本发明公开了一种省水动态出水装置,包括底座,斜水体,摆动水组件,叶轮组件和驱动组件,所述斜水体与所述底座相连接形成腔体,所述腔体具有一出水口,所述叶轮组件设置于所述腔体内,所述驱动组件在所述叶轮组件的带动下能够驱动所述摆动水组件进行往复摆动;所述摆动水组件安装于所述底座上且能够在所述底座内进行摆动,所述摆动组件内具有一过水腔室,且所述摆动组件的侧面开设有过水口,所述出水口与所述过水口之间通过连通通道互通,所述出水口和所述过水口所在的平面呈非平行设置。本发明的省水动态出水装置节水效果好且能够使得用户在使用时能够具有扫动的冲击按摩感,舒适性强。

一种省水动态出水装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种省水动态出水装置。
背景技术
随着全球水资源的日益匮乏,节水环保产品逐渐成为消费主流趋势。市场上出现了多种样式的节水产品,其主要通过在进水端加限流器降低流量的方式,但此方式其出水孔数不变流量降低,造成水花较弱淋浴效果差;若同时降低流量又减少出水孔数,又造成覆盖面小且水花稀疏。
市面上现有的按摩花洒大都是:通过叶轮旋转对出水孔有规律的遮蔽,使出水效果达到间隙出水,淋浴使用时打到人体身上有脉冲感,达到按摩的效果,但这种脉冲感并不是很明显。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种省水动态出水装置。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现:一种省水动态出水装置,包括底座,斜水体,摆动水组件,叶轮组件和驱动组件,所述斜水体与所述底座相连接形成腔体,所述腔体具有一出水口,所述叶轮组件设置于所述腔体内,所述驱动组件在所述叶轮组件的带动下能够驱动所述摆动水组件进行往复摆动;所述摆动水组件安装于所述底座上且能够在所述底座内进行摆动,所述摆动组件内具有一过水腔室,且所述摆动组件的侧面开设有过水口,所述出水口与所述过水口之间通过连通通道互通,所述出水口和所述过水口所在的平面呈非平行设置。
较佳的,所述摆动水组件包括摆动面盖和摆动水嘴,所述摆动面盖与所述摆动水嘴相互密封固定形成所述过水腔室。
较佳的,所述驱动组件包括齿轮和偏心轴,所述齿轮与所述叶轮组件相啮合,所述偏心轴底端具有一凸柱;所述摆动面盖上表面具有滑槽,所述凸柱与所述滑槽配合带动所述摆动水组件往复摆动。
较佳的,所述偏心轴外套设有密封垫圈,所述底座上开设有沉槽,所述密封垫圈置于所述沉槽内后与所述底座密封配合。
较佳的,所述过水口外侧套设有异型密封圈。
较佳的,所述异型密封圈为异型O型圈。
较佳的,所述腔体位于所述摆动水组件的上方,所述过水口开设于所述摆动组件的侧面。
较佳的,所述连通通道为倾斜通道。
较佳的,所述摆动水组件具有所述过水口的一端与所述底座连接,另一端则利用固定塞将所述摆动水组件固定于所述底座。
较佳的,所述固定塞具有容纳腔和锁紧孔,所述摆动水组件伸入所述容纳腔内设置,所述锁紧孔和所述底座利用螺钉进行连接。
本发明的省水动态出水装置通过叶轮组件和驱动组件驱动摆动水组件进行往复摇摆,进而形成摆动水花,其节水效果好且能够使得用户在使用时能够具有扫动的冲击按摩感,舒适性强;其次,在同样的出水面积下,使用该出水装置后其淋浴范围更大,起到节水效果;再者,本发明的省水动态出水装置的腔体与过水口之间的连通为非上下连通的关系,且过水口处套设异型密封圈,该异型密封圈的设置方向与摆动水组件的左右摆动方向一致,能够大大降低漏水风险,可靠性强。

参考说明书附图1至附图7,一种省水动态出水装置,包括底座1,斜水体2,摆动水组件3,叶轮组件4和驱动组件5,该斜水体2与底座1相连接形成一腔体a1,该斜水体2和底座1之间套设有密封圈b1,保证两者连接的密封性;上述叶轮组件4设置于该腔体a1内,该斜水体2上开设有斜水孔,水流从该斜水孔进入时,其能够冲击叶轮组件4带动叶轮组件转动。
上述摆动水组件3包括上下连接的摆动面盖31和摆动水嘴32,该摆动面盖31和摆动水嘴32两者密封固定形成过水腔室a2,上述摆动面盖31远离上述过水腔室a2的上表面处具有一滑槽311,该摆动水组件3的侧边还具有一过水口c1,该过水口c1与过水腔室a2相连通;该过水口c1外侧与底座1之间套设有异型密封圈b2,该异型密封圈b2的方向与摆动水组件的摆动方向一致,较佳的,该异型密封圈b2为异型O型圈;上述腔体a1的出水口a11与过水口c1之间的连通呈非正对上下连通的关系,上述过水口c1于摆动水组件3的侧面开设设置,腔体a1位于该摆动水组件3的上方,该腔体a1与过水口c1之间设置有连通通道a2进行互通,即腔体a1的出水口a11与过水口c1之间非正对设置,出水口a21和过水口c1的中心线呈非平行方式设置,两者之间形成有夹角,或者说出水口和过水口两者所在的平面具有夹角而非平行设置,该种设计方式使得上述结构所使用的异型密封圈b2为直径较小的异型密封圈,且其方向与摆动方向一致,其能够大大降低组件间的漏水风险,且提高各个部件的使用寿命,优选的,上述连通通道a2为倾斜的通道,其将位于摆动水组件侧面的过水口c1和其上方的腔体a1连通,保证组件间连接的密封性能。进一步的,上述摆动水组件3具有过水口的一端与底座1密封连接,其另一端则利用固定塞6将摆动水组件固定在底座1内,该摆动水组件3能够在底座1内进行摆动;具体来说,该固定塞6具有容纳腔61和锁紧孔62,上述摆动水组件3伸入该容纳腔61内设置,一螺钉63依次穿过该锁紧孔62和底座1进而将该摆动水组件固定至底座1。
参考说明书附图6,上述叶轮组件4中心利用一插销41将该叶轮组件4安装在腔体a1内,该插销41一端安装于斜水体2上,另一端则安装于底座1上,上述叶轮组件4在斜水孔内流入的水流冲击下能够绕该插销41进行转动。上述驱动组件5包括齿轮51和偏心轴52,该齿轮51穿过该偏心轴52设置,该齿轮51能够带动偏心轴52进行转动,且该齿轮51与叶轮组件4相啮合,通过叶轮组件4带动齿轮51进行旋转,能够保证该出水装置在高压或低压状态下均可运行顺畅;该偏心轴52的底端具有一凸柱52a,该凸柱52a与摆动面盖的滑槽311配合带动摆动水组件进行摆动;其中,上述偏心轴52一端安装于斜水体2上,另一端则穿过底座1后与摆动面盖配合,驱动摆动水组件进行左右摆动,较佳的,该偏心轴52外套设有密封垫圈b3,该底座1上开设有沉槽12,该密封垫圈b3置于该沉槽12内后与底座1进行配合密封,该密封垫圈b3为异型O型圈。
参照附图7,当水流从斜水体2的斜水孔内流入腔体a1时,其能够冲击叶轮组件4,叶轮组件4与齿轮51相配合进而驱动偏心轴52进行转动,该偏心轴52底端的凸柱52a与摆动面盖的滑槽311配合带动摆动水组件3进行往复摆动,形成扫射的效果,使得用户在使用时具有扫动的冲击按摩感。

1.一种省水动态出水装置,其特征在于,包括底座,斜水体,摆动水组件,叶轮组件和驱动组件,所述斜水体与所述底座相连接形成腔体,所述腔体具有一出水口,所述叶轮组件设置于所述腔体内,所述驱动组件在所述叶轮组件的带动下能够驱动所述摆动水组件进行往复摆动;所述摆动水组件安装于所述底座上且能够在所述底座内进行摆动,所述摆动组件内具有一过水腔室,且所述摆动组件的侧面开设有过水口,所述出水口与所述过水口之间通过连通通道互通,所述出水口和所述过水口所在的平面呈非平行设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种省水动态出水装置,其特征在于,所述摆动水组件包括摆动面盖和摆动水嘴,所述摆动面盖与所述摆动水嘴相互密封固定形成所述过水腔室。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种省水动态出水装置,其特征在于,所述驱动组件包括齿轮和偏心轴,所述齿轮与所述叶轮组件相啮合,所述偏心轴底端具有一凸柱;所述摆动面盖上表面具有滑槽,所述凸柱与所述滑槽配合带动所述摆动水组件往复摆动。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种省水动态出水装置,其特征在于,所述偏心轴外套设有密封垫圈,所述底座上开设有沉槽,所述密封垫圈置于所述沉槽内后与所述底座密封配合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种省水动态出水装置,其特征在于,所述过水口外侧套设有异型密封圈。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种省水动态出水装置,其特征在于,所述异型密封圈为异型O型圈。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种省水动态出水装置,其特征在于,所述腔体位于所述摆动水组件的上方,所述过水口开设于所述摆动组件的侧面。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种省水动态出水装置,其特征在于,所述连通通道为倾斜通道。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种省水动态出水装置,其特征在于,所述摆动水组件具有所述过水口的一端与所述底座连接,另一端则利用固定塞将所述摆动水组件固定于所述底座。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种省水动态出水装置,其特征在于,所述固定塞具有容纳腔和锁紧孔,所述摆动水组件伸入所述容纳腔内设置,所述锁紧孔和所述底座利用螺钉进行连接。
