In view of the above, the present invention is directed to a washing and caring system with an independent drying device to solve the above problems.
The clothes washing and protecting system with the independent drying device comprises a high-temperature gas generating device and at least one clothes nursing device connected with the high-temperature gas generating device, wherein the clothes nursing device can utilize high-temperature gas to nurse or dry clothes, the clothes nursing device comprises a body, a cavity and a conveying system, the cavity is positioned in the body and can be used for placing clothes, the conveying system is connected with the body, the high-temperature gas generating device is independent of the body, and the high-temperature gas generating device generates high-temperature gas to enter the cavity and be discharged out of the cavity through the conveying system.
Further, the high-temperature gas generating device is located outside the cavity, and gas treated by the high-temperature gas generating device enters the cavity of the clothes care device through the conveying system.
Further, the conveying system is respectively connected with at least one clothes care device, the gas treated by the high-temperature gas generating device is respectively conveyed into the cavity of the clothes care device through the conveying system, and then conveyed to the outside of the washing and care system through the conveying system after passing through the cavity.
Furthermore, a control valve capable of controlling the on-off of the air is arranged between the high-temperature gas generating device and the clothes nursing device.
Furthermore, the high-temperature gas generating device comprises an air inlet, a gas generating cavity and an air outlet, a heating device is arranged in the gas generating cavity, and normal-temperature gas enters the gas generating cavity through the air inlet, is heated and then is discharged through the air outlet.
Furthermore, at least one of the air inlet and the air outlet is provided with a control valve capable of controlling the on-off of air.
Furthermore, the high-temperature gas generating device is also provided with a water inlet and a steam generating device, wherein the water inlet is arranged at the water inlet and used for opening or closing a channel for water to enter the high-temperature gas generating device.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention provides a brand-new clothes care system, which integrates hot air generating devices required by a washing machine, a clothes dryer and a nursing machine which are commonly used by a user, all devices which need to work by utilizing high-temperature gas can share one drying device, and one device is concentrated to control the generation and distribution of hot air according to the needs of the user, so that the space utilization rate of the other devices is improved, the influence of the emission of condensed water in the drying process on the environment is eliminated, the device utilization rate of the clothes care system is improved, the use cost of the user is reduced, and the space is saved or the effective space of the nursing system is maximized.

Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
The embodiment provides a clothes washing and caring system with an independent drying device, which comprises a high-temperature gas generating device and at least one clothes caring device connected with the high-temperature gas generating device, wherein the clothes caring device comprises a body, a cavity which is positioned in the body and can be used for placing clothes, and a conveying system connected with the body, the high-temperature gas generating device is independent of the body, and the high-temperature gas generating device generates high-temperature gas which enters the cavity and is discharged through the conveying system.
The laundry care device is a device which can care or dry laundry using high-temperature gas, preferably, the laundry care device is provided in two or more, the laundry care device includes, but is not limited to, a washing machine, a dryer, a washing and drying all-in-one machine, a nursing machine, and more preferably, the laundry care device is provided in a dryer and a nursing machine.
The clothes nursing device is provided with a gas inlet and a gas outlet, and at least one of the gas inlet and the gas outlet is provided with a control valve capable of controlling the on-off of gas.
Further, the high-temperature gas generating device can be independently arranged outside the clothes care device, and can also be integrated with any one of the clothes care devices. When the high-temperature gas generating device is independent from other devices, the high-temperature gas generating device can be used in connection with all the other devices including but not limited to the rest devices, and can also be used in combination with any one or more devices. The independent high-temperature gas generating device uniformly supplies high-temperature gas required by respective functions to other devices.
The high-temperature gas generating device is provided with an air inlet, a gas generating cavity and a plurality of air outlets, a heating device is arranged inside the gas generating cavity, and normal-temperature gas enters the gas generating device cavity through the air inlet and is heated and then discharged through the air outlets. The air outlet can be connected with devices with hot air requirements such as a clothes dryer, a nursing machine and the like, and the high-temperature gas generating device can be conveniently connected with a plurality of clothes nursing devices.
A control valve capable of controlling the on-off of the air is arranged between the high-temperature gas generating device and the clothes nursing device. The control valves are arranged at each exhaust port of the high-temperature gas generating device or each air inlet of the clothes care device and are used for opening or closing the passage of the high-temperature gas into the clothes care device.
The conveying system is respectively connected with at least one clothes nursing device, and gas exhausted from the exhaust port of the high-temperature gas generating device is directly or respectively conveyed into the cavity of the clothes nursing device through the conveying system, passes through the cavity of the clothes nursing device and then is conveyed to the outside of the washing and nursing system through the conveying system.
The high-temperature gas generating device is also provided with a water inlet, a water inlet valve is arranged at the water inlet, and the water inlet valve is used for opening or closing a channel for water to enter the high-temperature gas generating device. The air inlet of the high-temperature gas generating device is provided with a humidity sensor, the water inlet is controlled to feed water according to the inlet air humidity detected by the humidity sensor, the temperature controller is arranged in the high-temperature gas generating device, and the water inlet is controlled to stop according to the temperature detected by the temperature controller.
Furthermore, a steam generating device is arranged in the high-temperature gas generating device and used for converting water entering the high-temperature gas generating device into steam.
When the environmental humidity is higher than the nursing humidity, calculating the working time of the high-temperature gas generating device supplying the optimal specific temperature high-temperature gas to the nursing machine according to the set nursing humidity condition and the air humidity difference value of the air inlet; when the environmental humidity is less than the set nursing humidity, water enters the high-temperature gas generating device through the water inlet valve, the water inflow is controlled by the steam generating device inside the high-temperature gas generating device according to the upper limit and the lower limit of the set temperature of the temperature controller, when the temperature detected by the temperature controller is higher than 100 +/-10 degrees, the heating pipe of the steam generating device stops working, water inflow is started, when the temperature is lower than 80 +/-20 degrees after water inflow, the heating pipe starts working, after the water vapor is generated in a circulating mode to reach the set humidity condition, clothes nursing is started, and the more refined clothes nursing process is achieved.
The clothes treatment process comprises the following steps: the high-temperature gas generating device heats air entering from the air inlet, the heated air enters the washing machine and/or clothes drying machine and/or nursing machine through the control valve bodies of the exhaust ports to dry and nurse clothes in the equipment, the air after clothes drying passes through the conveying system and is discharged out of the equipment through corresponding program control, drying and nursing of the clothes are realized, when the high-temperature gas generating device is external, and has the advantages of eliminating dependence on water in the washing and nursing process of the existing washing and nursing equipment, and does not need to cool hot air by water entering a condensation system, completely eliminating waste of water in the drying and nursing process, improving clothes drying efficiency, efficiently drying the clothes, and improving user experience. The external scheme of the drying device can be designed and arranged according to the space of a user, and the product disclosed by the invention patent can meet the requirements of the user in a more diversified manner.
As part of the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 7, a clothing washing and caring system with an independent drying device is provided, which includes a washing machine 3, a caring machine 2 and a high-temperature gas generating device, the high-temperature gas generating device is arranged independently of the washing machine 3 and the caring machine 2, and both the washing machine 3 and the caring machine 2 are connected with the high-temperature gas generating device. The high-temperature gas generating device generates high-temperature gas which enters the cavity of the washing machine 3 and/or the nursing machine 2 and is discharged out of the cavity through the conveying system.
The conveying system 4 comprises a washing machine air inlet pipeline 34, a washing machine air outlet pipeline 37 and a nursing machine air outlet pipeline, the washing machine air inlet pipeline 34 is connected with an air outlet of the high-temperature gas generating device and an air inlet of the washing machine, the nursing machine air inlet pipeline is connected with an air outlet of the high-temperature gas generating device and an air inlet 23 of the nursing machine, a washing machine air outlet 36 and a nursing machine air outlet are both connected with an exhaust pipeline 44, and waste gas is exhausted to the outside through the exhaust pipeline 44. Or the washing machine air outlet pipeline 37 is connected with the washing machine air outlet 36, the nursing machine air outlet pipeline is connected with the nursing machine air outlet 24, and the washing machine air outlet pipeline 37 and the nursing machine air outlet pipeline are both communicated with the external environment. An air outlet 45 is arranged at the tail end of the exhaust pipeline 44, the air outlet 45 is communicated with the outside, the air outlet 45 directly exhausts the damp and hot air passing through the washing machine and the nursing machine, and a condensing system is omitted.
The washing machine 3 comprises a washing machine body 31, a washing cavity which is positioned in the washing machine body 31 and can be used for placing clothes, and a conveying system connected with the washing machine body 31, wherein the high-temperature gas generating device is independent from the outside of the washing machine body 31, generates high-temperature gas, enters the washing cavity through a washing machine air inlet pipeline 34, and is discharged through a washing machine air outlet 36 and a washing machine air outlet pipeline 37. The washing machine body 31 is a washing machine shell, and the washing cavity is a barrel assembly positioned in the washing machine body 31.
Further, a washing machine inlet temperature controller 341 is provided at one end of the washing machine inlet duct 34 connected to the high temperature gas generating device, for controlling the temperature of the gas entering the washing machine. A first air outlet control valve is arranged at the air outlet of the washing machine or the air outlet pipeline 37 and is used for opening or closing the air outlet channel in the washing cavity.
Nursing machine 2 includes nursing machine body 21, is located nursing machine cavity 22 in nursing machine body 21 and with the conveying system that nursing machine body 21 is connected, outside high-temperature gas generating device was independent of nursing machine body 21, high-temperature gas generating device produced high-temperature gas, in nursing machine cavity 22 was got into through nursing machine air inlet pipe way and/or nursing machine air inlet 23 to discharge through nursing machine gas outlet 24 and nursing machine gas outlet pipe way.
Further, a nursing machine air inlet temperature controller 231 is arranged at one end of the nursing machine air inlet 23 or the end of the nursing machine air inlet pipeline connected with the high-temperature gas generating device and used for controlling the temperature of gas entering the cavity of the nursing machine. An air outlet temperature controller and/or an air outlet humidity sensor are/is also arranged at the air outlet 24 of the nursing machine and used for detecting the air temperature or humidity at the air outlet of the nursing machine. The working time of the nursing machine and the high-temperature gas generating device can be conveniently adjusted according to the temperature or humidity difference value of the air inlet and the air outlet of the nursing machine.
Further, a second air outlet control valve 241 is provided on the nursing machine air outlet 24 or the nursing machine air outlet pipeline for opening or closing the air outlet passage in the nursing machine cavity. Is convenient for controlling the exhaust process of the nursing machine. An air outlet temperature controller/humidity sensor 242 is further arranged at the air outlet of the nursing machine and used for detecting the temperature or humidity of the air at the air outlet of the nursing machine.
The high-temperature gas generating device 1 comprises an air inlet 11, a gas generating cavity 12, a first air outlet 13 and a second air outlet 14, a fan 15 and a heating device are arranged inside the gas generating cavity 12, the fan 15 is used for guiding air to enter, and normal-temperature gas enters the gas generating cavity 12 through the air inlet 11, is heated and then is discharged through the air outlets. The air inlet 11 is communicated with the external environment, the first air outlet 13 is communicated with the nursing machine air inlet 23, and the second air outlet 13 is communicated with the washing machine air inlet pipeline 34.
The high temperature gas generator 1 is further provided with a water inlet, at which a water inlet valve 16 is provided for opening or closing a passage for water to enter the high temperature gas generator. The temperature controller 17 is arranged at a position close to the water inlet valve, so that the water inlet valve can control the water inlet quantity according to the set temperature of the temperature controller.
Further, a first air inlet control valve 131 is arranged at the first air outlet 13, a second air inlet control valve 141 is arranged at the second air outlet 14, the first air inlet control valve 131 is used for controlling the on-off of the high-temperature gas entering the nursing machine, and the second air inlet control valve 141 is used for controlling the on-off of the high-temperature gas entering the washing machine, so that the corresponding drying or nursing operation can be conveniently executed according to the instruction of the user. Preferably, the first air intake control valve 131 may be provided at an air inlet of the nursing machine, and the second air intake control valve 141 may be provided at an air inlet of the washing machine or the washing machine air intake pipe 34.
As part of the embodiment of the present invention, the washing machine of the present invention further includes a detergent box 33 disposed at a position near the top of the washing machine.
As part of the embodiment of the invention, the washing and nursing system also comprises a water tap 32 and a water tank 35 which provide water sources for the washing machine, the nursing machine high-temperature gas generating device and the like.
As a part of the embodiment of the invention, the nursing machine 2 further comprises a PCB box 25 for controlling the whole operation of the nursing machine, an illuminating lamp 26, a clothes hanger 27, an ultraviolet lamp 28 and inner container fixing ribs 29 are further arranged in the cavity of the nursing machine 2, the clothes hanger 27 is used for hanging clothes, the ultraviolet lamp 28 disinfects the inside of the cavity of the nursing machine, and the inner container fixing ribs 29 increase the strength of the nursing machine body.
