In actual operation, although various basic algorithms are integrated, special algorithms appear, the safety of the message protocol can be improved by adding an extended algorithm mode, a new communication mode and an extended plug-in of the message protocol are provided, and the expansibility of the communication and the protocol is facilitated.
The method provided by the embodiment is mainly completed by relying on information interaction between the logistics management and control platform and the express company for ordering service, and finally returns an express bill number to the user.
Referring to fig. 7, a flow chart of another alternative banking asset management method according to the embodiment of the present invention is shown, which includes the following steps:
s701: receiving a plurality of express information messages transmitted by each express company, and counting the number of the received express information messages within a current preset time period;
s702: if the number exceeds a preset number threshold value, distributing the express information messages to each database in a load balancing mode for decryption, mapping and storage; wherein, the platform comprises a plurality of databases;
s703: receiving a service message transmitted by a bank service end, and determining the service type of express service in the service message;
s704: and if the service is the express information processing service, locally inquiring based on the express bill number and/or the order number in the service message to obtain express processing information and returning the express processing information to the bank service terminal.
In the above embodiment, for steps S701 and S702, the express company may transmit the current transportation state information of each express to the logistics management and control platform in a message form at regular/irregular time. Under the condition that the platform receives more express information messages, the express information needs to be distributed to each database in the platform through F5 load balancing. F5 is a device for uniformly distributing requests, and load balancing receives all requests uniformly, and distributes the requests to all members in the load balancing group according to a set algorithm, thereby achieving balanced distribution of requests (loads).
In terms of security, because the platform is accessed to the internet, the platform also establishes a series of security policies to ensure the secure operation of the system, such as data transmission through an HTTPS encryption channel and encryption of transmitted messages. For the encrypted channel, the security certificate also needs to be verified, and only through the express information message passing the security verification, the message can be analyzed and decrypted according to the mapping relation between the express company and the inline standard elements in the visual configuration, so that the current transportation state information of the express is obtained. And mapping elements in the current transportation state information of the express to elements in an intra-row standard data element pool, and then forming an intra-row unified express company standard service message according to the configuration of standard services.
Referring to steps S703 and S704, referring to fig. 8, the banking service end (or called a banking channel service end) provides a plurality of channels that can select the express delivery service online, such as a mobile phone App, a wechat applet, a public number, an internet banking, and the like. The user selects 'inquiring express processing information service' through any channel, inputs an order number and/or an express order number, or selects a certain applied product under the name of the user, and clicks an express processing information inquiring option. The client sends the order number and/or the express order number to the bank server in a message form.
Information transmitted to the express company by the bank server needs to be sent to the logistics management and control platform firstly. After receiving the service message transmitted by the client, the bank server judges whether the service message belongs to or contains the express service, and if so, the bank server sends the service message to the logistics management and control platform. The logistics management and control platform queries in a local database according to the order number and/or the express order number in the service message to obtain node information of express delivery which is currently transported;
if the express delivery state inquiry service is adopted, directly returning information of a current transportation node of the express delivery to a bank server;
and II, if the express logistics track inquiry service is realized, the information of the transported nodes of the express needs to be connected in series, and the express logistics track is finally returned to the bank service terminal.
If the information is not inquired in the local database, firstly, an express company capable of processing the express information processing service is determined according to the order number and/or the express order number, so that the service message is transmitted to the express company for processing, wherein the transmission mode is the same as 1), and the information comprises element conversion, message format and encryption mode processing, which is not described again, but can be found under normal conditions.
According to the method provided by the embodiment, for the released express, the transportation node where the express is currently located or the express logistics track can be obtained from the material management and control platform by selecting the express information processing service; and the platform receives express information uploaded by different express companies in real time and integrates the express information according to the express order number/order number, so that the service processing speed is improved.

After the logistics management and control platform analyzes and recombines the message protocol of the express company, a standard express service interface provided by a bank can be used, the development work in the bank is reduced, and the seamless connection access efficiency of the express company is guaranteed.
If express information sent by an express company to a bank server needs to be subjected to F5 load balancing, verification of a security certificate and WAF inspection are carried out, after the security verification is passed, message analysis and decryption work is carried out according to visually configured message elements, analyzed business elements are mapped to standard data elements in a data element pool of a logistics management and control platform, and express company standard service messages unified in a bank are formed according to standard service configuration.
If the message sent to the express company through the bank server is sent to the logistics management and control platform, the logistics management and control platform judges which express company belongs to according to different mechanisms and products, then obtains the message format, the communication protocol, the encryption mode and the like of the express company, maps the data into the data of the corresponding express company, and routes the data to the corresponding express company after conversion.
The embodiment of the invention provides a material management and control platform, which can integrate different express company interfaces and provide uniform express company service for bank users, and compared with the prior art, the invention has at least the following beneficial effects:
1. the method comprises the steps that a visual interface is set, when a new express company needs to be accessed, the communication address, the message conversion, the encryption mode and the like of the new express company can be quickly integrated through a visual development tool, and therefore the access and the test of the interface of the new express company are completed;
2. aiming at different message security checks, an extensible security check module is provided, so that a special algorithm is convenient to add; the method has the advantages that the requirement of special product distribution in the aspect of banks is combined, the data transmission safety of express companies is guaranteed, and the credibility of the user identity is guaranteed through IP address verification;
3. setting a mapping relation between the in-line elements and different express companies so as to quickly sort the message service elements or in-line message elements of the express companies;
4. in addition, some safety requirements of bank products, such as a short message signing password sent by a bank end, a self-defined encrypted two-dimensional code printed on a waybill, and the reliability and safety of product distribution are ensured by means of face recognition and the like during signing; the signing password is a string of verification codes which need to be provided for a courier when a user takes a courier, and is generally sent to the user by a courier company in a short message mode before sending the courier so as to prevent other people from falsely claiming. The signing password mentioned in the scheme can be sent to the user by a bank system, and can also be verified and obtained by the user in a mode of scanning the waybill two-dimensional code or face recognition.
Referring to fig. 9, a schematic diagram of main modules of a banking logistics management and control apparatus 900 according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, including:
a receiving module 901, configured to receive a service packet transmitted by a bank service end, and determine a service type of an express service in the service packet;
an order placing processing module 902, configured to determine, if the order placing service is a service for placing an order, an express company that processes the service for placing an order, send the service packet to the express company for processing, and then return express information received from the express company to the bank service end; or

3. The key module is a support for encryption and decryption using public and private keys.
4. The safety processing module is a processing module for safety of the message based on a basic algorithm and a key module.
5. And the message analysis module is used for analyzing and mapping the message of the express company into a standard element of the data element pool.

7. The basic element pool is a standard metadata warehouse which is used by a bank to comb data elements needed by all businesses and integrate the data elements into a standard metadata warehouse needed by the businesses.
8. And the message recombination module combines standard elements required by the service into a service message unified in a line according to the standard service interface in the line.
9. The service mapping module is used for mapping the service of the express company with the standard service in the row and the configuration of the transaction route, and the standard service in the row corresponding to the service of the express company.

Fig. 11 shows an exemplary system architecture 1100 to which embodiments of the invention may be applied, comprising terminal devices 1101, 1102, 1103, a network 1104 and a server 1105 (by way of example only).
The terminal devices 1101, 1102, 1103 may be various electronic devices having a display screen and supporting web browsing, and installed with various communication client applications, and users may interact with the server 1105 through the network 1104 using the terminal devices 1101, 1102, 1103 to receive or send messages and the like.
The network 1104 is a medium to provide communication links between the terminal devices 1101, 1102, 1103 and the server 1105. Network 1104 may include various connection types, such as wired, wireless communication links, or fiber optic cables, to name a few.
The server 1105 may be a server providing various services for performing the operations described above. It should be noted that the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention is generally executed by the server 1105, and accordingly, the apparatus is generally disposed in the server 1105.
It should be understood that the number of terminal devices, networks, and servers in fig. 11 is merely illustrative. There may be any number of terminal devices, networks, and servers, as desired for implementation.
Referring now to FIG. 12, shown is a block diagram of a computer system 1200 suitable for use with a terminal device implementing an embodiment of the present invention. The terminal device shown in fig. 12 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 12, the computer system 1200 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU)1201, which can perform various appropriate actions and processes in accordance with a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)1202 or a program loaded from a storage section 1208 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 1203. In the RAM 1203, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the system 1200 are also stored. The CPU 1201, ROM 1202, and RAM 1203 are connected to each other by a bus 1204. An input/output (I/O) interface 1205 is also connected to bus 1204.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 1205: an input section 1206 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output portion 1207 including a display device such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and the like, and a speaker; a storage section 1208 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 1209 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 1209 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. A driver 1210 is also connected to the I/O interface 1205 as needed. A removable medium 1211, such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like, is mounted on the drive 1210 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted into the storage section 1208 as necessary.
In particular, according to the embodiments of the present disclosure, the processes described above with reference to the flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method illustrated in the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network through the communication section 1209, and/or installed from the removable medium 1211. According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, a logistics management and control platform is built to integrate information of different express companies, difference of each express company in technical implementation is shielded, a set of flexible visual interface is provided, access and configuration of a new express company are facilitated, and meanwhile, the safety of data transmission with the express company is ensured by combining with the requirement of special product distribution in banks, the development period is shortened, the online is fast, and the business requirements are met.

Claims (17)

1. A banking affairs material flow control method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a service message transmitted by a bank service end, and determining the service type of express service in the service message;
if the service is the ordering service, determining an express company for processing the ordering service, sending the service message to the express company for processing, and then returning express information received from the express company to the bank service terminal; or
And if the service is the express information processing service, locally inquiring based on the express bill number and/or the order number in the service message to obtain express processing information and returning the express processing information to the bank service terminal.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the sending the service message to the delivery company for processing and then returning the delivery information received from the delivery company to the banking server comprises:
acquiring technical information of the express company; the technical information comprises a message format and an encryption mode;
format conversion is carried out on the service message based on the message format, and the service message after format conversion is encrypted by using the encryption mode to obtain an encrypted message which is sent to the express company for processing;
and receiving a response message fed back by the express company, decrypting the response message by using a decryption mode corresponding to the encryption mode to obtain express information and returning the express information to the bank server.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising, prior to said format converting the service packet based on the packet format:
converting the elements in the service message into elements conforming to the express company based on the mapping relation between the elements of the express company and the elements of the inline standard service;
the obtaining of the express delivery information and the returning to the bank server further comprises: and converting the elements in the express delivery information into the elements meeting the intra-row standard based on the mapping relation.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein obtaining the encrypted message and sending the encrypted message to the courier company for processing comprises: sending the encrypted message to the express company for processing through an encryption channel; wherein the encrypted channel includes a security certificate;
the receiving of the response message fed back by the express company includes: and receiving a response message fed back by the express company through the encrypted channel, performing security verification on the security certificate, and stopping the subsequent steps if the verification result is that the security certificate does not pass.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the technical information further comprises a communication address;
the sending the encrypted message to the express company for processing through an encryption channel comprises: and sending the encrypted message to the communication address through an encryption channel for processing.
6. The method of claim 2, wherein determining the delivery company that handles the ordering service comprises: and determining an express company for processing the ordering service according to the sender information/receiver information and the product type in the service message.
7. The method according to any of claims 2-6, wherein the encryption scheme is a symmetric encryption scheme.
