Technical Field

Background
The belt wheel is pressed on the motor rotating shaft, which is a post process of a motor assembly line, and the process is always a bottleneck influencing the efficiency of the whole production line. There are two main problems: 1. when the belt wheel is pressed, the lower end of a motor shaft needs to be jacked to serve as a stress point, otherwise, a bearing can be damaged; 2. when the belt wheel is pressed, the stress point of the motor rotating shaft is small, so that the pressure is difficult to vertically downwards, and the poor phenomenon of motor shaft swinging is easily caused.

Referring to fig. 1, a press-fitting tool according to a first embodiment of the present invention is used for press-fitting a pulley 1 onto a motor shaft 2. The press fitting tool comprises a supporting assembly and a top bearing piece 3.
The support assembly comprises a support platform 4, in this embodiment the support platform 4 is generally disc-shaped and horizontally arranged for carrying the motor rear end cap. The bearing platform is provided with a positioning table 5 protruding upwards, and the positioning table 5 can be inserted into a shaft hole of a rear end cover of the motor to restrain the motor, so that the motor can be fixed on the supporting platform 4. Preferably, the periphery of the positioning table 5 is in a shape matched with a shaft hole of a rear end cover of the motor.
The support assembly further comprises a resilient slide mechanism for restraining the support platform 4 such that the support platform 4 can only move in a vertical direction and provide an upward return force to the support platform 4 when the support platform 4 is subjected to a downward force.
In the present embodiment, the elastic sliding mechanism includes a sliding sleeve 6, a guide post 7, and an elastic member 8. The guide post 7 is vertically arranged, and the sliding sleeve 6 is sleeved on the peripheral surface of the guide post 7. Because the sliding sleeve 6 can only move up and down in the vertical direction under the constraint of the guide post 7, the supporting platform 4 fixedly connected with the sliding sleeve 6 can only move up and down in the vertical direction, and further the motor fixed on the supporting platform 4 can only move up and down in the vertical direction.
Specifically, the sliding sleeve 6 includes an upper cover portion 9, and an annular wall portion 10 formed by extending the edge of the upper cover portion 9 downward, and the support platform 4 is fixed on the upper cover portion 9. In the process that the supporting platform 4 vertically moves downwards, the upper end of the top supporting part 3 can sequentially extend out of the vertically arranged through holes of the upper cover part 9 and the vertically arranged through holes of the positioning table 5 and abut against the lower end of the motor rotating shaft 2.
The elastic piece 8 is arranged in the sliding sleeve 6, and two ends of the elastic piece respectively abut against the upper end of the guide post 7 and the upper cover part 9 of the sliding sleeve 6, and when the sliding sleeve 6 vertically moves downwards relative to the guide post 7, the elastic piece 8 deforms and provides upward restoring force for the sliding sleeve 6. Specifically, the elastic member 8 is a spring, at least the upper portion of the top support member 3 is a cylindrical structure, and the elastic member 8 is sleeved on the top support member 3. It should be understood that the resilient slide mechanism may also take other suitable configurations.
In this embodiment, the press-fitting tool further includes a press-fitting table 11, where the press-fitting table 11 is used for being matched with the supporting component and the top supporting member 3, so as to press-fit the belt pulley 1 onto the motor rotating shaft 2 under the pushing of the downward acting force of the press-fitting table 11. The downward force of the press-fitting station 11 may be applied directly or indirectly by the operator or may be applied directly or indirectly by the press. Preferably, the lower end of the press-fitting table 11 is provided with an inwards concave positioning hole, and at least the upper part of the belt wheel 1 can extend into the positioning hole.

In the press fitting tool of the embodiment, the supporting assembly can enable the motor to keep moving vertically downwards under the action of the downward acting force of the press fitting table 11 until the top bearing piece 3 abuts against the lower end of the motor rotating shaft 2; and 3, in the process that the press-fitting table 11 continues to press the belt pulley 1 downwards to completely press the belt pulley 1 on the motor rotating shaft 2, the motor rear end cover and the supporting platform 4 can provide restraint for the motor rotating shaft 2, so that the acting force of the press-fitting table 11 on the motor rotating shaft 2 can be kept vertically downwards, and the bad phenomenon of motor shaft swinging is avoided.
Referring to fig. 4, a press-fitting tool according to a second embodiment of the present invention is used for press-fitting a pulley 1 onto a motor shaft 2. The press fitting tool comprises a supporting assembly and a top bearing piece 3. The support assembly and the top support member 3 in the present embodiment are identical in structure to the corresponding support assembly and the top support member 3 in the first embodiment, and will not be described in detail.
In this embodiment, the press-fitting tool further comprises a limiting sleeve 12 for ensuring the press-fitting height tolerance of the belt pulley 1. The limiting sleeve 12 is provided with a positioning hole, when the belt wheel 1 is pressed, the belt wheel 1 can extend into the positioning hole of the limiting sleeve 12 and abut against the top wall of the positioning hole of the limiting sleeve 12, and the lower end of the limiting sleeve 12 can abut against a motor mirror surface or a motor front end cover. The height tolerance of the belt wheel 1 in press mounting can be effectively guaranteed through the limiting sleeve 12, and the requirement of +/-0.2 mm can be met.
In order to ensure that the belt wheel 1 is pressed on the motor rotating shaft 2, the lower end of the limiting sleeve 12 can be pressed against the motor mirror surface or the motor front end cover, the press fitting tool further comprises a locking device, and the locking device is used for locking the position of the supporting platform 4 when the upper end of the top bearing piece 3 is pressed against the lower end of the motor rotating shaft 2.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 8, the locking device includes a split ring 13, the split ring 13 is disposed on the periphery of the sliding sleeve 6, and two ends of the split ring 13 extend outwards to form a first force arm 14 and a second force arm 15; the locking device further comprises a power mechanism 16, such as an air cylinder, wherein the power mechanism 16 is used for urging the first force arm 14 and the second force arm 15 to approach each other so that the split ring 13 is locked to the sliding sleeve 6, thereby locking the position of the supporting platform 4. When the power mechanism 16 withdraws the acting force on the first force arm 14 and the second force arm 15, the open ring 13 can be restored to the unlocking state, namely the non-clasping state by means of the self-restoring force.
Preferably, the locking device further comprises a manual locking check mechanism for preventing the split ring 13 from returning from the locked state to the unlocked state to further lock the position of the support platform 4.
