, and is not described herein again.
The second embodiment of the sealing assembly for backplane connector according to the present invention has substantially the same structure as the sealing assembly in each embodiment of the first embodiment of the backplane connector, but the sealing assembly does not include a sealing cover when the daughter board is connected to the backplane connector in a surface mount type connection manner.

Claims (10)

1. The sealing assembly for the backboard connector is characterized in that: the sealing assembly for the backboard connector comprises a shell, wherein a front opening for inserting a backboard connector is formed in the front end of the shell, a lower opening for extending the lower end of the backboard connector inserted into the shell to be connected with a corresponding daughter board is formed in the bottom of the shell, a backboard sealing structure used for achieving sealing fit with the backboard and preventing liquid from entering the shell from the fitting surface of the shell and the backboard is arranged on the fitting surface of the front end of the shell and the backboard, a daughter board sealing structure used for achieving sealing fit with the daughter board and preventing liquid from entering the shell from the fitting surface of the shell and the daughter board is arranged on the bottom surface of the shell, and the sealing assembly for the backboard connector further comprises a backboard fixing structure and a daughter board fixing structure used; the daughter board sealing structure is a daughter board sealing ring; an auxiliary plate sealing ring mounting groove is formed in the bottom surface of the shell, and an auxiliary plate sealing ring is embedded in the auxiliary plate sealing ring mounting groove; the bottom surface of the inside of the shell is provided with a positioning boss extending along the left-right direction, and the position of the positioning boss is arranged outside the shell and corresponds to the front side edge of the sub-plate sealing ring mounting groove.
2. The seal assembly for a backplane connector of claim 1, wherein: the sealing assembly for the backplane connector further comprises a limiting structure for preventing the backplane connector from moving up and down in the shell after the backplane connector is inserted into the shell.
3. The seal assembly for a backplane connector of claim 2, wherein: the limiting structure is a limiting plate inserted between the top of the backplane connector and the shell after the backplane connector is inserted into the shell.
4. The seal assembly for a backplane connector of claim 1, wherein: the daughter board fixing structure comprises a daughter board threaded hole formed in the bottom surface of the shell and a daughter board connecting screw matched with the daughter board threaded hole to fix the daughter board.
5. The seal assembly for a backplane connector of claim 4, wherein: the daughter board sealing structure is located on the inner side of the daughter board threaded hole.
6. The seal assembly for a backplane connector according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein: the back plate fixing structure comprises a back plate threaded hole formed in the front end face of the shell and a back plate connecting screw matched with the back plate threaded hole to fix the back plate.
7. The seal assembly for a backplane connector of claim 6, wherein: the back plate sealing structure is positioned on the outer side of the back plate threaded hole.

The sealing assembly for the backboard connector is characterized in that: the sealing assembly for the backboard connector comprises a shell, wherein a front opening for inserting a backboard connector is formed in the front end of the shell, a lower opening for extending the lower end of the backboard connector inserted into the shell to be connected with a corresponding daughter board is formed in the bottom of the shell, a backboard sealing structure used for achieving sealing fit with the backboard and preventing liquid from entering the shell from the fitting surface of the shell and the backboard is arranged on the fitting surface of the front end of the shell and the backboard, a daughter board sealing structure used for achieving sealing fit with the daughter board and preventing liquid from entering the shell from the fitting surface of the shell and the daughter board is arranged on the bottom surface of the shell, and the sealing assembly for the backboard connector further comprises a backboard fixing structure and a daughter board fixing structure used; the daughter board sealing structure is a daughter board sealing ring; an auxiliary plate sealing ring mounting groove is formed in the bottom surface of the shell, and an auxiliary plate sealing ring is embedded in the auxiliary plate sealing ring mounting groove; the bottom surface of the inside of the shell is provided with a positioning boss extending along the left-right direction, and the position of the positioning boss is arranged outside the shell and corresponds to the front side edge of the sub-plate sealing ring mounting groove.
