Abstract
The invention discloses a novel washable finger painting pigment and a preparation method thereof, wherein the pigment comprises the following raw material components in percentage by mass based on the total mass of the pigment: 3-15% of food-grade thickening agent, 1-3% of food-grade anti-settling agent, 0.1-0.3% of food-grade preservative, 1-2% of food-grade colorant, 2-5% of food-grade emulsifier, 0.1-0.3% of food-grade bittering agent and the balance of deionized water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a food-grade colorant, a food-grade emulsifier and deionized water into color paste, and preparing ingredients from a food-grade anti-settling agent, a food-grade preservative, a food-grade bittering agent, a food-grade thickener and deionized water; and adding the color paste into the ingredients to prepare the washable finger painting pigment. The finger painting pigment has the advantages of stable structure, long quality guarantee time and water washing.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of painting articles, and particularly relates to a washable finger painting pigment for children and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Finger prints for children, also called finger print prints, are one of the important activities in early education for children. Compared with other drawing modes, the finger painting can be created almost without any skill learning, is interesting and artistic, enables children to arouse creativity and imagination in the drawing effect, and promotes the development of artistic operation.
At present, most of finger painting products on the market are industrial products, and most of consumer groups are infants. The finger painting product may contact the skin of the child and there may be instances of accidental ingestion. In order to solve the problems, food-grade raw materials are designed for making finger paintings for children, for example, the Chinese patent application with application number 201610286942.X, entitled "an environment-friendly finger painting pigment for children" and a preparation method thereof (application publication number CN 105691600A) discloses a finger painting pigment made of cane sugar, sodium chloride, potato powder, corn flour or wheat flour, water, tea oil and edible pigment, and the selected raw materials are food-grade, so that the product is safer and nontoxic, and the problem of eating by mistake is solved. However, the first problem of the invention is that the finger painting pigment must be kept in an environment between 8 ℃ and-4 ℃ and has a shelf life of only 30 days. When the temperature exceeds the range or the shelf life is over, the raw materials in the food are easy to deteriorate, and the food is mistakenly eaten by children and causes more harm. The second problem is that the water-washable performance of the finger painting is improved by coating edible pigments in the whole formula system after the tea oil and the potato powder are mixed at the high temperature of 190 ℃, and the starch food fried at the high temperature can generate carcinogenic acrylamide, so that the health risk can be caused by long-term contact or careless mistaken eating of the pigments.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, a washable safe and environment-friendly finger painting pigment with a more stable structure and a long quality guarantee time is needed.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a novel washable finger painting pigment which comprises the following raw material components in percentage by mass based on the total mass of the pigment:
the food-grade colorant is at least one of lemon yellow lake, sunset yellow lake, quinoline yellow lake, azorubine lake, amaranth lake, carmine lake, erythrosine lake, allura red lake, brilliant blue lake, vegetable carbon black and titanium dioxide;
the food-grade emulsifier is at least one of sorbitan monostearate, glyceryl monostearate, sucrose fatty acid ester, polyglycerol fatty acid ester, and monoglyceride and diglycerol fatty acid ester.
The food-grade anti-settling agent is at least one of silicon dioxide, microcrystalline cellulose and sodium aluminosilicate; preferably silica;
the food-grade preservative is at least one of sodium diacetate, sodium ethylparaben and potassium sorbate;
the food-grade bittering agent is at least one of denatonium benzoate and naringin;
the food-grade thickener is at least one of edible gelatin, casein, food-grade CMC (sodium carboxymethylcellulose), maltodextrin, xanthan gum, carrageenan and sodium polyacrylate; preferably, the food-grade CMC and the maltodextrin are selected, and the mass ratio of the food-grade CMC to the maltodextrin is 1:1-1: 2.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the washable finger painting pigment.
The preparation method of the pigment comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing color paste: grinding the food-grade colorant, the food-grade emulsifier and the deionized water in a sand mill at a high speed until the fineness is 20-25um to obtain color paste;
(2) preparing ingredients: putting the food-grade anti-settling agent, the food-grade preservative, the food-grade bittering agent and the deionized water into a mixing barrel, mixing for 20-30min at the rotating speed of 600-800r/min, adding the food-grade thickener into the mixing barrel under stirring, and continuously stirring for 1-2h at the rotating speed of 600-800r/min to obtain an ingredient;
(3) toning of pigment: and (3) adding the ingredients obtained in the step (2) into a mixing barrel, stirring at the rotating speed of 300-400r/min, slowly adding the color paste obtained in the step (1) while stirring, and continuously stirring for 20-30min to obtain the pigment with required color matching.
Compared with the prior art, the washable finger painting pigment provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects: a plurality of food-grade thickeners and food-grade anti-settling agents are compounded, for example, the thickening principle of natural gum is that 3 hydroxyls contained in a saccharide unit in the polysaccharide interact with water molecules to form a three-dimensional hydration network structure, so that the thickening effect is achieved; hydrophobic main chains of cellulose molecules such as CMC molecules are combined with surrounding water molecules through hydrogen bonding association, so that the fluid volume of the polymer is improved, and meanwhile, the free activity space of particles is reduced, thereby achieving the purpose of improving the viscosity of the system; the inorganic anti-settling agent such as silicon dioxide has very small particle size and very large specific surface area, the surface of the silicon dioxide also has a large amount of silicon hydroxyl, the silicon hydroxyl is combined with water to form a hydrogen bond effect for thickening, and the synergistic effect of the inorganic anti-settling agent, the silicon dioxide and the water can form a stable adhesive system at normal temperature, so that harmful substances can be prevented from being generated in the production process.
The use period of the finger painting pigment can be prolonged by using the food-grade preservative, and the harm to children caused by the deterioration of raw materials is prevented. Food-grade bittering agent is added into the pigment, so that the children can be prevented from eating the food by mistake.
The problem of difficult cleaning of finger paint can be solved by using non-ionic emulsifier and food-grade color lake. The problem of difficult washing is solved by adding one of glycerin, such as polyglyceryl fatty acid ester, sorbitol and saccharide derivatives in the nonionic emulsifier; in addition, by using the food-grade lake as a coloring agent, the lake is not dissolved in water or oil, so that the finger painting pigment on hands and clothes of infants can be easily cleaned, and the effects of stable structure, long quality guarantee time and water washing can be achieved.
Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention is further explained below according to specific embodiments. The scope of protection of the invention is not limited to the following examples, which are set forth for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit the invention in any way.
Unless otherwise defined, all terms used herein have the meanings that are commonly understood by those skilled in the art.
Example 1
A finger painting pigment comprises the following components: food grade CMC 2% with model number FVH9-2, purchased from buoyi technologies ltd, maltodextrin 3%, food grade silica 2%, sodium paraben 0.3%, lemon yellow starch 2%, sucrose fatty acid ester 2% with model number SE14, denatonium benzoate 0.1%, deionized water 88.6% purchased from eggfu foods technologies ltd, usa; the above percentages are mass percentages.
The preparation method of this example comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing color paste: grinding the lemon yellow starch, sucrose fatty acid ester and deionized water in a sand mill at a high speed until the fineness is 20-25um to obtain color paste;
(2) preparing ingredients: putting silicon dioxide, sodium ethylparaben, denatonium benzoate and deionized water into a mixing barrel, mixing for 30min at 600r/min, adding maltodextrin and CMC into the mixing barrel under stirring, and continuously stirring for 2h at 800r/min to obtain an ingredient;
(3) toning of pigment: and (3) firstly adding the ingredients obtained in the step (2) into a mixing barrel, stirring at the rotating speed of 400r/min, slowly adding the color paste obtained in the step (1) under stirring, and stirring for 30min to obtain the pigment with required color matching.
Example 2
A finger painting pigment comprises the following components: 0.6% of edible gelatin, 2% of food-grade xanthan gum, 2% of carrageenan, 2% of food-grade microcrystalline cellulose, 0.3% of sodium ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate, 2% of brilliant blue lake, 3% of polyglycerol fatty acid ester, 0.1% of naringin and 88.0% of deionized water; the above percentages are mass percentages.
The preparation method of this example comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing color paste: putting brilliant blue lake, polyglycerol fatty acid ester and deionized water into a sand mill for grinding, and grinding at high speed to the fineness of 20-25um to obtain color paste;
(2) preparing ingredients: putting microcrystalline cellulose, sodium ethylparaben, naringin and deionized water into a mixing barrel, mixing at 600r/min for 30min, adding gelatin, xanthan gum and carrageenan into the mixing barrel under stirring, and continuously stirring at 800r/min for 2h to obtain an ingredient;
(3) toning of pigment: and (3) firstly adding the ingredients obtained in the step (2) into a mixing barrel, stirring at the rotating speed of 400r/min, slowly adding the color paste obtained in the step (1) under stirring, and stirring for 30min to obtain the pigment with required color matching.
Example 3
A finger painting pigment comprises the following components: food grade CMC purchased from buyi technologies ltd under model number FVH9-2 of 1.5%, maltodextrin 2%, xanthan gum 1%, food grade silica 2%, sodium aluminosilicate 1%, sodium ethylparaben 0.3%, allura red lake 2%, glyceryl monostearate 2%, denatonium benzoate 0.1%, deionized water 88.1%; the above percentages are mass percentages.
The preparation method of this example comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing color paste: putting the allure red lake, the glyceryl monostearate and the deionized water into a sand mill for grinding, and grinding at a high speed to the fineness of 20-25um to obtain color paste;
(2) preparing ingredients: putting silicon dioxide, sodium aluminosilicate, sodium ethylparaben, denatonium benzoate and deionized water into a mixing barrel, mixing for 30min at 600r/min, adding maltodextrin, CMC and xanthan gum into the mixing barrel under stirring, and continuously stirring for 2h at 800r/min to obtain an ingredient;
(3) toning of pigment: and (3) firstly adding the ingredients obtained in the step (2) into a mixing barrel, stirring at the rotating speed of 400r/min, slowly adding the color paste obtained in the step (1) under stirring, and stirring for 30min to obtain the pigment with required color matching.
Further, the pigments obtained in the above examples were subjected to the following tests: according to the test about mildew resistance in the national standard QB/T1962-2011, the food aging acceleration test and the high and low temperature stability test; the test results are shown in the following table:
through tests of mildew resistance and aging acceleration tests, the finger painting pigment obtained by the method in the embodiment of the invention has the effect of long shelf life. Through the test of high and low temperature tests, the finger painting pigment obtained by the method in the embodiment of the invention has the effect of stable structure.

A finger paint pigment according to claim 1, characterized in that: the food-grade colorant is at least one of lemon yellow lake, sunset yellow lake, quinoline yellow lake, azorubine lake, amaranth lake, carmine lake, erythrosine lake, allura red lake, brilliant blue lake, vegetable carbon black and titanium dioxide.
9. A finger paint pigment according to claim 1, characterized in that: the food-grade emulsifier is at least one of sorbitan monostearate, glyceryl monostearate, sucrose fatty acid ester, polyglycerol fatty acid ester and monoglyceride and diglycerol fatty acid ester.
10. A finger paint pigment according to claim 1, characterized in that: the food-grade bittering agent is at least one of denatonium benzoate and naringin.
11. The method for preparing the washable finger painting pigment according to any one of claims 1 to 10, comprising the steps of:
(1) preparing color paste: grinding the food-grade colorant, the food-grade emulsifier and the deionized water in a sand mill at a high speed until the fineness is 20-25um to obtain color paste;
(2) preparing ingredients: putting the food-grade anti-settling agent, the food-grade preservative, the food-grade bittering agent and the deionized water into a mixing barrel, mixing for 30min at the rotating speed of 600r/min, adding the food-grade thickener into the mixing barrel under the stirring state, and continuously stirring for 2h at the rotating speed of 800r/min to obtain an ingredient;
(3) toning of pigment: and (3) adding the ingredients obtained in the step (2) into a mixing barrel, stirring at the rotating speed of 400r/min, slowly adding the color paste obtained in the step (1) under the stirring state, and continuously stirring for 30min to obtain the finger painting pigment.
