s3: when the garbage on the inclined plate 3 is too heavy, the inclined plate 3 is pressed downwards, so that the garbage falls into the collection box 16 through the falling groove 13;
s4: the movable rod 33 is rotated upwards until the movable rod 33 is jacked up by the movable spring 37, and at the moment, the movable rod 33 extrudes the fixture block 31 to open the movable filter cover 2;
s5: the collection box 16 is lifted out of the filter box 1 through the pull ring 20, and the garbage is taken out;
s6: the waterproof motor 25 is started to drive the screw 43 to rotate, so that the bushing 26 drives the cleaning roller brush 27 to move to clean the second filter screen 12 on the movable filter cover 2.
