the outer part of the machine body 100 is provided with a medicament tank connected with the atomizer 130, and the atomizing pipe 131 is connected with the atomizer 130 and extends into the garment treatment chamber 120;
a water inlet disposed above the machine body 100 and a water outlet disposed below the machine body 100.
The clothes processing equipment for the clothes process places clothes to be processed in a rotary drum in a clothes processing chamber 120, is connected with a medicament tank outside the clothes processing chamber 120 through an atomizing pipe 131, directly atomizes an oxidant in the medicament tank into the clothes processing chamber 120, performs concentrated oxidation processing on the clothes in the clothes processing chamber 120, and drives the clothes to rotate in a machine body 100, so that the clothes can be processed more comprehensively, manpower is saved, processing efficiency is effectively improved, and production quality is improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the atomizer 130 is an ultrasonic atomizer. The liquid oxidant filled in the medicament tank is atomized by the ultrasonic atomizer and then is guided into the clothing processing chamber 120 through the atomizing pipe 131, the ultrasonic atomizer can refine the granularity of the atomized liquid oxidant, the atomized particles are filled in the clothing processing chamber 120 through the flow guiding effect of the fan in the clothing processing chamber 120, the contact between the atomized particles and the clothing in the clothing processing chamber 120 is more uniform, and therefore the production quality can be obviously improved.
In some embodiments of the invention, the medicament canister is filled with a liquid oxidizer.
In some of these embodiments of the invention, the liquid oxidizing agent is a potassium permanganate solvent.
The agent tank is filled with a solution of an oxidant, the liquid oxidant can be preferably a potassium permanganate solution, and after the potassium permanganate solution is atomized by the atomizer 130, the clothing processing equipment directly sprays atomized water into the roller to carry out oxidation treatment on clothing, so that large-area water stains on the clothing can be avoided, and the clothing processing process is prevented from being uneven.

Meanwhile, the end part of the atomizing pipe 131 is also provided with the atomizing nozzle 132, so that atomized particles passing through the atomizing pipe 131 are further refined, and condensed water partially condensed after passing through the atomizing pipe 131 is further improved, thereby further improving the production quality.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a drain pipe 133 connected to the outside of the body 100 or the water outlet is provided in connection with the drain hole.
The atomizing pipe 131 is arranged around the atomizing nozzle 132, the solution of the oxidant enters the clothing processing chamber 120 through the atomizing pipe 131 after being atomized, and the mist can be condensed to generate condensation in the process of being conducted to the atomizing nozzle 132 in the atomizing pipe 131. In order to avoid the condensation from dripping into the clothes treatment chamber 120, the side wall of the atomizing pipe 131 arranged around the atomizing nozzle 132 is provided with a water drainage hole, condensation water drops generated in the mist conduction process are collected by the atomizing pipe 131, and then the condensation water drops are checked through the water drainage hole in the side wall of the atomizing pipe 131, so that the atomized water is prevented from being gathered to influence the clothes treatment effect.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a blower is further provided, which is connected to the clothing processing chamber 120 through a pipeline, and is used for guiding the mist generated by the ultrasonic atomizer into the clothing processing chamber 120 and discharging the mist water or condensed water in the clothing processing chamber 120.
The clothing processing equipment can be used for stacking and placing clothing in the clothing processing chamber 120 and the roller, directly atomizing an oxidant solution through the atomizing nozzle 132, directly guiding water mist generated by atomization into the roller in the clothing processing chamber 120 for oxidation processing of the clothing, and exhausting air through the fan after the oxidation processing time length reaches a set requirement to check the oxidant mist in the clothing processing chamber 120. After the reprocessed laundry is taken out, the inside of the clothing processing chamber 120 is washed by feeding water from the top of the clothing processing chamber 120 through the water inlet pipe.
The garment technology processing equipment replaces the prior operation mode that the atomization treatment needs to be carried out on the clothes one by one, the procedures are fully automatically realized through the equipment, and the processing efficiency of the garment technology is effectively improved.
