Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of processing equipment, and particularly relates to a straightening tool for adjusting the smoothness of a workpiece. Background
Correction of shape defects in metal plastic working products is one of the important finishing processes. The rolled stock often develops various shape defects during the rolling process or during subsequent cooling and transport, such as bending of bars, profiles and pipes, bending of sheet strips, waves, buckling and the like. The defects of bending and the like can be eliminated under the action of external force through various straightening processes, so that the product reaches a qualified state.
However, when the conventional straightening tool is used for straightening a workpiece, the workpiece is easily broken due to excessive pressurization or excessive movement stroke of the pressure head, and the workpiece needs to be repeatedly adjusted in the straightening process so that the bending direction is aligned with the direction of the pressure head, so that the whole straightening efficiency is low, the effect is limited, and the proportion of secondary straightening after straightening is high.

The invention provides a straightening tool, aiming at solving the problems that the existing straightening tool is easy to crush a workpiece, low in use efficiency, limited in straightening effect, and the like, and the angle of the workpiece needs to be repeatedly adjusted during use.

A straightening tool as shown in figure 1 specifically comprises:
the straightening device comprises supporting assemblies 100 used for clamping two ends of a bent section of a workpiece 300 to be straightened and straightening assemblies 200 used for pressurizing and straightening the bent section of the workpiece 300 to be straightened, wherein the supporting assemblies 100 are symmetrically arranged at least two by taking the straightening assemblies 200 as a center, at least one is arranged on each side, and the straightening assemblies 200 pressurize to straighten the bent section after the workpiece 300 to be straightened is erected;
the supporting assembly 100 comprises a supporting table 101, a supporting notch 1011a used for clamping two ends of a bent section of a workpiece 300 to be straightened is arranged on the upper end face of the supporting table 101, the supporting notch 1011a is opened upwards, the longitudinal section of the supporting notch is V-shaped, the V-shaped supporting notch 1011a can be suitable for clamping and setting workpieces 300 to be straightened with different thicknesses, a base 102 is arranged below the supporting table 101, and the base 102 can be a base 102 with adjustable height;
the straightening assembly 200 consists of an ejector block 201 and a pressure head 202;

When in use:
firstly, two ends of a bending section of a workpiece 300 to be straightened are placed in a supporting notch 1011a at the upper end of a supporting platform 101 of a supporting assembly 100, the angle of the workpiece 300 to be straightened is adjusted to enable the bending direction of the bending section to face a pressure head 202, then the pressure head 202 is controlled to press the bending section of the workpiece 300 to be straightened under the action of hydraulic driving, the bending section of the workpiece 300 to be straightened is pressed to a top block 201 through the pressure head 202, the lower end face of the workpiece 300 is contacted with and abutted against the upper end face of the top block 201, compared with a conventional straightening tool, the invention is provided with the top block 201 on the basis of the existing straightening tool, the workpiece 300 can only be prevented from being excessively straightened and forming secondary bending, the complex operation of repeatedly calculating the pressing distance of the pressure head 202 is avoided, the convenience of operation is improved, and a good protection effect is generated on.

the straightening tool with the structure and the existing straightening tool have a remarkable use defect, namely the angle and the position of the workpiece 300 need to be adjusted repeatedly, so that the bent section of the workpiece 300 to be straightened is aligned to the pressure head 202 correctly, and once the workpiece 300 is inclined or misaligned, the straightening effect is poor, even the workpiece 300 is misaligned and straightened, but the straightening fails, and the further twisting is easy to occur;
therefore, the straightening tool with the above structure is further improved, the supporting platform 101 is configured as shown in fig. 2, the supporting notch 1011b at the upper end of the supporting platform is composed of the bottom support 1012 and the side clamping plates 1013 at both sides of the bottom support 1012, the bottom support 1012 is integrated with the supporting platform 101 and is arranged at the top end of the supporting platform 101, the side clamping plates 1013 can horizontally move close to or away from the bottom support 1012 to realize the clamping or releasing operation, but the clamping is not simply to clamp and fix the workpiece 300 to be straightened, but further the angle adjustment and positioning function of the workpiece 300 to be straightened are realized, as shown in fig. 2, the width of the supporting notch 1011b is continuously reduced, the side clamping plates 1013 continuously clamp the workpiece 300 to be straightened, during the clamping of the side clamping plates 1013 to the bottom support 1012, only the curved section of the workpiece 300 to be straightened needs to be slightly lifted upwards, when the side clamping plates 1013 completely clamp the workpiece 300 to be straightened, the curved section of the workpiece 300 to be straightened can be correctly aligned upwards, the angle of the workpiece 300 does not need to be adjusted repeatedly in the straightening process, so that the straightening efficiency and the straightening effect of the workpiece 300 are greatly improved;
according to factory records, after the structure of the support table 101 is improved to the structure, the straightening efficiency is improved by about 86%, and the workpiece 300 needing secondary re-straightening after straightening is reduced by 100%, namely the workpiece 300 is high in alignment rate, and the requirement can be met by single straightening.
To accommodate the arrangement of the side plates 1013, chutes 1014 are formed on both sides of the top end and bottom support 1012 of the support table 101, and the bottoms of the side plates 1013 are disposed in the chutes 1014, so that the arrangement stability of the side plates 1013 is improved and a space for stable translation of the supply side plates 1013 is formed;
the side clamping plates 1013 are clamped by a manual adjustment clamping or an automatic hydraulic clamping manner, for example, in this embodiment, a screw 1015 horizontally penetrating the support table 101 and the bottom support 1012 is provided, the thread directions of the outer surfaces of the screw 1015 at the two ends of the bottom support 1012 are opposite, the end parts of the screw 1015 are located outside the support table 101 and fixedly connected with a handle 1016, and the handle 1016 is rotated to drive the screw 1015 to rotate, so that the side clamping plates 1013 can be clamped or separated from the bottom support 1012;
in addition, the upper end surface of the bottom support 1012 is provided with two parts, namely a plane 1012a and an arc 1012b as shown in fig. 3, the plane 1012a part faces the bottom support 1012, and the arc 1012b part is far away from the bottom support 1012;
the arrangement of the arc 1012b enables the workpiece 300 to be straightened to adapt to the workpiece 300 to be straightened with different curvatures when the workpiece 300 to be straightened is initially arranged, a smooth contact form is generated, edge contact is avoided, damage to the workpiece 300 can be effectively avoided, the problems of breakage or serious scratch of the workpiece 300 to be straightened are reduced, and according to factory recorded data, after the upper end face of the bottom support 1012 of the straightening tool is replaced by the plane 1012a to be matched with the arc 1012b, the breakage rate of the workpiece 300 is reduced by about 81%.
After the structure of the supporting component 100 is improved, the straightening tool can realize the quick clamping setting of the workpiece 300 to be straightened and the alignment of the part to be straightened, so that the straightening efficiency is improved, and the straightening accuracy is improved, namely the straightening effect and efficiency are improved.
