Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a material distribution device, including a feeding mechanism 1 for conveying a material a and a rotatable material distribution mechanism 2, where an outer circle formed when the material distribution mechanism 2 rotates has a passing portion 20 through which the material a passes and a separating portion 21 for shifting the material a to one side of the passing material a, a feeding path of the feeding mechanism 1 communicates with a feeding side 22 and a discharging side 23 of the material distribution mechanism 2, and a direction of the feeding path is consistent with a direction of an axis of the outer circle. In this embodiment, the material a continuously fed from the feeding mechanism 1 is separated by the passing part 20 and the separating part 21 of the material distributing mechanism 2 during rotation, so as to realize odd-even separation, reduce the impact force on the product during the material distributing process, and ensure the integrity of the product during the material distributing process. Specifically, the feeding mechanism 1 sends the material a to the material distributing mechanism 2, and during the conveying, the material a is conveyed according to a line shown by a side close to the paper in fig. 1, the material a is arranged at intervals, after the material a is conveyed to the material distributing mechanism 2, the separating portion 21 on the outer circle of the material distributing mechanism 2 pulls out the material a from the material a group of the line which is originally arranged in the material a in the rotating process, and along with the continuous rotation of the outer circle, the separating portion 21 is rotated away, the material a can pass through the passing portion 20 and continuously move forward according to the original direction, and then the material a rotates to the separating portion 21 to be separated, so that the original material a can be separated into two pieces, namely, as shown by the side close to the paper in fig. 1, by the cyclic reciprocation. The whole movement process can be orderly divided by controlling the rotating speed and the conveying speed of the feeding mechanism 1. Because the direction of the feeding path of the feeding mechanism 1 is consistent with the direction of the axis of the outer circle, one side of the material distributing structure close to the paper can be defined as a feeding side 22, the other side is a discharging side 23, and the feeding path of the feeding mechanism 1 is communicated with the two sides to ensure that the material A passes through the material distributing mechanism 2 in time and continues to be conveyed forwards after passing through. As for the outer circle defined, it may be an imaginary circle formed during rotation, and the separating portion 21 and the passing portion 20 may be provided on other structures, or it may be a solid body, such as a circular ring 24, and the separating portion 21 and the passing portion 20 are both provided on the circular ring 24, i.e. the structure shown in fig. 2, and the separating portion 21 is protruded, and the passing portion 20 is directly the circumferential surface of the circular ring 24.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, as an optimization scheme of the embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of the passing portions 20 and a plurality of the separating portions 21 are alternately arranged along the outer circle. In this embodiment, a plurality of passing portions 20 and a plurality of separating portions 21 may be disposed on the outer ring, and they are alternately disposed, that is, one passing portion 20 is disposed between two adjacent separating portions 21, when the material a rotates to the passing portion 20, the material a may normally pass through the passing portion 20, and then the material a continues to rotate to the separating portion 21, and the separating portion 21 may shift the material a to one side, and then the material a continues to rotate to the passing portion 20, so as to sequentially and cyclically separate the materials. The purpose of providing a plurality of pass through sections 20 and separation sections 21 is to facilitate the regulation of the rate of rotation and the rate of transport of material a. The number of the first and second electrodes can be selected according to actual conditions, and the present embodiment does not limit the number.

In this embodiment, the separating portion 21 may be a protrusion 210, i.e. a moving block protruding outward from the outer circle, and can move the material a to one side during the rotation, and the protrusion 210 has a surface capable of contacting the material a, which is defined as the contact surface 212 for convenience of description. Preferably, there are two bumps 210, a separation cavity 211 for partial structure of the material a to enter is provided between the two bumps 210, and the side surfaces of the two bumps 210 located in the separation cavity 211 are both the contact surfaces 212. In this embodiment, there are two projections 210, two projections 210 are spaced apart, and the gap between them is a separation cavity 211, the material a can enter the separation cavity 211, but it is preferable that only the upper part of the material a can contact the contact surface 212, so that only the projection 210 is slightly moved when the contact surface 212 contacts the material a, and the stirring effect can be achieved, but if the material a completely enters the separation cavity 211, the material a may be completely carried away and thrown out instead of being stirred.
As an optimized solution of the embodiment of the present invention, please refer to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the contact surface 212 is an arc surface. In this embodiment, the contact surface 212 is a smooth arc surface, which facilitates to gently stir the material a.

In this embodiment, the driving mechanism 4 is used to realize automation. The drive mechanism 4 may be a part of the feed mechanism 2 described above, or may be a separate part.
In order to further optimize the above solution, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the material separating mechanism 2 includes a rotatable base 40, the outer circle is an outer edge of the base 40 when rotating, and the driving mechanism 4 drives the base 40 to rotate. In this embodiment, the material separating mechanism 2 has a rotatable base 40, and the base 40 may be cylindrical or even square-cylindrical, and only needs to be rotated to form an outer circle on its outer edge.
In order to further optimize the above solution, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the base 40 has a plurality of first latches 400 uniformly arranged along the rotation direction thereof, and a gear 41 driven by a servo motor 41 to rotate, the gear 41 has a second latch 410 engaged with each of the first latches 400, and the rotation axis of the gear 41 is parallel to the rotation axis of the base 40.
