Abstract
本发明公开了一种一体成型式汽车座椅,包括座垫骨架,座垫骨架的一侧通过角度调节器与靠背骨架的一侧铰接,座垫骨架顶端和靠背骨架顶端的四个边角开设有插孔,插孔的一侧开设有弹簧槽,弹簧槽的内腔依次连接有回位弹簧、滑块和滑杆,滑杆的一端穿过滑杆槽与调节块连接,插孔通过插块与座垫底端的四个边角和靠背垫底端的四个边角连接,座垫和靠背垫由底板、灭菌层、吸水层、支撑层和散热层组成,本发明一种一体成型式汽车座椅,通过座垫、靠背垫、底板、灭菌层、吸水层、支撑层、散热层的配合,增加座垫使用的舒适性;通过插孔、滑杆槽、调节块、弹簧槽、回位弹簧、滑块、梯形块、插块、滑杆和卡接槽的配合,从方便拆卸和安装。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车座椅设备技术领域,具体为一种一体成型式汽车座椅。
背景技术
我国汽车产业近几年快速发展,未来一段时期还将稳步发展,这对座椅有大量的需求,汽车座椅作为汽车内装饰的一个重要组成部分,它的发展也推动着汽车内装饰行业的发展,在它的发展过程中凝聚了这个行业在这段时期的几大特点。雏形期,2000年以前无设计,质量一般小而少,厂家利润高经销商少,利润高;起步发展期,2000-2002,无设计,质量一般,数量增加,规模不大,生产数量增多,利润可以;快速发展期,2002-2005,开始设计,质量出现高中低的分化数量大量增加,大小规模不等,利润薄,出现品牌操作数量大量增加,利润低,大家开始抢品牌做;平稳发展期,2005以后,强调设计,质量分化更明显厂家出现频繁的倒闭和新开,大小不等,利润出现分化,品牌操作开始强化出现大规模的经销商,大的经销商对厂家进行反控,小的经销商抢品牌;垄断期,不可预料时间,根据市场的需要,出现设计和质量过硬的高档产品和低价产品并存的合理局面出现超大规模的厂家和下属大批代加工厂,利润平稳化,品牌开始抢占大部分市场出现大规模的经销商和厂家的联合或一体化,利润平稳。
而现有的汽车座椅在使用的过程中也产生了一些新的需求,其一:现有的座椅的表层通常由真皮制成,在炎热的夏季,受阳光的直接暴晒,座垫吸热后会发烫,并且表面温度较高,会大大影响乘骑的舒适性;其二:现有的汽车座椅座垫与靠背垫与骨架的安装和拆卸较为繁琐,不仅使安装程序更加复杂,而且也浪费了人力物力。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种一体成型式汽车座椅,以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有的座椅的表层通常由真皮制成,在炎热的夏季,受阳光的直接暴晒,座垫吸热后会发烫,并且表面温度较高,会大大影响乘骑的舒适性;现有的汽车座椅座垫与靠背垫与骨架的安装和拆卸较为繁琐,不仅使安装程序更加复杂,而且也浪费了人力物力的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种一体成型式汽车座椅,包括座垫骨架,所述座垫骨架的一侧通过角度调节器分别与靠背骨架的一侧铰接,所述座垫骨架顶端的四个边角和靠背骨架顶端的四个边角均开设有插孔,八个所述插孔的一侧均开设有弹簧槽,八个所述弹簧槽的内腔均固定连接有回位弹簧,八个所述回位弹簧的一端分别与八个滑块的一端固定连接,八个所述滑块的另一端分别与八个梯形块的一端固定连接,八个所述滑块的一侧分别与八个滑杆的一端固定连接,八个所述滑杆的另一端穿过滑杆槽分别与八个调节块的一侧固定连接,八个所述插孔的内腔分别与八个插块的一端插接,八个所述插块的表面均开设有卡接槽,八个所述卡接槽分别与八个梯形块卡接,且八个所述插块的另一端分别与座垫底端的四个边角和靠背垫底端的四个边角固定连接,所述座垫和靠背垫均由底板、灭菌层、吸水层、支撑层和散热层组成,且所述底板、灭菌层、吸水层、支撑层和散热层从下到上依次粘结。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述座垫的表面和靠背垫的表面均套接有防护套。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述靠背骨架的顶端通过连接柱固定连接有头枕。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述滑杆槽开设于弹簧槽的一侧。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述灭菌层由灭菌纤维材料制成,所述吸水层由吸水线芯材料制成,所述支撑层由抗压纤维材料制成,所述散热层由PU海绵材料制成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、通过座垫、靠背垫、底板、灭菌层、吸水层、支撑层、散热层的配合,座垫、靠背垫均由底板、灭菌层、吸水层、支撑层和散热层组成,且座垫和靠背垫一体成型,灭菌层使得座垫具有较好的灭菌性,吸水层对使用者产生的汗水进行吸收,支撑层的设置防止使用者长期使用座垫后座垫受压变形,散热层进行散热透气,从而增加座垫使用的舒适性;
2、通过插孔、滑杆槽、调节块、弹簧槽、回位弹簧、滑块、梯形块、插块、滑杆和卡接槽的配合,将座垫和靠背垫底端连接的插块分别插入座垫和靠背垫开设的插孔内,插块的插入对弹簧槽内的梯形块进行挤压,梯形块受到挤压后向回位弹簧的方向挤压,当梯形块与插块上的卡接槽相遇时,梯形块受到的挤压消失,且梯形块在回位弹簧的作用下回位并与卡接槽卡接,从而对座垫和靠背垫进行固定,当需要拆卸座垫和靠背垫时,只需滑动调节块,调节块的运动带动滑杆在滑杆槽内的运动,同时滑杆的运动带动滑块和梯形块的运动,梯形块从卡接槽内移出,从而方便拆卸。

请参阅图1-4,本发明提供了一种一体成型式汽车座椅,包括座垫骨架1,座垫骨架1的一侧通过角度调节器2分别与靠背骨架3的一侧铰接,座垫骨架1顶端的四个边角和靠背骨架3顶端的四个边角均开设有插孔6,八个插孔6的一侧均开设有弹簧槽9,八个弹簧槽9的内腔均固定连接有回位弹簧10,八个回位弹簧10的一端分别与八个滑块11的一端固定连接,八个滑块11的另一端分别与八个梯形块12的一端固定连接,八个滑块11的一侧分别与八个滑杆14的一端固定连接,八个滑杆14的另一端穿过滑杆槽7分别与八个调节块8的一侧固定连接,八个插孔6的内腔分别与八个插块13的一端插接,八个插块13的表面均开设有卡接槽15,八个卡接槽15分别与八个梯形块12卡接,且八个插块13的另一端分别与座垫4底端的四个边角和靠背垫21底端的四个边角固定连接,座垫4和靠背垫21均由底板16、灭菌层17、吸水层18、支撑层19和散热层20组成,且底板16、灭菌层17、吸水层18、支撑层19和散热层20从下到上依次粘结。
优选的,座垫4的表面和靠背垫21的表面均套接有防护套5,对座垫4和靠背垫21的表面进行防护;靠背骨架3的顶端通过连接柱固定连接有头枕,头枕可以缓解使用者乘车时的颈椎压力;滑杆槽7开设于弹簧槽9的一侧;灭菌层17由灭菌纤维材料制成,吸水层18由吸水线芯材料制成,支撑层19由抗压纤维材料制成,散热层20由PU海绵材料制成。
具体使用时,本发明一种一体成型式汽车座椅,座垫4、靠背垫21均由底板16、灭菌层17、吸水层18、支撑层19和散热层20组成,且座垫4和靠背垫21一体成型,灭菌层17使得座垫4具有较好的灭菌性,吸水层18对使用者产生的汗水进行吸收,支撑层19的设置防止使用者长期使用座垫4后座垫4受压变形,散热层20进行散热透气,从而增加座垫4使用的舒适性;安装时,将座垫4和靠背垫21底端连接的插块13分别插入座垫骨架1和靠背骨架3开设的插孔6内,插块13的插入对弹簧槽9内的梯形块12进行挤压,梯形块12受到挤压后向回位弹簧10的方向挤压,当梯形块12与插块13上的卡接槽15相遇时,梯形块12受到的挤压消失,且梯形块12在回位弹簧10的作用下回位并与卡接槽15卡接,从而对座垫4和靠背垫21进行固定,当需要拆卸座垫4和靠背垫21时,只需滑动调节块8,调节块8的运动带动滑杆14在滑杆槽7内的运动,同时滑杆14的运动带动滑块11和梯形块12的运动,梯形块12从卡接槽15内移出,从而方便拆卸。

1.一种一体成型式汽车座椅,包括座垫骨架(1),其特征在于:所述座垫骨架(1)的一侧通过角度调节器(2)分别与靠背骨架(3)的一侧铰接,所述座垫骨架(1)顶端的四个边角和靠背骨架(3)顶端的四个边角均开设有插孔(6),八个所述插孔(6)的一侧均开设有弹簧槽(9),八个所述弹簧槽(9)的内腔均固定连接有回位弹簧(10),八个所述回位弹簧(10)的一端分别与八个滑块(11)的一端固定连接,八个所述滑块(11)的另一端分别与八个梯形块(12)的一端固定连接,八个所述滑块(11)的一侧分别与八个滑杆(14)的一端固定连接,八个所述滑杆(14)的另一端穿过滑杆槽(7)分别与八个调节块(8)的一侧固定连接,八个所述插孔(6)的内腔分别与八个插块(13)的一端插接,八个所述插块(13)的表面均开设有卡接槽(15),八个所述卡接槽(15)分别与八个梯形块(12)卡接,且八个所述插块(13)的另一端分别与座垫(4)底端的四个边角和靠背垫(21)底端的四个边角固定连接,所述座垫(4)和靠背垫(21)均由底板(16)、灭菌层(17)、吸水层(18)、支撑层(19)和散热层(20)组成,且所述底板(16)、灭菌层(17)、吸水层(18)、支撑层(19)和散热层(20)从下到上依次粘结。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种一体成型式汽车座椅,其特征在于:所述座垫(4)的表面和靠背垫(21)的表面均套接有防护套(5)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种一体成型式汽车座椅,其特征在于:所述靠背骨架(3)的顶端通过连接柱固定连接有头枕。
