Regardless of the driving mode, the elevator as a vertical transportation means in a building is an integral part of people's life nowadays.
Most of the existing vertical lifting elevators adopt a mechanical air supply mode to ventilate an elevator car, but the air supply mode also has some problems: 1. the air in the elevator shaft has strong oil smell and iron rust smell and is accompanied with a large amount of floccules and dust, and the air sent into the elevator car through the fan is not filtered, so that the air quality in the elevator car is greatly influenced. 2. For the beauty and convenience in the elevator car, the vent holes are generally arranged at the top of the elevator car, and because the elevator car is in a closed state during operation, air flowing through small gaps on the periphery of the elevator car is limited, the circulation of the air inside and outside the elevator car is not good, and meanwhile, the resistance to the elevator is relatively large, so that the useless power consumption of the elevator is increased.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the ventilation filtering elevator comprises a car body 1, two car air guide side walls 2, a bottom ventilation plate 3 and an oxygen cylinder 5, wherein a plurality of ventilation holes 4 are formed in the side wall of the car body 1, the total area of the ventilation holes 4 is not less than one tenth of the area of the side wall of the car body 1, the car body 1 and the car air guide side walls 2 and the bottom ventilation plate 3 form a ventilation interlayer, air enters the ventilation interlayer from the ventilation holes 4 and then flows out from the bottom ventilation plate 3, the oxygen cylinder 5 is positioned above the car body 1, an oxygen guide pipe arranged on the oxygen cylinder 5 penetrates into the car body 1, an oxygen outlet of the oxygen guide pipe in the car is provided with a divergent circular table surface, and an alarm switch is further arranged in the elevator car and used for controlling a valve switch and an alarm for opening the oxygen cylinder.
As shown in fig. 3, an upper vent and an upper air outlet are also arranged above the car body 1, and as shown in fig. 4, a lower vent and a lower air outlet are arranged below the bottom ventilation board 3; an upper air inlet part 6, an upper air outlet 7, a lower air inlet part 8 and a lower air outlet part 9 are respectively and correspondingly arranged on the upper ventilation opening, the upper air outlet, the lower ventilation opening and the lower air outlet.
As shown in fig. 5, 6, 7 and 8, the upper air inlet portion 6 and the lower air inlet portion 8 are arranged up and down symmetrically, the upper air inlet portion 6 comprises an air vent outer edge, a fixed ventilating plate 61, a movable ventilating plate 62, a filter layer 63, a closed spring 64, an oxygen branch pipe 65 and a piston lock pin 66, the filter layer 63 is positioned on the upper surface of the fixed ventilating plate 61, one end of the filter layer 63 far away from the fixed ventilating plate 61 is provided with a filtering wire net, the filter layer 63 is preferably a honeycomb filter screen plate made of activated carbon, the mesh size of the filter screen is 1mm, the fixed ventilating plate 61 is fixed on the air inlet outer edge 67, the movable ventilating plate 62 is fixed above the car main body 1 through a plurality of closed springs 64, the fixed ventilating plate 61 is attached to the movable ventilating plate 62 when the closed springs 64 are static, and the closed springs 64 in the lower air inlet portion 8 are fixed on the bottom ventilating plate 3; oxygen branch pipe 65 one end is connected on the oxygen pipe of oxygen cylinder 5, and one end runs through on vent outer edge 67, and piston lock pin 66 is installed in oxygen branch pipe 65, is equipped with the blind hole that corresponds with piston lock pin 66 on the activity ventilating board 62, and piston lock pin 62 is used for pinning the activity ventilating board when fixed ventilating board 61 and the laminating of activity ventilating board 62.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the fixed ventilation board 61 and the movable ventilation board 62 are provided with holes for ventilation, the holes for ventilation on the fixed ventilation board 61 and the movable ventilation board 62 are staggered, the holes for ventilation are not communicated when the fixed ventilation board 61 and the movable ventilation board 62 are attached, and the fixed ventilation board 61 and the movable ventilation board 62 are preferably foam boards; for convenience of explanation, in this embodiment, the holes on the fixed ventilation board 61 and the movable ventilation board 62 are distributed in a circumferential array manner, the array angle is 60 degrees in the embodiment, the fixed ventilation board 61 and the movable ventilation board 62 are staggered by 30 degrees, there is no limitation on the total area, the number, and the size of the corresponding holes, and on the premise that the holes are not communicated after the fixed ventilation board 61 and the movable ventilation board 62 are attached, the larger the total area of the holes is, the better the holes are.
As shown in fig. 11, 12, 13 and 14, the upper air outlet portion 7 includes an air outlet outer edge 72 and an air outlet cover 71, the air outlet cover 71 is hinged to the air outlet outer edge 72, the air outlet cover 71 covers the air outlet outer edge 72 after being turned over, the area of the air outlet cover 71 is preferably 1.1 times of the area of the air outlet outer edge 72, and a circular rubber pad with a thickness of 0.3mm is preferably arranged on the surface of the air outlet cover 71 attached to the air outlet outer edge 72; the upper air outlet portion 7 and the lower air outlet portion 9 are arranged in an up-and-down symmetrical manner, and the difference is that in the lower air outlet portion, the inner wall of the outer edge of the lower air outlet is connected with the air outlet cover 71 through a return spring 91.

In conclusion, the upper part and the lower part of the lift car are ventilated through the lift car and the formed ventilation interlayer, the cross section area of ventilation is large, and the resistance of the lift car during operation can be reduced; the upper air inlet part and the lower air inlet part can filter air and purify the air entering the lift car; when the elevator breaks down, the oxygen cylinder can supply oxygen to the interior of the lift car, and the upper air inlet part and the lower air inlet part are closed at the same time, so that the interior of the lift car is kept at positive pressure, and external oxygen is prevented from entering the lift car; car wind-guiding lateral wall can not only reduce the hindrance to the air for thermoplastic elastomer TPE film, can also stretch out and draw back along with the pressure expansion of air, and the air of being convenient for circulates smoothly, and the transition that can be level and smooth in the air turn makes the circulation of air more smooth and easy.
