Abstract

The refrigerator bottom heat dissipation systems in the existing market are of four types, wherein the first type is that air enters from the left rear side of the refrigerator, passes through a condenser, a fan and a compressor which are arranged on the same straight line in sequence, and then is discharged from the right rear side of the refrigerator; the second type is that air is fed from the left rear part of the refrigerator, and is discharged from the right rear part of the refrigerator after sequentially passing through a fan, a condenser and a compressor which are on the same straight line; the third is that air is fed from the left rear part and the left side part of the refrigerator, and is discharged from the right rear part and the right side part of the refrigerator after sequentially passing through a condenser, a fan and a compressor which are on the same straight line; the fourth is that air is fed from the left front of the refrigerator and is discharged from the right front of the refrigerator after passing through a fan, a condenser and a compressor which are not on the same straight line in sequence.
When the refrigerator is placed in an embedded installation environment (such as a cabinet), the first three bottom heat dissipation systems cannot effectively solve the heat dissipation problem of the refrigerator; the fourth type has high requirement on the height of the bottom space of the refrigerator (more than 200 mm), and cannot adapt to more embedded installation environments.

Referring to fig. 1, the heat dissipation system provided by the present invention comprises a bottom plate 1, a compressor rear cover 2 is disposed at the rear side of the bottom plate 1, a fan 3, a condenser 4 and a compressor 5 which are in the same straight line are sequentially disposed at the position of the bottom plate 1 close to the compressor rear cover 2, the position of the compressor rear cover 2 opposite to the fan 3 is in a sealed state, referring to fig. 2, a water pan 6 is disposed at the bottom of the fan 3 and the condenser 4, the water pan 6 is in an L shape and is fixed on the bottom plate 1, the water pan comprises a mounting surface 61 for placing the fan 3 and the condenser 4 and an extension surface 62 extending towards the front side of the bottom plate 1, a wind isolation box 7 is hermetically mounted at a hollow angle formed by the extension surface 62 and the mounting surface 61, an air inlet 8 and an air outlet 9 are disposed at the front side of the bottom plate 1, an air duct is formed between the air inlet 8, the fan 3, and finally discharged from the air outlet 9.
When the air-cooled water collector is used, the position, opposite to the fan 3, of the compressor rear cover 2 is sealed, cold air can be prevented from being blown out of the compressor rear cover 2, the air separation boxes 7 which are matched and installed at the hollow corners of the water receiving tray 6 effectively separate cold air from hot air on the left side and the right side of the water receiving tray, air channels among the air inlet 8, the fan 3, the condenser 4, the compressor 5 and the air outlet 9 are guaranteed, heat dissipation of the cold air on the condenser 4 and the compressor 5 is effectively achieved, and the using effect is guaranteed; the L-shaped water pan 6 facilitates the integrated installation of the L-shaped water pan, the fan 3 and the condenser 4, and also facilitates the assembly of the whole water pan and the wind isolation box 7, so that the assembly process is simpler.
In the embodiment, referring to fig. 2, an air duct 10 is disposed between the fan 3 and the condenser 4, one side of the air duct 10 is buckled on an air outlet of the fan 3, the other side of the air duct surrounds an air inlet end of the condenser 4, and a sponge is sealed in a gap between the air duct 10 and the condenser 4. By utilizing the air duct 10, the air blown out by the fan 3 can well pass through the condenser 4 as far as possible, and gaps between the air and the condenser are sealed by sponge, so that the exposure of the air can be further prevented, and the heat dissipation effect is improved.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 3, a front cover 11 is disposed on the front side of the bottom plate 1, the air inlet 8 and the air outlet 9 are both disposed on the front cover 11, and left/right inclined guide grids 12 are disposed on the air inlet 8 and the air outlet 9 and are symmetrical to each other. For example, when the air inlet 8 is disposed on the left side of the front cover 11 and the air outlet 9 is disposed on the right side of the front cover 11, the left air enters along the left front air inlet 8, which is a left inclined guide grille, and the right air blows out from the right front air outlet 9, which is a right inclined guide grille. By means of the left/right inclined guide grids 12, not only can the wind be guided, but also the hot wind blown out from the right side can be prevented from entering the cold wind channel on the left side (namely, the whole wind circulation short circuit is prevented), and in order to further ensure the purpose, a wind deflector 13 can be additionally arranged on the front cover 11 between the air inlet 8 and the air outlet 9. The front cover 11 can be made of skirting lines, and has a good aesthetic effect and a function of saving manufacturing materials when being installed in the embedded refrigerator.
In this embodiment, the bottom supports 14 on both sides of the bottom plate 1 are uniformly distributed with through holes 15 along the length direction.
