Abstract
The application discloses a low-cost coal dust suppressant and a preparation method thereof, wherein the low-cost coal dust suppressant comprises the following components: sodium carboxymethylcellulose, sodium tetraborate, sodium sulfate, a corrosion inhibitor, polyacrylamide, a surfactant and water. The preparation method of the coal dust suppressant comprises the following steps: sequentially adding sodium carboxymethylcellulose, a surfactant, a corrosion inhibitor, polyacrylamide, sodium sulfate and sodium tetraborate, and fully stirring for 30 minutes to obtain powder; and adding the powder into water while stirring, and continuously stirring for 20-30 minutes after the powder is added. According to the low-cost coal dust suppressant and the preparation method thereof, the sodium tetraborate and the sodium sulfate are added, so that the use of sodium carboxymethylcellulose is reduced to a great extent, and the preparation cost of the dust suppressant is reduced.
Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of environmental protection, in particular to a low-cost coal dust suppressant and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Coal dust generated in coal transportation is a major source of dust pollution. In China, coal transportation adopts open wagon transportation, and coal particles raise dust due to factors such as jolt, wind power, pressure difference and the like in the transportation process, so that the environment is polluted.
For coal dust pollution, the traditional coping method is to supply tarpaulin to a cover of the coal car or spray water to the coal car. The methods solve the problem of coal dust flying in the coal pulling process to a certain extent, but still have some defects, such as tarpaulin for covering the surface of a coal car, and the condition that wind blows or cracks in the running process of the car; for example, water is sprayed to a coal car, and the water is easily evaporated in summer and easily frozen in winter, so that the coal dust suppression effect is poor, and the coal dust suppression device is difficult to popularize and apply in a large area for a long time.
In order to make up for the defects of the traditional dust suppression method, the coal dust suppression agent is produced at the same time, is low in freezing point and not easy to evaporate, can wet and bond coal dust particles and form a layer of crusting on the surface of coal, has a good dust suppression effect, and is widely popularized and applied. However, with the popularization and application of the coal dust suppressant, the demand of the coal dust suppressant gradually rises, and the price of the main raw material sodium carboxymethyl cellulose of the coal dust suppressant rises immediately, so that the coal transportation cost is correspondingly increased.
In summary, in order to reduce the manufacturing cost of the coal dust suppressant, it is an urgent need for those skilled in the art to provide a coal dust suppressant with low cost and high quality.

The application aims to provide a low-cost coal dust suppressant and a preparation method thereof, so as to solve the problem of high cost of the coal dust suppressant in the prior art.
In a first aspect of the present application, a low-cost coal dust suppressant is provided, which comprises, in parts by weight: 0.8-1.5 parts of powder and 98.5-99.2 parts of water.

In a second aspect of the present application, a preparation method of a local cost coal dust suppressant is also provided, which comprises the following steps:
under the normal temperature state, 40-50 parts of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 0-0.01 part of surfactant, 0.8-1 part of corrosion inhibitor, 0.5-1 part of polyacrylamide, 20-30 parts of sodium sulfate and 20-30 parts of sodium tetraborate are added in sequence according to the parts by weight, and the powder is obtained after fully stirring for 30 minutes.
Adding 0.8-1.5 parts of the powder into 98.5-99.2 parts of water according to the weight part ratio, stirring while adding, and continuing to stir for 20-30 minutes after the powder is added.
In the raw materials of the dust suppressant provided by the application, sodium tetraborate and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose molecules are interwoven into a net structure, so that a thick solidified layer is formed on the surface of coal; the sodium sulfate has strong hygroscopicity and can play a role in dissolving aid, and the sodium sulfate can replace part of the sodium carboxymethyl cellulose; the corrosion inhibitor can inhibit the corrosion of the dust suppressant to metal, and plays a role in protecting the coal transport vehicle; the polyacrylamide can increase the viscosity of the dust suppressant and enhance the coal dust adsorption capacity of the dust suppressant; the surfactant has good emulsifying function and can enhance the adsorption capacity of the dust suppressant. The dust suppressant can effectively adsorb coal dust particles in the transportation process of a coal car, and a layer of protective crusting is formed on the surface of coal, so that a good dust suppression effect is achieved; according to the dust suppressant, the sodium tetraborate and the sodium sulfate are added, so that the use of sodium carboxymethylcellulose is reduced to a great extent, and the preparation cost of the dust suppressant is reduced.

The following describes in detail specific embodiments of the present application. It is to be understood that the embodiments described are only a few embodiments of the present application and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
In a first aspect of embodiments of the present application, there is provided a low-cost coal dust suppressant, including, in parts by weight: 0.8-1.5 parts of powder and 98.5-99.2 parts of water.

the corrosion inhibitor is one of benzotriazole, sodium molybdate and sodium benzoate, or a mixture of the two or the mixture of the three, can inhibit the corrosion of the dust suppressant on metals, and plays a role in protecting the coal transport vehicle.
The surfactant is an anionic surfactant, the anionic surfactant is one of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, sodium dodecyl sulfate or octadecyl phosphate, or a mixture of the two or the mixture of the three, and the surfactant has a good emulsifying function and can enhance the adsorption capacity of the dust suppressant.
In the embodiment of the application, the sodium carboxymethyl cellulose is a carboxymethylated derivative of cellulose, is odorless and tasteless, has strong hygroscopicity, is a main film forming agent, is matched with sodium tetraborate to form a network structure, and can ensure that a thick solidified layer is formed on the surface of coal. The sodium sulfate can reduce the cost and does not influence the use effect. The addition of a small amount of polyacrylamide can make the dust suppressant form a copolymer, further increase the viscosity of the dust suppressant, and tightly bond the coal particles together. A small amount of surfactant is added, so that the coal dust suppressant can better permeate into a coal bed to form a thicker solidified layer, and coal dust flying is well suppressed.
In the embodiment of the application, the use amount of sodium carboxymethylcellulose can be greatly reduced by using sodium tetraborate and sodium sulfate, the cost of the dust suppressant is greatly reduced, the dust suppressant can adsorb coal dust particles when in use, and a layer of protective shell film is formed on the surface of coal to isolate the coal from the outside, so that a good dust suppression effect is achieved.

When the dust suppressant provided by the embodiment of the application is used, 2.2-4.0L of dust suppressant is sprayed to each square meter of the train wagon according to different seasons. Because of different coal humidity, change of coal transportation seasons and different proportions of loaded coal and truck end side walls, before use, a small test is firstly carried out to determine the water adding proportion and the spraying amount per square meter of the dust suppressant, and the actual experimental dosage can reach the technical standard TB/T3201.1-2020 of dust suppression for railway transportation of coal.
According to the dust suppressant provided by the application, the sodium tetraborate and the sodium sulfate are added, so that the use of sodium carboxymethylcellulose is reduced to a great extent, and the cost is reduced. The dust suppressant can effectively adsorb coal dust particles in the transportation process of a coal car and form a layer of protective shell film on the surface of coal, so that the coal is isolated from the outside, and a good dust suppression effect is achieved.
