Disclosure of Invention
The present invention provides an air conditioner with convenient heat dissipation, which aims to solve the problems of high cost and space occupation caused by installing a plurality of heat dissipation fans in the air conditioner to dissipate heat for a controller in the prior art.

The air conditioner convenient for heat dissipation further comprises an isolation component, wherein one end of the isolation component is in contact with the bottom of the electrical box, and the other end of the isolation component is suspended in the air; the isolation assembly is located on one side, far away from the radiator, of the first air inlet.

The air conditioner convenient for heat dissipation further comprises a second isolation plate, and the second isolation plate and the first isolation plate are respectively positioned on two sides of the radiator; the second isolation plate connects the top of the radiator with the side wall of the electrical box, and the second isolation plate is located above the air outlet.

In the corresponding first air inlet 21 and the second air inlet, the central axis of the first air inlet 21 coincides with the central axis of the second air inlet. The heat sink 5 is in contact with the bottom of the electrical box 2, and the first air inlet 21 is located at the bottom of the electrical box 2, so that when external air is sucked into the electrical box 2 and flows towards the air outlet 22, the external air can be completely in contact with the heat sink 5, and heat on the heat sink 5 is taken away to the maximum extent.
The air conditioner convenient for heat dissipation further comprises an isolation component 7, wherein one end of the isolation component 7 is in contact with the bottom of the electrical box 2, and the other end of the isolation component 7 is suspended; the isolation component 7 is located at a side of the first air inlet 21 away from the heat sink 5. The isolation assembly 7 and the first isolation plate 8 enclose an accommodating space between the bottom plate and the heat sink 5, when the condensing fan 4 operates, external air can only enter the electrical box 2 from the first air inlet 21 and the second air inlet and can be blown towards the heat sink 5, and the controller 6 is isolated, so that dust brought in by the external air is prevented from attaching to the controller 6, and the effect of preventing moisture from attaching to the controller 6 is also achieved.
The air conditioner convenient for heat dissipation further comprises a second isolation plate 9, wherein the second isolation plate 9 and the first isolation plate 8 are respectively positioned at two sides of the radiator 5; the second isolation plate 9 connects the top of the heat sink 5 with the side wall of the electrical box 2, and the second isolation plate 9 is located above the air outlet 22.
The isolation component 7, the first isolation plate 8 and the second isolation plate 9 form an air duct on two sides of the radiator 5 and the radiator 5 in the electrical box 2, and after external air enters the air duct from the first air inlet 21 and the second air inlet, the external air is discharged from the air outlet 22 along the air duct, so that the dustproof and waterproof effects of the controller 6 are improved.
A closed chamber 10 is arranged in the machine shell 1, and the closed chamber 10 is positioned between the electric appliance box 2 and the condenser 3. Because the other positions of the closed chamber 10 except the opening and the ventilation hole 101 are closed, when the condensing fan 4 is started and air is sucked from the interior of the machine shell 1, the closed chamber 10 plays a role in directional flow guiding, air is ensured to enter and exit through the closed chamber 10 in a directional mode, contact between external air entering the interior of the machine shell 1 and other parts in the machine shell 1 is reduced, the air only takes away heat of the radiator 5 as far as possible, and therefore the heat dissipation effect of the radiator 5 is improved.
A sealing sponge is arranged between the sealing chamber and the electrical box 2; the sealing sponges are respectively positioned on the upper side and the lower side of the opening, so that the connection tightness between the closed cavity 10 and the electrical box 2 is improved, and the air drainage effect is improved.
Further, the air outlet 22 is opposite to the ventilation hole 101, because the heat sink 5 has a certain height, the condenser 3 also has a certain height, and the air outlet is opposite to the heat sink 5, therefore, the height of the condenser 3 hinders the ventilation of the ventilation hole 101, and in order to facilitate the air flowing from the closed chamber 10 to the condensation fan 4, a certain gap is provided between the closed chamber 10 and the condenser 3.
The heat radiator 5 comprises a top plate which is used for being in contact with the controller 6, and a plurality of heat radiating fins which are arranged below the top plate in parallel; the radiating fins are in contact with the bottom of the electrical box 2. The first isolation plate 8 and the second isolation plate 9 are both in contact with the top plate, and the heat radiating fins are located below the first isolation plate 8 and the second isolation plate 9, so that the controller 6 and the heat radiating fins are completely isolated by the first isolation plate 8 and the second isolation plate 9, and air entering the electric appliance box 2 from the first air inlet 21 can only pass through the heat radiating fins and cannot reach the top plate, so that the dustproof and waterproof effects of the controller 6 are improved.
Every two adjacent radiating fins are provided with gaps, and the fins are parallel to a connecting line between the electric appliance box 2 and the condenser 3. When the air conditioner convenient for heat dissipation operates, the controller 6 generates heat, the bottom plate absorbs the heat and transmits the heat to the heat dissipation fins, and the contact end of the heat dissipation fins and the bottom plate absorbs the heat and then transmits the heat to the contact end of the heat dissipation fins and the bottom of the electrical box 2, so that the heat of the controller 6 is transmitted to the cold ends of the heat dissipation fins; the distances between every two adjacent radiating fins are equal; the heat dissipation fins are parallel to the flow direction of wind in the electrical box 2, and when external air is sucked into the electrical box 2, airflow passes through the gaps to take away heat on the heat dissipation fins.
Further, a third isolation plate 11 is further arranged in the enclosure 1, one end of the third isolation plate 11 is connected with the bottom of the condenser 3, and the bottom of the closed chamber 10 facing the condenser 3 is connected with the other end of the third isolation plate 11; the condensing fan 4 is positioned on one side of the condenser 3, which is far away from the third partition plate 11; the third isolation plate 11 forms an air passing channel between the condenser 3 and the casing 1 where the condensing fan 4 is in contact with the condenser, so that drainage is formed, air flow diffusion is avoided, the heat dissipation efficiency of the heat radiator 5 is improved, and the heat dissipation efficiency of the controller 6 is improved.
In summary, the present invention provides an air conditioner convenient for heat dissipation, which includes a casing, an electrical box and a condenser arranged in the casing in parallel, and a condensing fan located on the casing and opposite to the condenser; the electric appliance box is internally provided with a radiator, the top of the radiator is provided with a controller, the electric appliance box is provided with a plurality of first air inlets, the shell is provided with a plurality of second air inlets which are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of first air inlets, and the first air inlets are positioned on one side of the radiator, which is far away from the condenser; still be provided with a plurality of air outlet on the electrical apparatus box, the air outlet with the condenser is relative. According to the invention, after the heat emitted by the controller is absorbed by the radiator, the first air inlet and the air outlet are arranged on the electrical box, so that an air duct is formed, then the heat of the radiator is emitted by utilizing the efficient air drafting capability of the condensing fan, a special radiating fan is not required to be arranged, the space in the shell is saved, and the cost is reduced.
