Optionally, as shown in fig. 5, the facial image library management interface 500 further includes a facial deletion control 560, which receives a selection operation on the target facial image in the facial image library management interface, receives a trigger operation on the facial deletion control, and deletes the target facial image from the facial image library according to the trigger operation.

Optionally, when the second account verifies the reference facial image uploaded by the first account, the method includes any one of the following two cases:
firstly, a second account confirms a reference face image uploaded by a first account, and then stores the corresponding relation between the first account and the reference face image into a face image library;

Referring to fig. 7, which is a schematic diagram illustrating a basic facial image confirmation process interface according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 7, a dialog interface 700 includes a first instant messaging message 710 sent from a first account to a second account, when a selection operation on the second instant messaging line message 710 is received, a basic facial image 720 uploaded by the first account is displayed, the basic facial image 720 corresponds to a confirmation control 721 and a return control 722, when a selection operation on the confirmation control 721 is received, a correspondence between the first account and the basic facial image is stored in a facial image library, when a selection operation on the return control 722 is received, an instant messaging message 730 is sent to the first account, and the instant messaging message 730 is used to instruct the first account to upload the basic facial image again.

Optionally, after the second account receives the first instant messaging message sent by the first account, the first instant messaging message can be selected, so that an interface corresponding to the uploading result link is triggered to be displayed, and the facial image to be processed uploaded by the first account is displayed in the interface; or after the second account receives the first instant messaging message sent by the first account, automatically triggering and opening an interface corresponding to the uploading result link, and displaying the facial image to be processed uploaded by the first account in the interface.

Optionally, when a reference face image matched with the face image to be processed exists in the face image library and both the reference face image and the face image to be processed correspond to the first account, displaying the device environment information. Optionally, the device environment information is used to instruct the second account to verify the device environment where the terminal of the current first account is located. Schematically, the description is given by taking the device environment information as the geographical location information, that is, the device environment information is used to indicate the second account to determine the current geographical location of the first account, for example: when the first account is in the business trip state, the inaccuracy of logging in the first account by other people for outdoor attendance card printing is directly carried out on the outdoor attendance card printing, and after face recognition verification is carried out, the geographical position where the first account is located is determined, that is, the member corresponding to the first account can be determined to carry out outdoor attendance card printing on the geographical position, so that the accuracy of outdoor attendance card printing is improved.

To sum up, the service processing method provided in this embodiment of the application sends the second instant messaging message to the first account through the second account, and instructs the first account to upload the reference face image, so as to receive the reference face image uploaded by the first account, and the second account only needs to confirm the reference face image, and can store the corresponding relationship between the first account and the reference face image in the face image library, thereby avoiding the problem of low human-computer interaction efficiency caused by the fact that the reference face image of the member account is sequentially uploaded by the second account, improving the setting efficiency of the reference face image, and avoiding complex operations in the setting process of the face image library.
According to the method provided by the embodiment, when the first account is in the business trip state, the inaccuracy of logging in the first account by other people for outdoor card reading is directly performed, and after face recognition verification is performed, the geographical position where the first account is located is determined, that is, the member corresponding to the first account can be determined to perform outdoor card reading at the geographical position, so that the accuracy of outdoor card reading is improved.
In an optional embodiment, the second account also needs to be checked in by face recognition, and fig. 9 is a flowchart of a business processing method provided in another exemplary embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 9, the method includes:

Optionally, a trigger operation on the focusing control is received, the focusing progress bar is cleared according to the trigger operation, and the adjustment focusing is performed on the face recognition image acquisition area.
And 903, uploading the attendance face image to perform face recognition verification.
Referring to fig. 10, the attendance checking interface 1010 includes a face recognition image acquisition region 1020 and a focusing control 1030, wherein a circle outside the focusing control 1030 corresponds to a focusing progress bar 1031, and when the progress of the focusing progress bar 1031 is completed, an attendance face image is acquired and verification is completed.
Step 904, acquiring the device environment information of the device environment where the terminal is currently located.
Optionally, the device environment information of the device environment in which the terminal is currently located includes at least one of the following information: network environment information, geographical location information, login device type information. The network environment information is used for indicating whether a network connected with the current terminal is a preset wireless network or not; the geographical position information is used for indicating the geographical position environment of the current terminal; the login device type information is used for indicating the device type of the terminal logged in with the second account, wherein the device type comprises at least two of a mobile terminal and a terminal.

Optionally, in the process of checking-in face recognition and verification, referring to fig. 11, the member account 1110 uploads the face image of the attendance to the logic server 1120, the logic server 1120 performs authority verification, the logic server 1120 performs verification of the face storage condition of the member account to the verification server 1130, when the base face image of the member account is verified, the face image of the attendance is sent to the cloud server 1140 for face image verification, and when the verification passes, the verification result is returned to the member account.
To sum up, the service processing method provided in this embodiment of the application sends the second instant messaging message to the first account through the second account, and instructs the first account to upload the reference face image, so as to receive the reference face image uploaded by the first account, and the second account only needs to confirm the reference face image, and can store the corresponding relationship between the first account and the reference face image in the face image library, thereby avoiding the problem of low human-computer interaction efficiency caused by the fact that the reference face image of the member account is sequentially uploaded by the second account, improving the setting efficiency of the reference face image, and avoiding complex operations in the setting process of the face image library.
According to the method provided by the embodiment, attendance card punching is performed through face recognition verification, the situation of replacing card punching in the common attendance card punching process is avoided, and the accuracy and the reliability of attendance card punching are improved.
Optionally, the administrator account may also perform operations such as deleting, adding a face, modifying a face, and the like on the face image library, and first, the operations are described with respect to deleting the face image library, for example, refer to fig. 12, which shows a schematic diagram of a process of deleting the face image library provided in an exemplary embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 12, the administrator account 1210 creates, modifies, or deletes a face card punching rule, the server 1220 records the last deletion time of the face card punching rule, if all rules close face card punching, a task expires, and then checks whether face card punching is currently closed according to all rules, and if the time meets 30 days after the last deletion time, the administrator account deletes the person library from the cloud server 1230.
Next, a description is given for a face adding task, and referring to fig. 13 schematically, a schematic diagram of a face image adding process provided in an exemplary embodiment of the present application is shown, as shown in fig. 13, a member account 1310 uploads a face, a server 1320 searches whether a similar face exists in a cloud server 1330, and feeds back a similar face situation to the member account 1310, when there is no similar face, creates a member account and uploads the face to the cloud server 1330, alternatively, when there is no corresponding person library in the cloud server 1330, first creates a person library and uploads the face, and saves a face configuration in the server 1320.
Referring to fig. 14, a personnel library 1410 includes a group identifier for uniquely identifying the personnel library, a group name, and a member list 1420, where the member list 1420 includes a member identifier, a member name, and a facial image identifier 1430, and the facial image identifier 1430 corresponds to facial image data 1440.
For explaining a face modification task, schematically, please refer to fig. 15, which shows a schematic diagram of a face image modification process provided in an exemplary embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 15, a member account 1510 sends a face modification request to a server 1520, the server 1520 checks face modification authority and configuration, when an existing face image exists, the cloud server 1530 checks the existing face, and when the check passes, newly adds a face, feeds back a face identifier, deletes the face identifier of the existing face, and modifies configuration information in the server 1520.
Fig. 16 is a block diagram of a service processing apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 16, the apparatus includes:
a receiving module 1610, configured to receive a first instant messaging message sent by a first account, where the first instant messaging message includes an upload result link generated after the first account uploads a to-be-processed face image;
an obtaining module 1620, configured to link and obtain the facial image to be processed uploaded by the first account according to the uploading result;

a display module 1810, configured to display a face recording interface, where the face recording interface includes a view finder, and the view finder is used to assist in acquiring a face image to be processed;
an obtaining module 1820, configured to obtain a face image collected in the face recording interface, to obtain the face image to be processed;
the sending module 1830 is configured to send a first instant messaging message to a second account, where the first instant messaging message includes an upload result link generated after the reference face image is uploaded.
To sum up, the service processing apparatus provided in this embodiment of the present application obtains the to-be-processed face corresponding to the first instant messaging message through the first instant messaging message sent by the first account, and completes the service processing of the first account according to the matching result between the to-be-processed face and the face image library, so that the second account can check the face matching process of the first account through the first instant messaging message, thereby improving the reliability and accuracy of the service processing of the first account.
Fig. 19 is a block diagram illustrating a terminal 1900 according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. The terminal 1900 may be: a smart phone, a tablet computer, an MP3 player (Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer III, motion video Experts compression standard Audio Layer 3), an MP4 player (Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer IV, motion video Experts compression standard Audio Layer 4), a notebook computer, or a desktop computer. Terminal 1900 may also be referred to by other names such as user equipment, portable terminal, laptop terminal, desktop terminal, and so on.
Generally, terminal 1900 includes: a processor 1901 and a memory 1902.
The processor 1901 may include one or more processing cores, such as a 4-core processor, an 8-core processor, and so forth. The processor 1901 may be implemented in at least one hardware form of a DSP (Digital Signal Processing), an FPGA (Field-Programmable Gate Array), and a PLA (Programmable Logic Array). The processor 1901 may also include a main processor and a coprocessor, where the main processor is a processor for Processing data in an awake state, and is also called a Central Processing Unit (CPU); a coprocessor is a low power processor for processing data in a standby state. In some embodiments, the processor 1901 may be integrated with a GPU (Graphics Processing Unit), which is responsible for rendering and drawing the content required to be displayed by the display screen. In some embodiments, the processor 1901 may further include an AI (Artificial Intelligence) processor for processing computing operations related to machine learning.
The memory 1902 may include one or more computer-readable storage media, which may be non-transitory. The memory 1902 may also include high-speed random access memory, as well as non-volatile memory, such as one or more magnetic disk storage devices, flash memory storage devices. In some embodiments, a non-transitory computer readable storage medium in memory 1902 is used to store at least one instruction for execution by processor 1901 to implement a business process method provided by method embodiments herein.
In some embodiments, terminal 1900 may further optionally include: a peripheral interface 1903 and at least one peripheral. The processor 1901, memory 1902, and peripheral interface 1903 may be connected by bus or signal lines. Various peripheral devices may be connected to peripheral interface 1903 via a bus, signal line, or circuit board. Specifically, the peripheral device includes: at least one of a radio frequency circuit 1904, a touch screen display 1905, a camera 1906, an audio circuit 1907, a positioning component 1908, and a power supply 1909.
The peripheral interface 1903 may be used to connect at least one peripheral associated with an I/O (Input/Output) to the processor 1901 and the memory 1902. In some embodiments, the processor 1901, memory 1902, and peripherals interface 1903 are integrated on the same chip or circuit board; in some other embodiments, any one or two of the processor 1901, the memory 1902, and the peripheral interface 1903 may be implemented on separate chips or circuit boards, which is not limited in this embodiment.
The Radio Frequency circuit 1904 is used for receiving and transmitting RF (Radio Frequency) signals, also called electromagnetic signals. The radio frequency circuit 1904 communicates with a communication network and other communication devices via electromagnetic signals. The rf circuit 1904 converts an electrical signal into an electromagnetic signal to transmit, or converts a received electromagnetic signal into an electrical signal. Optionally, the radio frequency circuit 1904 includes: an antenna system, an RF transceiver, one or more amplifiers, a tuner, an oscillator, a digital signal processor, a codec chipset, a subscriber identity module card, and so forth. The radio frequency circuit 1904 may communicate with other terminals via at least one wireless communication protocol. The wireless communication protocols include, but are not limited to: the world wide web, metropolitan area networks, intranets, generations of mobile communication networks (2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G), Wireless local area networks, and/or WiFi (Wireless Fidelity) networks. In some embodiments, the radio frequency circuit 1904 may further include NFC (Near Field Communication) related circuits, which are not limited in this application.
The display screen 1905 is used to display a UI (User Interface). The UI may include graphics, text, icons, video, and any combination thereof. When the display screen 1905 is a touch display screen, the display screen 1905 also has the ability to capture touch signals on or above the surface of the display screen 1905. The touch signal may be input to the processor 1901 as a control signal for processing. At this point, the display 1905 may also be used to provide virtual buttons and/or a virtual keyboard, also referred to as soft buttons and/or a soft keyboard. In some embodiments, display 1905 may be one, providing the front panel of terminal 1900; in other embodiments, the displays 1905 can be at least two, each disposed on a different surface of the terminal 1900 or in a folded design; in still other embodiments, display 1905 can be a flexible display disposed on a curved surface or on a folding surface of terminal 1900. Even more, the display 1905 may be arranged in a non-rectangular irregular figure, i.e., a shaped screen. The Display 1905 may be made of LCD (Liquid Crystal Display), OLED (Organic Light-Emitting Diode), or the like.
The camera assembly 1906 is used to capture images or video. Optionally, camera assembly 1906 includes a front camera and a rear camera. Generally, a front camera is disposed at a front panel of the terminal, and a rear camera is disposed at a rear surface of the terminal. In some embodiments, the number of the rear cameras is at least two, and each rear camera is any one of a main camera, a depth-of-field camera, a wide-angle camera and a telephoto camera, so that the main camera and the depth-of-field camera are fused to realize a background blurring function, and the main camera and the wide-angle camera are fused to realize panoramic shooting and VR (Virtual Reality) shooting functions or other fusion shooting functions. In some embodiments, camera head assembly 1906 may also include a flash. The flash lamp can be a monochrome temperature flash lamp or a bicolor temperature flash lamp. The double-color-temperature flash lamp is a combination of a warm-light flash lamp and a cold-light flash lamp, and can be used for light compensation at different color temperatures.
The audio circuitry 1907 may include a microphone and a speaker. The microphone is used for collecting sound waves of a user and the environment, converting the sound waves into electric signals, and inputting the electric signals into the processor 1901 for processing, or inputting the electric signals into the radio frequency circuit 1904 for realizing voice communication. The microphones may be provided in a plurality, respectively, at different locations of the terminal 1900 for stereo sound capture or noise reduction purposes. The microphone may also be an array microphone or an omni-directional pick-up microphone. The speaker is used to convert electrical signals from the processor 1901 or the radio frequency circuitry 1904 into sound waves. The loudspeaker can be a traditional film loudspeaker or a piezoelectric ceramic loudspeaker. When the speaker is a piezoelectric ceramic speaker, the speaker can be used for purposes such as converting an electric signal into a sound wave audible to a human being, or converting an electric signal into a sound wave inaudible to a human being to measure a distance. In some embodiments, the audio circuitry 1907 may also include a headphone jack.
The positioning component 1908 is configured to locate a current geographic Location of the terminal 1900 for navigation or LBS (Location Based Service). The Positioning component 1908 may be a Positioning component based on the Global Positioning System (GPS) in the united states, the beidou System in china, or the galileo System in russia.
Power supply 1909 is used to provide power to the various components in terminal 1900. The power source 1909 can be alternating current, direct current, disposable batteries, or rechargeable batteries. When power supply 1909 includes a rechargeable battery, the rechargeable battery can be a wired rechargeable battery or a wireless rechargeable battery. The wired rechargeable battery is a battery charged through a wired line, and the wireless rechargeable battery is a battery charged through a wireless coil. The rechargeable battery may also be used to support fast charge technology.
In some embodiments, terminal 1900 also includes one or more sensors 1910. The one or more sensors 1910 include, but are not limited to: acceleration sensor 1911, gyro sensor 1912, pressure sensor 1913, fingerprint sensor 1914, optical sensor 1915, and proximity sensor 1916.
Acceleration sensor 1911 may detect the magnitude of acceleration in three coordinate axes of the coordinate system established with terminal 1900. For example, the acceleration sensor 1911 may be used to detect components of the gravitational acceleration in three coordinate axes. The processor 1901 may control the touch screen 1905 to display a user interface in a landscape view or a portrait view according to the gravitational acceleration signal collected by the acceleration sensor 1911. The acceleration sensor 1911 may also be used for acquisition of motion data of a game or a user.
The gyro sensor 1912 may detect a body direction and a rotation angle of the terminal 1900, and the gyro sensor 1912 may collect a 3D motion of the user on the terminal 1900 in cooperation with the acceleration sensor 1911. From the data collected by the gyro sensor 1912, the processor 1901 may implement the following functions: motion sensing (such as changing the UI according to a user's tilting operation), image stabilization at the time of photographing, game control, and inertial navigation.
Pressure sensor 1913 may be disposed on a side bezel of terminal 1900 and/or on a lower layer of touch display 1905. When the pressure sensor 1913 is disposed on the side frame of the terminal 1900, the user can detect a grip signal of the terminal 1900, and the processor 1901 can perform right-left hand recognition or shortcut operation based on the grip signal collected by the pressure sensor 1913. When the pressure sensor 1913 is disposed at the lower layer of the touch display 1905, the processor 1901 controls the operability control on the UI interface according to the pressure operation of the user on the touch display 1905. The operability control comprises at least one of a button control, a scroll bar control, an icon control and a menu control.
The fingerprint sensor 1914 is configured to collect a fingerprint of the user, and the processor 1901 identifies the user according to the fingerprint collected by the fingerprint sensor 1914, or the fingerprint sensor 1914 identifies the user according to the collected fingerprint. Upon identifying that the user's identity is a trusted identity, the processor 1901 authorizes the user to perform relevant sensitive operations including unlocking a screen, viewing encrypted information, downloading software, paying for, and changing settings, etc. Fingerprint sensor 1914 may be disposed on a front, back, or side of terminal 1900. When a physical button or vendor Logo is provided on terminal 1900, fingerprint sensor 1914 may be integrated with the physical button or vendor Logo.
The optical sensor 1915 is used to collect the ambient light intensity. In one embodiment, the processor 1901 may control the display brightness of the touch screen 1905 based on the ambient light intensity collected by the optical sensor 1915. Specifically, when the ambient light intensity is high, the display brightness of the touch display screen 1905 is increased; when the ambient light intensity is low, the display brightness of the touch display screen 1905 is turned down. In another embodiment, the processor 1901 may also dynamically adjust the shooting parameters of the camera assembly 1906 according to the intensity of the ambient light collected by the optical sensor 1915.
Proximity sensor 1916, also referred to as a distance sensor, is typically disposed on the front panel of terminal 1900. Proximity sensor 1916 is used to gather the distance between the user and the front face of terminal 1900. In one embodiment, when proximity sensor 1916 detects that the distance between the user and the front surface of terminal 1900 gradually decreases, processor 1901 controls touch display 1905 to switch from the bright screen state to the rest screen state; when the proximity sensor 1916 detects that the distance between the user and the front surface of the terminal 1900 gradually becomes larger, the processor 1901 controls the touch display 1905 to switch from the breath-screen state to the bright-screen state.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the configuration shown in FIG. 19 is not intended to be limiting of terminal 1900 and may include more or fewer components than those shown, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components may be used.
Embodiments of the present application further provide a computer device, which includes a processor and a memory, where the memory stores at least one instruction, at least one program, a code set, or an instruction set, and the at least one instruction, the at least one program, the code set, or the instruction set is loaded and executed by the processor to implement the service processing method provided by the foregoing method embodiments.
Embodiments of the present application further provide a computer-readable storage medium, where at least one instruction, at least one program, a code set, or a set of instructions is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and the at least one instruction, the at least one program, the code set, or the set of instructions is loaded and executed by a processor to implement the service processing method provided by each of the above method embodiments.
Embodiments of the present application also provide a computer program product or computer program comprising computer instructions stored in a computer readable storage medium. The processor of the computer device reads the computer instructions from the computer readable storage medium, and the processor executes the computer instructions, so that the computer device executes the business processing method described in any one of the above embodiments.
Optionally, the computer-readable storage medium may include: a Read Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a Solid State Drive (SSD), or an optical disc. The Random Access Memory may include a resistive Random Access Memory (ReRAM) and a Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM). The above-mentioned serial numbers of the embodiments of the present application are merely for description and do not represent the merits of the embodiments.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps for implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware, or may be implemented by a program instructing relevant hardware, where the program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and the above-mentioned storage medium may be a read-only memory, a magnetic disk or an optical disk, etc.

Claims (15)

1. A method for processing a service, the method comprising:
receiving a first instant messaging message sent by a first account, wherein the first instant messaging message comprises an uploading result link generated after the first account uploads a face image to be processed;
obtaining the facial image to be processed uploaded by the first account according to the uploading result link;
and matching the face image to be processed with a reference face image in a face image library, and executing service processing on the first account based on a matching result.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein before receiving the first instant messaging message sent by the first account, the method further comprises:
and sending a second instant communication message to the first account, wherein the second instant communication message is used for providing an uploading channel link for uploading the reference face image to the first account, and the reference face image is used for storing the reference face image to the face image library and completing the face matching verification of the first account in the service processing process.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein sending the second instant messaging message to the first account comprises:
displaying a face image library management interface, wherein the face image library management interface comprises a reference face image in the face image library, and the face image library management interface also comprises a face adding control;
responding to the received first selection operation of the face addition control, and displaying a candidate account, wherein the candidate account comprises the first account;
and responding to the received second selection operation of the first account, and sending the second instant messaging message to the first account.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the face image library management interface further comprises a face deletion control;
the method further comprises the following steps:
receiving a selected operation on a target face image in the face image library management interface;
receiving a trigger operation on the face deletion control;
and deleting the target face image from the face image library according to the triggering operation.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the performing the service processing on the first account based on the matching result comprises:
checking attendance checking and checking on the first account based on the matching result;
or the like, or, alternatively,
performing authorization verification on the service of the first account based on the matching result;
or the like, or, alternatively,
and examining and approving the service of the first account based on the matching result.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein the first instant messaging message further includes device environment information indicating an environment in which the terminal of the first account application is located;
the checking attendance card punching verification of the first account based on the matching result comprises:
responding to the reference face image matched with the attendance face image in the face image library, and displaying the equipment environment information;
and in response to receiving the confirmation operation of the equipment environment information, finishing checking the attendance of the first account by punching the card.
7. The method of claim 6,
the first instant messaging message is a message automatically sent to an administrator account when the equipment environment information of the first account does not meet the environment information requirement.
8. The method of any of claims 1 to 4, further comprising:
displaying an attendance card punching interface, wherein the attendance card punching interface comprises a face recognition image acquisition area;
acquiring an attendance face image acquired in the face recognition image acquisition area;
uploading the attendance face image to perform face recognition verification;
acquiring equipment environment information of the current equipment environment of the terminal;
verifying the equipment environment information;
and displaying an attendance feedback message, wherein the attendance feedback message is a message fed back after face identification verification and equipment environment information verification.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the attendance card punching interface further comprises a focusing control, and a focusing progress bar corresponds to the periphery of the focusing control;
the acquiring of the attendance face image acquired in the face recognition image acquisition area comprises:
in the image acquisition process, displaying the progress of image acquisition through the focusing progress bar;
and in response to the completion of the progress display of the focusing progress bar, acquiring an image in the face recognition image acquisition area as the attendance face image.
10. The method of claim 9, further comprising:
receiving a trigger operation on the focusing control;
and clearing the focusing progress bar according to the triggering operation, and adjusting and focusing the face recognition image acquisition area.
11. A method for processing a service, the method comprising:
displaying a face recording interface, wherein the face recording interface comprises a view-finding frame, and the view-finding frame is used for assisting in acquiring a face image to be processed;
acquiring a face image collected in the face recording interface to obtain the face image to be processed;
and sending a first instant messaging message to a second account, wherein the first instant messaging message comprises an uploading result link generated after the facial image to be processed is uploaded.
12. A traffic processing apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the receiving module is used for receiving a first instant messaging message sent by a first account, wherein the first instant messaging message comprises an uploading result link generated after the first account uploads a face image to be processed;
