As shown in FIG. 4, in the present invention, when in use, the magnetic steel 5 is mounted on the brake pedal 53-1 of the foot valve 53 by a fastener, the proximity switch 4 is mounted on the bracket 30 by a fastener, the bracket 30 is mounted on the floor of the cab by a fastener, and the proximity switch 4 corresponds to the position of the magnetic steel 5 when the brake pedal 53-1 of the foot valve 53 is not depressed, that is, when the driver does not depress the brake pedal 53-1 of the foot valve 53 for braking, the proximity switch 4 is in the on state, and when the driver depresses the brake pedal 53-1 of the foot valve 53 for braking, the proximity switch 4 is in the off state. When the proximity switch 4 is switched on, the main controller 6 controls the terminal K of the first electromagnetic valve 1, the terminal K of the second electromagnetic valve 2 and the terminal K of the third electromagnetic valve 10 to lose power. When the driver does not press the brake pedal 53-1 of the foot valve 53 to brake, the proximity switch 4 is in the on state, and the main controller 6 controls the terminal K of the first electromagnetic valve 1, the terminal K of the second electromagnetic valve 2 and the terminal K of the third electromagnetic valve 10 to lose power. At this time, an oil inlet P of the first electromagnetic valve 1 is communicated with the execution port A, an oil inlet P of the second electromagnetic valve 2 is communicated with the execution port A, and an oil inlet P of the third electromagnetic valve 10 is communicated with the execution port A. When a driver steps on a brake pedal 53-1 of the foot valve 53 to brake, the proximity switch 4 is in an off state, when the hydraulic rubber tube 9 is not broken in the braking process, pressure oil is introduced into a control port K of the pressure switch 3, the pressure switch 3 is switched on, a terminal K of the first electromagnetic valve 1, a terminal K of the second electromagnetic valve 2 and a terminal K of the third electromagnetic valve 10 are still in a power-off state, an oil inlet P of the first electromagnetic valve 1 is communicated with the execution port A, an oil inlet P of the second electromagnetic valve 2 is communicated with the execution port A, and an oil inlet P of the third electromagnetic valve 10 is communicated with the execution port A. When the hydraulic rubber tube 9 is broken in the braking process, pressure oil is not introduced into the control port K of the pressure switch 3 any more, the pressure switch 3 is disconnected, the driver treads the brake pedal 53-1 of the foot valve 53 to brake, the proximity switch 4 is in a disconnected state, namely the proximity switch 4 is disconnected and the pressure switch 3 is disconnected, the main controller 6 controls the connection terminal K of the first electromagnetic valve 1, the connection terminal K of the second electromagnetic valve 2 and the connection terminal K of the third electromagnetic valve 10 to be electrified, the oil inlet P of the first electromagnetic valve 1 is communicated with the execution port B, the oil inlet P of the second electromagnetic valve 2 is not communicated with the execution port A, and the oil inlet P of the third electromagnetic valve 10 is not communicated with the execution port A; the pressure oil in the accumulator 52 reaches the front axle brake 50 and the rear axle brake 51 through the foot valve 53 and then through the actuation port B of the first solenoid valve 1, thereby braking the front wheels and the rear wheels. At this time, the oil inlet P of the second electromagnetic valve 2 is not communicated with the actuating port a, and the oil inlet P of the third electromagnetic valve 10 is not communicated with the actuating port a, so that the pressure oil in the front axle brake 50 cannot flow out through the broken hydraulic rubber hose 9 after passing through the second electromagnetic valve 2, and the pressure oil in the rear axle brake 51 cannot flow out through the broken hydraulic rubber hose 9 after passing through the third electromagnetic valve 10. When the brake pedal 53-1 of the foot valve 53 is depressed to perform braking, the front and rear wheels are braked even if the hydraulic hose 9 between the foot valve 53 and the front and rear axle brakes 50 and 51 is broken and the pressure oil in the accumulator 52 reaches the front and rear axle brakes 50 and 51 through the actuating port B of the first solenoid valve 1 of the foot valve 53. Therefore, accidents are not easy to happen, and the safety is high.
