Abstract
The invention relates to a washing and drying integrated machine, which comprises a shell; a drying drum component for drying clothes and a washing drum component for washing clothes, which are respectively arranged in the shell and can independently operate; the clothes drying device further comprises a heating device, and the heating device is respectively connected with a clothes drying roller in the clothes drying roller assembly and a washing roller in the washing roller assembly through two ventilating pipelines. The same or the same set of heating device provides hot air for the inside of the clothes drying roller and the inside of the clothes washing roller, and the heating device and the ventilation pipeline between the heating device and the clothes drying roller and between the heating device and the clothes washing roller are opened or closed to realize the respective heat supply or the simultaneous heat supply for the clothes drying roller and the clothes washing roller. The heating device is multipurpose. Because the same or a same set of heating device is used as a heat source to provide hot air, the equipment cost is reduced and the weight is lightened.

Background
In the existing washing and drying integrated machine, the dryer needs hot air to heat clothes in the dryer so as to evaporate water and achieve the drying purpose. As shown in FIG. 1, the washing and drying integrated machine of the invention comprises a shell; a drying drum component for drying clothes and a washing drum component for washing clothes, which are respectively arranged in the shell and can independently operate; the clothes drying device further comprises a heating device, and the same heating device or the same set of heating device is respectively connected with the clothes drying roller in the clothes drying roller assembly and the clothes washing roller in the clothes washing roller assembly through two ventilating ducts. The heating device can provide hot air into the clothes drying roller and the clothes washing roller respectively or simultaneously.
In this embodiment, the heating device includes a heater and a fan, the heater includes a housing and a heating wire disposed in the housing, the housing of the heater is connected to the drying drum and the washing drum through two ventilation ducts, respectively, and the housing of the heater is further connected to the fan through a duct. The fan sends the heat generated by the heater to the clothes drying drum and the clothes washing drum through two ventilating ducts respectively.
The two ventilating ducts are provided with valves, and the washing and drying integrated machine opens or closes the valves on the ventilating ducts for providing hot air for the clothes drying roller or opens or closes the valves on the ventilating ducts for providing hot air for the clothes washing roller according to the hot air requirements of the clothes drying roller and the clothes washing roller. The heating device can respectively or simultaneously provide hot air for the clothes drying roller and the clothes washing roller through the opening and closing control of the valve.
The heating device provides hot air to the clothes drying roller to dry clothes in the clothes drying roller. The hot air is provided for the washing drum, so that the temperature of water in the washing drum is increased, and the removal of stains is facilitated.
In other embodiments, the air inlet of the ventilating duct connected with the washing drum on the washing drum is positioned above the water surface, so that the air in the washing drum can be heated.
In this embodiment, the same heating device is used to provide hot air to the drying drum and the washing drum respectively.
In order to save the floor area, the clothes drying roller and the washing roller are arranged up and down, and the heating device is positioned between the clothes drying roller and the washing roller.

As shown in fig. 3, the present embodiment is different from the second embodiment in that: the air outlet of the clothes drying roller is connected with an air outlet pipeline, the air outlet pipeline comprises two branch air outlet pipelines, one branch air outlet pipeline is connected with the outside, or is connected to a condenser and then connected to a heating device to form circulating air. The other branch air outlet pipeline is connected to the washing drum, the branch air outlet pipeline is respectively connected with two air inlets of the washing drum, one air inlet is positioned above the water surface in the washing drum, and the other air inlet is positioned below the water surface in the washing drum.
The invention realizes the reutilization of hot air for drying clothes, so that the hot wind energy of the damp and hot air in the clothes drying roller provides hot air for the washing roller, and the energy reutilization rate is provided.

The difference between this embodiment and the first embodiment is: the same set of heating device arranged in the washing and drying integrated machine comprises two or more heating devices, and the heating power and the real-time heating power are combined to be switched on or switched off according to the system setting so as to form heating device combinations with different powers, and the heating devices can respectively or simultaneously provide hot air for the clothes drying roller and the clothes washing roller.
